Business must not be going so well for this place because they charge for every. Little. Unreasonable. Thing. Theyre either not doing well financially, or they are greedy little jerks. Anyway, I took my four children one afternoon for a play date, which means we were meeting other people there, which means I couldnt turn around and leave when I got there, which I really wanted to. Anyway, I get there with my four kids (6, 4, 2, and less than 1yo). They tell me how much it is, which is close to $40. I was a little shocked by the price, but didnt say anything. Then the lady asked me if the baby had socks. I said no and that I have never had to have socks on my baby every time Ive come to any catch air in the past, besides she cant walk. She can barely crawl. The lady says that the baby has to have socks and that I have to buy some for her. I repeated, "she cant walk. Her little feet are not going to touch your ground." The lady insists that those are the rules and I have to buy socks for her. The kids are screaming that they want to go in, Im totally pissed and was so close to saying "Screw this place! Were out!" However, we were there to meet people so, unfortunately, we could not leave. I rummage through our bag and find a pair of my 6yos socks. I look at the lady and said, "here. She has socks now." The lady proceeds with telling me the breakdown of the cost, even though I didnt ask. They were charging for my baby! I have never been charged at a catch air or any other jumpy house for a non-walking child, especially under the age of one. We went to the johns creek catch air just a week prior and they didnt charge for my baby, and they let us in without her having socks. Again I said, "she cant walk! She can barely crawl! Shes not even one!" Apparently they charge for 6 months old and up. Can you believe that craziness?!?! That was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! What the hell is a 6 month old going to do at a catch air other than sit on their moms lap, or in a stroller, or on their moms hip?! Anyway, I ended up paying it because we were meeting people there, but I sure as hell made it known that we were never going there again, and that it was a bad business. Seriously, that is bad business. I am not a supporter of businesses that try to squeeze every little penny out of people. I boycott catch air sandy springs. There are plenty of other places that are probably cleaner and kinder.

This place is an 11!! Best $7.00 Ive ever spent! Absolute best indoor play area for younger children Ive ever seen! Completely dedicated to the 7 and under crowd this place has mini obstacle courses, inflatables, slides, giant legos climbing areas, ball pits and so much more. My 2 yr old loved it here! We were In town for short trip for series of tests and procedures at Childrens. The hotel staff suggested this place as age appropriate for my 2 yr old. Much needed fun time on an otherwise not so fun trip! This place is a mini carnival, bounce house climbing adventure all rolled into one. 2 and under $7.00 3 and up $10.00 Free for parents. Everyone must have socks! They have concessions prizes for purchase and birthday party packages. If there were one in Birmingham I would book it for my daughters next bday no doubt! If youre in the area and you have a 5 yr old or younger this is the place to go!!

Good - 1. Well maintained 2. Lots of activities/games 3. Disco lights and music were played just before closure. 4. Laptop/Mobile charging station Bad - 1. Snacks/Food is expensive. Better to have it at home or outside just before reaching there. 2. One of the big slide had the hard plastic sides which may sometimes hurt the children while sliding down. Cushioning would have made it simply wonderful. Took my 2 year old son today and we spent around 2 hours from 4 to 6 PM. It would have been nice if they closed at around 8 PM. 2 hours was not sufficient. Atleast 3 hours may be needed especially small children as they really enjoy the activities. It is always advisable to accompany the toddlers as sometimes there are some children(5+ years) who are very fast. Really a very good place for toddlers and children despite a few glitches Will surely go next time.

I have been coming here for 4 years with my children. Today when I came here I had to create an account with password and vitals such as DOB, email, phone #, etc. On top of that the system that you have to sign in using (ipad) dont work smoothly so you have to get going back, mashing buttons, etc. Why do we have to create an account just to have our kids play for an hour??? So annoying! It took nearly 10 minutes to go through their system...all while the kids are crawling the walls because they want to play. On top of that, they charge you $10 per kid. It might be worth it if their cashier system went smoother and they had better customer service. Ill never go here again.

I paid 7.50 for my 1 year old to get in. I thought it was pricey but it was fine because I knew she would love the kiddie land area they had. Once inside children 2 to 3 times my daughter size were attempting to block certain attractions (remind you the kiddie land area is for toddlers only no big kids) some nearly knocked my daughter over, it was mayhem! The reason Im giving this rating isnt because of the childrens behavior but because during our entire 2 hour visit none of the Catch Air associates came to stop the older children from playing in that area.

I have visited this place several times. My kids always seem to have a pretty nice time for the most part. I expressed concerns recently to a staff member about several of the machines being broken in the toddler area, and have been for a while now. She frowned up her nose, went and told the owner, and nothing was discussed about it. I honestly was turned off. Not sure if its worth paying $10+ for my 3 yr old if the owners are not going to address these issues......

Nice place for kids to go to. There are older kids pushing and hiting younger once. Bulling them. No parents wathing them. Paticulary a group of 4 kids. This was addressed by the staff member. Didnt last long 15 minutes later they are doing the same thing. On top of that they are the only once with no socks. Isnt that one of your rules? I think rules should be enforced a little better and if its not working kick them out!!!!

3.5 stars. Everyone must be in socks, easy yo forget in the summer. Long hassle to check in, even if youve done it online or have been there before. Several moving ride-ons in the toddler area were not functional. Staff did a good job of patrolling the floor to make sure kids were following the rules. As expected snacks are expensive. I would return, but the $11 price tag is a bit steep.
