Matinee tickets and basic concessions for 2 @ over $40, it is what it is, I can tolerate that aspect, but what I cannot tolerate is spending hard earned money and am treated as an inconvenience by the staff. The boy (mid 30s with no upbringing) taking the tickets has absolutely no business interacting with the pubic nor did the one selling the tickets. As I am sure that taking money, making change and tearing tickets is a most difficult profession (sarcasm implied) , I can only assume that when a patron/guest/customer visiting the establishment, that is more than likely spending some money, greets an employee with a "hello , How are you" and have to repeat the question again in order to illicit and answer or counter greeting is not smiled upon. No manager was in sight to either supervise the rabble or assist in areas short staffed. The young lady assisting guests at concessions was swamped but still pleasant despite she was by herself. Come on people, ticket sales and concessions is what keeps you in employment. Speak to the guest when they enter and do not roll your eyes and mutter under your breath as the staff member did on 3/26/17 @ 12:30pm. This kind of treatment is why I do not frequent the theatre. I alone wouldnt make or break Regal Cinemas 22 @ Austell, but I do know that when I am asked how the movie was, all I can reflect on is the negative experience. That topic explodes with others discussing their negative experiences. Careful, word of mouth travels fast

First of all, we got to the movie theater at 10:30. The man sold us a ticket to a movie that was almost over knowing dang well the movie was going to go off in 20 minutes. So, we only saw the end of the movie. Then when we went to ask the manager if we could see another movie, this woman is going to tell us that we bought the tickets at 9:30! She even asked us what we were doing for the past 2 hours. Honestly, what do we have to lie for? Even before we brought up the situation she had a nasty attitude. The theater smells like pee and I definitely wont be attending again. Such rude customer service. My friends Auntie tried to explain to her too but all she gave us was bad attitude! She couldve at least came to us with a nice smile and a sweet tone. There are better ways to handle situations. We are all 16 and shes a grown woman. Learn how to act like the adult youre supposed to be. Never again.

Staff @ concession (males) assist customers with negative attitudes. Im spending my money and youre acting as though Im the inconvenience. I had to wait 25 minutes for a hotdog to cook and no one was acknowledging customers were waiting, passing us as though we didnt exist. Customer service training and reinforcement definitely in order. Also, what I notice is movie times online conflict with actual time shown @ the theater. This is a consistent problem I was made aware of by another customer. Therefore, dont trust the online showtimes... confirm with theater before leaving for the show. I had to purchase a ticket for another movie because I didnt want to go back home. This strategy works well for their profit...trust. My visit 4.1.17 @ 8p... Ill definitely continue with my local AMC recliner seats & pricing. All worth it after Regals experience.

Checking out a movie with my daughter, have been here once before I believe. I am a very patient person, but there was a new cashier on duty when we were purchasing our tickets and management and other cashiers allowed a line to form while training this person. In other words, there were no other lines open except for his and there was obviously an issue. Instead of all hands on deck to get us into the movie, we stood outside as two of three other employees where back there with them just doing other things and/or helping. Not sure why, because not one has the common courtesy of explaining what was going on. As I said I am a patient person, but this could have definitely be handled in a better way.

Nearby theatre. patrons are often loud during the movie, so that is something to be aware of. Last time I went it took a girl over 15 minutes to get us a popcorn, bottled water and nachos- nothing was out of stock and there was no reasonable excuse for it. I started coughing from the salt on the popcorn and had to go to the water fountain by the restroom cause she couldnt walk back with the water bottle fast enough (seriously, she was at the cooler, i have no idea what was taking so long). I guess doing your job at your pace, not a productive one is fine (by the time i got back there were at least 4 people in line waiting).

We just arrived after getting our two and eight year old they would be seeing boss baby. We arrived early for a 4:40 show that was posted on several websites to learn the next show is 5:35 3d and 4 bucks more a ticket each. When you promise kids all day you cant leave as several other people did. We paid and went in. After proving our point to a manager they did above and beyond. We just wanted our twelve bucks back but they did the right thing to keep a customer and refunded our movie. Way above expectations. We will be back.

We decided to watch "Home" here and came an hour early. First, we bought a few dollars worth of tokens to play the games, and they all were a rip-off. The air hockey table ate $2 and the staff refused to give back my money, saying"If you want to play, put some more tokens in," which we didnt do. The theatre itself smelled overwhelmingly like pee. The cup holders/ arm rests were too low ( there was a pull down arm rest, but it was hard to get down) . Personally, I wouldnt return to Regal again. :(

This place smells like mold and the restrooms are disgusting. Last time I was there, there were teenagers yelling back and forth to each other DURING THE MOVIE!!! Other people were actively on their phones. We walked out of the movie and told the security guard and he just said,"Yeah we know". I would not advise going there if you want to have a nice movie experience. This is the theater where parents drop their kids off! We now travel 15 minutes up the road to NCG for our movie nights.

I watched a three movies here and it is the convenience factor ONLY. Each time I hope that things get better. The reviews I have read are on point. It is an older theater and it smells. They need to renovate it. New carpet, clean the seats (at least and floors) and update the concession stand. The manager is fair, he will give you a refund if you are not satisfied. Overall, if your desperate, then go see a flick here. Try the movies 278 in Hiram, much better....

Long lines and long waits. Saturday night and only one ticket booth open, about a 15 minute wait. Inside we waited over 20 minutes in the concession line. When I mentioned this to a manager he said he knew it but no apology. He couldnt have cared less. Regal had our money and that was that. Add to that the seats were uncomfortable and the A/C blew like an arctic wind right onto us (and sounded like a tornado). It was so loud it drowned out parts of the movie.
