After having visited all of the other Saltwater specialty stores in Orlando, I have to say that Sea in the City was the diamond in the rough. I wasnt too sure about the location, but I was suprised once I walked into their shop. Knowledgable staff, courteous from the moment you walk in. Wide selection of some very beautiful corals and fish, which after my purchase they packaged them perfectly, and all has arrived at home and survived a 10+ hour trip in the truck, while we continued shopping. I will definately be a returning customer, even though it is a 4+ hour drive from my home. Everything in the store was healthy, all the corals coloration vibrant and rich. Prices were extremely fair, and they have some extremely beautiful tanks to look at. Its like picking your corals straight out of a living reef! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

I have been to a lot of shops and this one is very clean and organized. I would recommend them for livestock and corals even though they are a little more expensive then online vendors. I would not buy too many other things like chemicals, lights, etc from them as they seem to be just a little more then I would like to pay, I get things cheaper online even with shipping included. The staff members are nice and FAIRLY knowledgeable but, have caught them on more then one occasion contradicting themselves with information that they have told me at one point only to tell me something else at another point, so with that dont believe everything they tell you make sure you do your homework as well. To conclude I would say that they are one of the best marine fish stores in central Florida.

The best service I have ever received at a fish store. Not only are they courteous, friendly, and eager to help, their staff is also very knowledgeable and cares about the long term health of the livestock they carry. When visiting today, I overheard staff discussing carrying a new line of products because they have seen great results using them in their own aquariums. To me, this is the mark of a store that is committed to quality and successful care of livestock. I live in Washington, D.C., but make a point to visit Sea in the City every time I visit family in Orlando. Their prices are some of the best I have seen, and selection is very good. The combination of quality livestock, great prices, and friendly service make this store a must visit if you are in Central Florida.

We are new to this hobby. We have been going to aquariums all over Orlando and Melbourne thinking they have better stuff, not even close. Nothing comes close to Sea in the city, hands down! They have been very helpful and honest in helping me find whats best for me and my tanks! Where many places could and have taken advantage of my not knowing any better, the employees at sea in the city have helped tremendously! Once while in the store, a customer came in, unhappy bc their fish had passed. They gave that customer a new fish and some other stuff! How great, being new I make mistakes, knowing if I did it would just come out of my pocket$$, but they will have you leaving feeling happy! Stop going to other store just wasting your TIME!!! and MONEY!!!

Sea in the City is by far the best place in the Greater Orlando area for all of your saltwater hobbyist needs. They have great prices and get new livestock in every Thursday. If they dont have what you are looking for (either live or dry goods), they will order pretty much anything and hold it for you. I have been nothing but happy with the excellent products and staff there. Their fish are always healthy, including species that are known as fragile. They always have a great selection of corals. Also, their staff is very knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any question. I have been a customer at SITC for a little over two years and wouldnt think about going anywhere else!

Fantastic gem of a reef store. Huge coral farm that they use to propagate corals sustainably, keeping our reefs safe. Tanks are clean, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer free water testing if you need a 2nd opinion on your test kits (always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion in case you have a bad batch/expired testing reagent). Finally, they have one of the oldest maroon Clownfish in captivity. Marcy loves him, and you can tell that he is a member of her family.

Definitely one of the nicest shops in the central Florida area. They have a wide selection of coral and fish, and also dry goods. They have a very knowledgeable crew and seem to really care about helping out and making suggestions to help your tank instead of just selling you something you dont want or need. I just moved up here a couple months ago and this shop was recommended by a friend that also frequents the shop. Dont let the outside appearance fool you, this place is well worth the visit.

Didnt know what to expect when I happened upon this little shop, but man was I impressed. They have a nice selection of livestock at reasonable prices. The employee I dealt with (I believe his name is Charlie) did a great job or walking me through everything and answering any questions I had. He was very pleasant to deal with and really knew his stuff. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I will definitely be coming back.

I travel quite a bit and have been in aquarium stores from London, England. Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, California, Arizona and other destinations in the United States. This is one of the nicest small stores I have seen particularly with regard to corals. I rarely write reviews and would not bother for large chains, but a well run store by competent staff is worthy of comment.

Cute little store. The biggest success about Sea in the City is how much they really care about quality control. It may not be the biggest of stores, and many things you may want may not be for sale, but what is available you can rest assure will be healthy. Nice friendly employees, I enjoyed the comfy feel of the place, and bravo on health keep it up. Would recommend this place.

This is by far the GREATEST fish store in the Orlando area. The staff always greets me politely when i walk in and answers any questions that i have no matter how dumb the are. I am new to the whole saltwater tank thing and the help me with evrything that i need and dont try to sell me things i dont need. All in all the best place for anything dealing with saltwater aquariums

Best Place to buy corals and anything saltwater!!! They always have a great selection of awesome corals and there prices are some of the best ive seen!! We drive 1-1/2 hours to get stuff from them but its totally worth it! If they were any closer id be in trouble! lol Great staff, great corals, great prices!! A+++++++
