Regal is horrific with their prices, $8 for popcorn, like $7 for a soda. I get that you pay for the experience but this isnt a Braves game. Its a trashy cinema that no one goes to except for Friday and Saturday. More than once Ive had to get a refund because the screen was out of focus with the red/green lens issue, or the pre-movie intro freezes. You can hear the noise from the other movies while youre watching your movie as well. The lines are long on the weekends but not as big of a deal as all the other stuff. On top of this we get a feedback bot telling us to go through more hassle by posting reviews on other sites. Im just tired of Regal and all the other companies today that think they can BS every consumer willing to put up with it so it looks like Im done watching movies now.

This is a great theater if you go on a weekday. I cannot tell you how many times I drove to douglasville regal because of the lines. You get there its a line waiting on you. When you get out of the line there is another ridiculously long line for concessions. They could shorten the lines by having more people working or divert other workers to getting the line down but nooooooo the manager comes out and looks around but fully capable of jumping on a register and help get the line down. He just goes back in and stand around in currently in the parking lot debating on going to douglasville to pay more to see a movie cause the lines are ridiculously long.

Doesnt make sense that the manager doesnt do something about the lines. Its ridiculous. Your telling me they cant pay two more minimum wage people to help do the tickets and concessions when its busy? They could easily pay them with the 1000% markup on the popcorn and cokes from one hour of concession sales. No effort to explain them not caring if we stand for 30 minutes or more and sometimes in the rain. I would love to stay and support our town, but wont be taken advantage of. The manager needs to be replaced with one that cares for his or her customers. Newnan here I come.

Enjoyed the movie however was disappointed that childrens tickets are only 30 cents cheaper than an adults mostly disappointed that the children had to remove their face paintings on Easter weekend after the egg hunts and festivals before they would even sell us the tickets like crimials wearing masks or something. Not to mention we couldnt even enter the cinema to do so and were required to walk the children all the way up to McDonalds to use their restroom to remove it. You guys have no holiday spirit.

The prices for Concessions can be a little ridiculous depending on how much you are willing to spend, and wait times for tickets can be a little much, but its to be expected on a weekend, especially with a movie with a lot of hype. Its always pretty safe to get to the theater 20 - 30 minutes earlier than the start time of the film for good seats. Generally always pretty clean, great sound. You get what you pay for, ticket wise. Location is awesome also.

I can safely call the carrollton cinemas home. The bathrooms always have a friendly suply of free popcorn and there are new friends to be made. I found a rat there I have to this day. His name is Bruno. I take the kids there all the time (and yes we are the screaming kids family) I secretly put sour patches in everyones drinks. I always let Bruno run through the popcorn! I highly recomend our family theater.

This place sucks! Made us wait in the cold for 15min on a Saturday with one person at the window. Afterward we waited 20min in the consession line. The consession line at least had two people working... Thats of course until they pulled one off for whatever reason with 10 people in line. This Movie Theater apparently doesnt realize that people come here to SEE A MOVIE not wait in their lines.

I live in Carrollton but Ild rather drive to Newnan or Douglasville to see a movie because every time I see a movie here they have the sound too low and I can hardly hear it. The last time I went my brother told them the sound was too low and then I did later and it still didnt get fixed. Maybe if they hired someone who knew what they were doing instead a bunch of high schoolers.

We go at least 3 times a month me and my boys to watch movies. It is a wonderful place. But once I buy tickets. I 9 times out of 10 cant afford to get snacks. Due to the prices. They r so expensive. So I give u a 5 star rating because the place is wonderful and the staff works and it always clean! But I would have to give 2 stars for the price of the food and snacks.

I can go there with my family and feel safe when we leave. The customer service is always wonderful, and the bathrooms are clean and i dont mean mediocre clean i mean clean, clean. No overflowing trash, or tissue on the floor, and mirrors are spotless. I look for things like that when a facility deals with food service.i would recommend tgis theater to anyone.

Its a clean theater. Every time I come to this theater there is always a problem with groups of kids causing frequent disruptions (getting up and leaving multiple times during a movie in groups, talking, playing with phones/game devices). Each time I complain, I get a refund, which is great, but Id like to go and enjoy a movie the first time.

Was fine before it changed to Regal. Now there is never enough staff. Even paying extra to purchase on Fandango for tickets, youll be late for the movie with only one person working concession. Allow at least 45 min prior to a show! Ive been on opening night of several big movies to find one person doing tickets & one working concessions.

The best movie theater in Carrollton; In fact, the only one. Tickets are reasonably priced and a nice student discount is also offered. In-house food and drink prices are the same as pretty much any other theater i.e. decently expensive for what you get. The theater is kept clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Loved the $1 Summer movies for families! Everyone was very nice. It was only $3 for the three of us to get in. But we paid $15 for a small popcorn, small candy and drink to share! We were only 3rd in line but it took 15 minutes to get our stuff. They just dont seem to get in a hurry there. But it was clean and a lot of fun.

I like going to the movies....just wish there was another choice in Carrolton. The prices for a movie with very limited seating, small screen...its over priced. I usually have to go here by myself (convenience) because my family and friends had rather go to Arbor Place. I try to support local.

lines are ALWAYS TOO long!!!! prices for tickets are better than Douglasville but not really worth the savings to wait 20+ minutes to buy tickets and then another 15+ for food that is ridiculously over priced. they need some major help in staffing or something or a new management team.
