This theater only gets two stars because the movie was good. I went on 12-2-14 to see Penguins of Madagascar at the 4PM showing, definitely recommend the movie. Just steer clear of this theater if you have another option. 1. The bathroom was filthy. 2. The theater was colder than the temp outside. Keep in mind, this is December. Turning on the heat cant be that horrible for a theaters profits. 3. The corn chips that I got when I ordered nachos were so stale they bent instead of crunching. My toddler did enjoy the popcorn so there is star number 2. 4. The whole theater smelled like a bathroom. No joke, urinal cakes is a very good descriptive word for the way it smelled.

The bathrooms reek of urine yet all the kids working there just sit around looking at their phones, basically paid for doing squat. No adult worker in sight. Went to concession counter for refill on soda, one kid saw me coming and ran into the bathroom, while the other kid sat there with his phone. Called out to yet another that was in the back so he could refill my soda. I told a female worker that the bathrooms needed a good cleaning, that they smelled, she just said: " I know.". Pathetic place.

There is always something wrong with the projection or sound in the movies when I go or my family goes. And weve been going since it opened. I can put up with a lot, but if the technical aspects of the film are not watchable, its pretty worthless. Staff doesnt seem to care enough to check and monitor each film after it starts.

We watched and recorded the manager eating popcorn out of the popcorn maker with his bare hand and going back for more. Why couldnt he get a bucket instead of putting his hands in the popcorn machine. Posted on Facebook if you would like to watch...... Nasty have respect for the customers buying that popcorn

Awesome Cinema, the best around the upper Cumberlands. The seats are amazingly comfortable, lighting is perfect, surround sound outstanding, the screen Id flawless. Honestly I will not go to another Cinema but Rocky Top 10!!!

Very clean ,small town friendly atmosphere. Just a great place to spend time with the wife on date night! Very comfortable place to get out and have a great time.Yes,54 yrs old and still having fun with my wife!

Nice theatre. The only downside is the deafening commercials that come on before the movie. The sound actually hurts your ears. Management says they have no control over the sound level...

Pretty cute compared to Disneys movie theater. The staff are mostly zoned out teenager, as it should be. And the theater was very clean. My only complaint the arm rests dont go up.

The popcorn and drinks very costly. The move audio start but picture didnt. Had to notify them. The fix it and restarted.
