My first issue, initial wait at the concession stand. It took a few minutes waiting on an order to be filled. The gentleman with long blond hair and in a jacket was helpful, running to get items the concession was out of. The icee machine was broken. Second issue, sound for the intro previews was WAY to loud. So loud it hurt my ears. I test on the autism spectrum and it was agonizing for me. My ears still hurt. The sound could have been lower and everyonewould have been ok. I was not the only one who noticed it was louder than nnecessary. I waited in agony with ears plugged. I finally just stood in the doorway to the movie in agony not wanting to ask the staff to turn the volume down. I did not want to ruin another movie goers experience. I went back into the movie, and it was still too loud. My partner then went to complain for me. I asked him not too. He returned in a few mins and im not sure what was said other than we could get a refund. I finally had had enough and I really wanted to see the movie so I went to the concession stand and waited again in line. Again, it took forever just for the people in front of me to get served. Several minuteswent by. I finally got to the xcounter and asked if they offered free ear plugs or sold them. The woman behind the counter was so rude that all I did afterwards was go cower in the movie vestibule and cry. I finally went back to my movie seat where I cried some more. She was so rude and looked at me like I was a freak. I guess because I didnt have any money. If it were not for her, id probably not write a review at all.

First, something was seriously wrong with the staff..It was like the Twillight Zone...I explained to one of the young men that the tolken machine wasnt working...His response..WE SELL HOTDOGS!!..the floor was dirty..to the point the colored carpet was BLACK..in alot of spots...The seats were fair..the screen was dark and at times blurry..the floor lighting was bright..so much so it was distracting...one of the main lights flickered throughout the whole movie..the sound from the new Fast and Furious movie was so loud i could hear them talking over our movie..the arcade games are 20 years old..all 4 of them..the price for popcorn $6 plus for a small...also as we entered to watch the movie the HotDog guy was cleaning and as i passed he said sir we still sell Hot Dogs..I smiled..I believe he may have had mental issues....I swear I will never come here again....Movie Watchers BEWARE!!!!!

Service at the consession leaves alot to be desired. Bought an 5.00 plus icee that was melted (liquid)but the kid justified it by saying I can get refills. He wasnt sure if they had hotdogs. They did, but looked horrible so I changed it for an icecream to which he tossed on the counter without asking what flavor I wanted. That icecream was also on the melted side......My main reason for 2 stars is. The theatres smell bad....old and musty.....While I realize steam cleaning would be a heck of a chore, it needs to be done more often if its ever been done. If nothing else spray all the seats down with Frebreeze on a daily basis.....anything would be helpful.

Went here while on vacation. Loved it! After all the how big can we get theaters around my house, this was very refreshing. Staff was actually friendly and the place was clean. Ticket prices were very good and even cheaper on Sundays. Looks a little small from outside but thats part of the appeal. No huge crowds. The decor inside instantly took me back to my movie going days as a child in the 80s. Very nostalgic. One of my favorite overall movie experiences!

I spent 60 dollars to watch wonder woman last night only to be disappointed. The movie was great but the air conditioning quit working about 10 minutes into the movie. The theater was trashed when the show started, the staff did not take the time to even sweep it out. When I complained to the staff on duty they said there was nothing they could do. In the future I will drive to the beach or go to the mall if I want to watch another movie with the family.

I was pretty disappointed that nobody could seem to figure out how to upgrade my popcorn from a medium to a large cause Im a regal rewards member.I had my card # and everything and the guy said they dont know how to do that.But last time I was there a guy just punched it into the computer with not a problem.So I ended up paying a dollar more for a large when I shouldve got it cheaper.Anyways maybe Ill get my rewards next time...

Comfortable seating and food is good. Pretty standard movie theater food. I like that they serve beer. I wish that there were kiosk where you could pick up pre-purchased tickets. The line for tickets was out to the parking lot, which was a hazard all on its own. Not going to ding them for that because they were staffed pretty heavy and have a good staff at that.

Its an outdated theater and the alcohol is way over priced. The workers behind the snack bar selling alcohol also talk to customers like they are children in how they deal with selling and communicating how many drinks you have had. Ive been to several theaters who sell alcohol and never been treated like this. It feels as though their job is to monitor you.

Have watched a couple movies here recently. For some reason the screens seem dark, some things are hard to see. Thought it was just me or the movie itself but then seen the first "dark" movie later on dvd and it was a world of difference. Also, the focus seemed a little off. The staff was fine during my limited interaction and the sound was fine also.

The theater is better then Carmike but still not as comfortable as other theaters I have been too. The popcorn is pretty decent there. Some of the screens seem kind of small to me. There are definitely certain rooms that are better then others, which sucks. The Grand is better, but too much of a drive but out of Carmike and Regal...Regal hands down.

I went here to take my niece to see Rogue One and was so disappointed. The theater is poorly kept, the screens and sound system are badly out of date and the service was awful. Lines for tickets and concessions were 20 mins, trash on the floors. Drive an extra 20 mins to Pier Park and see a movie on a proper screen if you intend to go out.

This snack bar and the prices of this location are pretty good but, all that is thrown out the window with the actual viewing experience. Ive never been to see a movie here without some sort of projection issue that I had to complain to a manager to get fixed. While these issues are promptly corrected, it really should be a non issue.

I took my kids to watch a movie last night. Even though it is in the 90s I put jeans on them and I wore a hoodie. We were so cold. When we opened the door to the theater that was showing out movie we were blasted with cold air. We then remained very uncomfortable throughout the rest of the movie. I dont understand why they do this.
