Went to the movies on Sunday with my husband to see Spider-Man the theater smell like mold and urine. We wanted to see the movie Valerian next weekend but they only have one time showing for it. But they have more Bollywood movies and more times for them then they do American movies. Its to the point I do not like going there because I can never see what I really want to see because they have no regular good times for it only one that sometimes I cannot make. But they have all the times they need for the Bollywood movies. They need to change or they just need to go all out Bollywood and do not carry American movies I would not suggest going to them Theater 8 is the one that smell like mold and urine and all the manager do is put a smell in there to cover up the mold its a spray air freshener I think its b******* and they need to clean the floors better so if I would suggest go to AMC on exit 13 if you can

Movies 400 under new management is disgusting! The last movie we went to there was on July 31. The theater STUNK! It smelled like rotten milk or throw up. My young kids even commented on the gross smell. Also, the guy working the front couldnt get my card to work in the super slow machine. He finally checked with the manager, after running my card several times, and let me in "free." Come to find out, I was charged double. The gentleman I called let me know that there was nothing he could do. Even the manager called and gave me another name and number. So, after being in touch with 3 people, I have NOT been reimbursed. Also, they raised the price of the summer movies!! Boo to New Vision, the new owners. I doubt this theater will stay open with this type of management.

Me and son went to the bathroom, the urinal exploded with water and urine on me and my son. I asked for manager. I clean us up. Couldnt find the person I spoke with. Finished the movie. At this point I just wanted to inform the manager ,so someone else didnt have urine on them. I told her what happened. She said " we cant control the urinals and all I can do for you is refund your tickets. " I was mad. But, I politely declined the tickets. it was a $15 movie cuz I was at the matinee. I later called to get the corporate number. Was put on hold and transferred to you guess it, Mrs. Customer service herself. I was put on trial on why I wanted corporates number. Later she said shed call me back with the number, she never did. Id give this place zero stars if I could.

The staff and management are always great. The theatres are a bit on the small side, but that is not so bad if you catch an afternoon showing. The popcorn is good and the bucket is a great deal for the whole year. However, the last time we were there (about two weeks ago) they left the lights on in the theatre after it was cleaned and we were quite disgusted to see how dirty the seats are. The armrests were filthy and the area between each seat is loaded with dirt and old popcorn. This place needs a major deep cleaning. Sadly, with the summer move season now upon us, that will not happen so beware of just how dirty this place really is!

I would give Carmike 400 5 stars but the Popcorn is my only negative. I often arrive late in the evening 9PM/10PM and the popcorn is often extremely salty. Not sure if the person who salts it is addicted to salt but they overdo it. I stopped doing the annual bucket because the salty popcorn was not worth the cost. I mentioned it to one of the guys at the stand but dont think they changed anything because my experience with the popcorn is often hit or miss, no consistency on the amount of salt.

a man yelled at my friend and I for being on our phones while we kept them under the blanket with our brightness all the way down to where I could barely see it and we were on the other side of the isle and a manager came and yelled at us with such disrespect. they could have been professional and asked us nicely or done literally anything but handle it the way they did, but instead they let a man swear at two teenage girls for texting back their mothers about how they were getting home.

I was not satisfied with my experience at movies 400. The drinks were expensive and you can only get a refill with a large drink. When I went to go get a refill, they wouldnt let me because they shut off all the machines which was very annoying because if your movie theater is still open dont shut off all the machines because there are still customers enjoying their movie. I was very thirsty and there werent any water fountains.

Not the best sound, screens or seating, but has been my go-to theater for 15 years because during a weekday matinee, Im usually one of only a few people in the theater. Weekday matinees are also <$7 for a 3D movie, compared to almost $15 for some of the newer theaters. Add in the yearly popcorn bucket where you can buy it once for the year and get refills for $3.50, and all of a sudden, the sound and seating arent so bad.

went to the avenues and was overcharged at the concession stand, the clerk had us miss the start of the movie for .30. like the $30+ dollars I was spending was not enough. got a refund and came here to MOVIES 400 all I can say is same movie, excellent management, clean and friendly staff. Would have spent $80 at the avenues - was only $47 here We will never go back to the Avenues MOVIES 400 IS AWESOME

We came today for discount Tuesday. Which is great for a big family. While the popcorn and fountain drinks are discounted, the bottle drinks were not. I cant have carbs, so have to drink bottle water, it was $4. The cost of these are less than a dollar, so why not discount bottle drinks for discount Tuesday???? Also, the place needs a remodel, just generally dirty and lots of disrepair.

We enjoy this theater. Yes, its true it is not as new and fancy as some of the other theaters, but the staff is always friendly and helpful and if you have a big family you just cant beat the deals they offer at Movies 400. It is always our first choice! Keep up the good work. This is the first time we have taken advantage of the popcorn bucket deal and wow what a good deal!!

This has to be the worst theater i have ever been to. Nasty managers, nasty staff and they are not kid frendly! dont try and see a kids movie or any for that fact there! stale popcorn that seems days old, just a bunch of kids running this place and no one knows whats going on! i would rather drive 100 miles or wait for DVD. NO A SAFE PLACE TO BE!

This location has some of the most expensive concessions Ive seen. We went on a slow day, and it took forever to get a few pretzels ($6.00!), which we had to pay 1.50 to get cheese for. Besides the slowness, their service was good. The guys waiting to clean up after we watched the end scene said things like have a good day, we hoped you enjoyed, etc.
