Love having a theatre in the small town of AC. Were from Gardendale, but I volunteer at Wind Creek State Park, so we stay at our camper a lot. Wed have to drive all the way to Auburn to the movies if this business wasnt in AC, or only watch movies at home. Thanks for being there!

Excellent theater and experience! Weve been weekend folks and now retired on Lake Martin over 2 decades, and weve always loved Playhouse Cinemas. First run movies, often opening weekend, reasonable prices all around, polite staff, and very nice audiences!

Amazing, great hometown theater that brings current and new movies to the public! Excellent food, snacks, candy and drinks. Very comfortable, soft seats. All for an outstanding very non-expensive price for one person or more! Extremely family friendly!

This is the best theater. They play first run movies and the prices are very reasonable. They have the best popcorn too. Great place to take the family when youre at Lake Martin.

They always have had good prices and it dont break the bank to go to a movie and have a soda and butter popcorn! Usually 2 different movies are going. Always newest releases!

Watched Trolls. Good experience. Visually hard to see from road. Friendly. We will return on our next movie night out. Depends on what is playing.
