BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This is a parents worst nightmare.The facility is falling apart. Parts of the ceiling is missing half of the equipment does not work. The jungle gym is loose and has holes in some of the netting. There was a sewer smell inside of the entire facility. In my nephews party room at least 3 kids fell out of faulty put together chairs. The dont offer food. The manager is rude and inconsiderate. This is place is an accident waiting to happen. To be honest I cant believe the fire Marshall hasnt deemed this place unsafe and shut the doors . I saw no fire exists nor fire extinguishers. So if you like to play rush and roulette with your kids life this is the place for you. Me and my family will never return. Just bringing awareness to all before you go to this accident waiting to happen. Hopefully the fire Marshall goes in soon before its to late . Think twice before entering this business.

I was surprised at the condition and uncleanliness of this venue. The website is somewhat misleading to what is reality. Overall, it seems dirty, stained, worn, and not very well maintained. The seat belts on the train are broken, and some sharp screws are poking out from the seats. The inflatables seem to barely hold air and are excessively worn. Ball pits barely have any balls in them (not like what is advertised on the website). Employees seem to not pay attention to kids, and are even seen just walking around with headphones in their ears. Some of the platforms dont seem to be properly attached. Some of the equipment is either missing the foam wraps, or the foam is not properly attached. The interlocking floor foam mats are either warped or are bubbling, causing a tripping hazard. The restrooms need better attention and maintaining. In closing, not worth the money or time to go here.

So wouldnt book another party with them. The price you pay for a party is not worth it. They dont have any other food there and they order their pizza through dominos so your pizza is already ordered and cold before the party even starts. The facility it self could be better. They even tell u to take your shoes off in the PARTY room..play area thats fine but adults should choose whether they want to wear their shoes in the room. My party was like 25 mins late they didnt let us get full time of the room and put us out the room but for the price and being that the whole place sucks I felt they could of let us stay in the party room because we were the ONLY ppl there with a party! Never coming back only reason I have 2 stars cause the children were just happy to play anyway.

I had my sons 2nd bday party here and it was a blast. We were able to bring our own food, which was awesome. Especially considering my child is a very picky eater. The equipment in the toddler area was perfect for him. He thoroughly enjoyed himself, and so did I. We werent rushed out of the party rooms and the place was clean in addition to the staff being warm and friendly. I would totally reccomend Kids Land to parents who are looking for a unique and fun experience for their children.

It is not the cleanest for sure, however my 3 year old had a good time. For awhile we were the only ones here, and then a few more kids trickled in to play. The other places are so crowded on the weekends that we were actually pleased there werent so many kids. The music was NOT for kids. They should not be playing Beyonce at a kids place. So will probably not return but it was a good stopping point for us on the way home.

My kids had an incredible time! They played til they couldnt anymore. They only thing I would complain about is them not having any pizza but its possible it was because they just opened when we got there. It is clean,it does not smell, it was very relaxing, and most of all my kids loved it! The price is not so bad since there was ALOT they could do there. Will definitely come back!

Its okay but you can tell theyre use to dealing with conflict because I assume the manager doesnt have a calm demeanor. She seems very uptight and walks around with a scowl on her face. The other employees are very nice and quite pleasant to be around they were hospitable towards our party. The only major concern was the heat inside the building. It was humid and stuffy.

Ive been trying to get my kids to come there from 4:00 to 6:00 on each monday I never get a chance to talk with some one about pricing nor in an event of a party! My son birthday is tomorrow and it would be nice if i could take them someone theyve never been othwr than chuckycheese or golden corral or red lobster!

The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The place was not dirty as described. Some equipment had wear and tear but the toys were good. The outside appearance of the location is deceiving but inside is very appropriate. My kids will have their birthday parties here. Thanks Kids Land staff!

First and last time. Customer service was pretty bad and the day i went it was sooo crowded and honestly it didnt feel clean. Pictures online look so much better. If you would like to give them a try i would suggest going on a weekday because the weekend was horrible.

Its suppose to be for kids but you always have teenagers trying to play on the equipment with the babies and they didnt turn on the heat instead they blasted the air to make the place just as cold as outside.

I absolutely love KidsLand!!! Brought my goddaughter and she enjoyed herself. The customer service was GREAT!!! The staff is really friendly and customer oriented. I will definitely be returning.

Great place for kids, friendly staff but I will say they need to dust and clean a few of the play areas. The people that work here are really nice and attentive making sure that kids play safely

Its clean. I think there weekday hours could be better. Other than that friendly staff. I really like that this has a great space. My son can run around and enjoy there play equipment.

It was good. The boys had a great time. The bathrooms were pleasantly clean. Great job. Only complaints was that it was warm in there. I was sweating just sitting.
