There is always something wrong when we come here. The theaters are a mess EVERY TIME, the volume is ether way too loud or you cant hear it, the commercials are ALWAYS painfully loud and louder than the movie itself, the screen has been messed up several times weve been, the curtain closes SMALLER sometimes for the feature presentation, the list goes on. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable and some auditoriums even feel like you are leaning forward. Bathrooms have never been clean once... it looks like popcorn butter is smeared across the walls of every stall and I try my best not to touch anything inside. If the bathrooms are that nasty, how bad do you think the messy, dark auditoriums are where you cant see?? Never a great experience and I wish there was better management and staff that would care to fix these obvious issues, considering how much people pay to come out for a show.

Great theater and food options. Im just sick of the inconsiderate scumbags ("grown" ups and teenagers) who always put their stinking feet on the chairs in front of them - in every movie, on any given time. I shouldnt have to be the only civilized adult in the place, correcting rude, inconsiderate behavior during EVERY movie. I feel like a corrections officer babysitting juvenile delinquents instead of enjoying the movie. Carmike 15 needs a 1-strike and youre OUT policy: the first primate putting his/her feet on the chairs in front is kicked out immediately (NO refund, NO second chance). This could only be enforced if a theater employee was in every movie watching for the behavior of grown children.

After my son spent almost $100 for six of us to see Skull Island (this was a special request from his son as a basic training graduation gift) the movie (scheduled to start at 4:15 [3/17/2017]) didnt start on time (approximately 20 to 25 minutes late) and half of our group had to leave to get my grandson back to the post before curfew. Needless to say this was a real bummer for all of us because we werent all able to say our proper goodbyes. Personally I feel that IMAX should make some type of restitution for this expensive and unnecessary inconvenience -that would not have happened if they had kept to their time schedule as posted.

Its a shame AMC bought out Carmike. I went to go see Wonder Woman last night. Only one cashier was open and the line was building up. Cashier asked me if I was a rewards club member or whatever. I said no and I didnt want to sign up. "Oh well if you dont sign up then I cant give you the discount" I asked how much the discount was and she said it would be like $6. So basically if you dont sign up you dont get this fancy discount. Its just a trap. I walked out. AMC is the worst. I will never spend money there. I feel so bad for the employees who have to work there now. I miss Carmike so much!

Never open on time or start on time. The person with the key just pulled up looking crazy ran in briskly and immediately locked the doors despite people being here past the showing of the film, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, that several moviegoers came for. This is not the first incident that this has happened. In fact, when I came to see Fast 8, similar incident occurred only with showings. Im not sure whats going on but it definitely needs to be situated because its unprofessional and could ultimately cost you a lot of business in addition to the already price items

It was okay. Not over the top amazing or really terrible either. The other customers were the only problem. Some people have no respect and that will ruin even a great movie. Its definitely more than worth it to spend the extra money for the imax. It seats almost 500 people. More than enough space and pretty comfy seats too. - To the two gentlemen at the end of the top 3rd row during Beauty And The Beast at 10:00, sorry for stepping on your toes....

During my 2 years at Benning, I went here at least once a month. Always a great experience. They have everything from standard screen to the big IMAX. The facility is very modern and spacious; I never once felt crowded in any showing. My only note is the drinks and popcorn are so expensive; I once spent $30 just on myself between IMAX, drink and popcorn. They do offer a rewards to earn freebies every so often however.

What is the point of having a phone if its never answered??? Trying to get tickets ahead of time for Beauty & the Beast, but want to see it in IMAX 3D. Fandango says all showings are in 2D for this theater. So when a customer calls to inquire before purchasing, about if a movie will be shown in 3D, someone should be available to answer the freaking phone & address inquiry accordingly!!!!!!! Extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!

The people at this theater are extremely rude. Concessions was basically closed. They were actually selling popcorn from a garbage bag sitting on the floor where they were sweeping and cleaning. The auditorium was clean, the picture clear and sound quality was excellent. If I ever return to this theater, it will definitely not be because of the great service. They are most definitely in need of service training.

The refreshment area was littered with popcorn. The manager just walked past it. Never assigned anyone to clean. The men restroom was overflowing with water. Had the movie (transformers)we came to see in Big D and IMAX only which cost an extra $3.00 per ticket. We did want to go to either theater but wasnt given an option. The quality of service and cleanliness has gone down snd price has gone up sonce AMC took over.

The best theater choice to go to for dates, hangouts, and group fun. Alot of my friends work there which means I never have a lonely moment. Although I just wish there were bathrooms near the branch off movie hallways so I dont always have to sprint to the end hall bathrooms of the main hallway. Although getting the chance to feel like Usain Bolt is a thriller in itself!

I love this place. My husband and I go twice a month. I just wish they had Military discounts. 23 bucks for two tickets are expensive. But we try to make it before 5 where we will just pay 11.50 for two but it doesnt always work out. We love Horror movies. I will recommend this place for everyone. There are great people working here and there is always a seat. -Dricka

Was there to see Planet of the Apes. The theather was a mess, popcorn, napkins, spills everywhere. everything was dirty. The bathrooms were also disgusting. Did not see anyone cleaning. Was better when Carmike owned it. The place was really a dirty mess should had taken a picture. Dont want to go there anymore, I paid $60 dollars to walk and sit on filth.

The staff screwed up with glasses with closed caption. Gave me the one that plays with other movie instead of the movie i watch. So i missed everything thats being said. Then they took too long to start the movie and there was many beeping going on. So we had to wait for hour for movie to start. If there was negative stars, Id give it negative 5.
