It was my sons first time doing a trampoline park. We took him to Toddler time and were super excited. He had a blast! He isnt as advanced as the other kids but he truly enjoyed his time. Im so glad that he is to young to notice or care about the stick in mud moods from ALL the staff. These KIDS working at this place have some super attitudes, like their so cool or its cool to be a bunch of rude punks. Not one person I encountered there was nice. They all seemed too bothered to be at their job. So I had fun with it, made them talk and answer stupid questions. They are not very good at their job based on their attitudes. I will continue to come until we move out of canton only bc my son had fun, now Ill have some fun too with zombie staff that works there. Watch out old stick in the mud brats, you havent lived much of life to have anything to be pissed about PLUS YOU WORK AT A TRAMPOLINE PARK! (HOW ROUGH IS YOUR LIFE REALLY?)

This is an amazing place for kids and adults. The staff is so friendly and they always have a smile. My family purchased two 60min packages on groupon and we lost our stickers in the foam pit. A SZ staff member smiled and said "no problem, I can fix it." Another staff member helped my nephews play in the jousting pit. The kids laughed and smiled which made it all the more fun for our family. They have lockers for purses and shoes for 25cents. The bathrooms, trampolines, and facilities are spotless. This is a business that values its employees and customers reap the benefit. This is a happy place to go and enjoy a day of pure fun!

My son loves this place great place to bring your kids and let them burn off energy its also clean and the staff is okay. The only problem is the majority of the staff are teenagers so they really dont watch if others are breaking the rules because theyre too busy flirting with each other or trying to get laid. I cant really blame them because I was doing the same thing at 16 years old. Management needs to enforce that they are fully paying attention especially when the little children are jumping around and the big kids start to come into the area theyre not supposed to.

While I understand your rules are for safety purposes, the amount of rules and constant calling out of every single infraction makes this place less fun than it could be. the time before when I came, one of the monitors was very rudely commenting how much my child coughed. And then while my youngest was jumping with me, the monitor lured him away from me with a ball to go jump somewhere else.

Horrible experience!!! Was under construction by time we reached it and they didnt bother to put that on their website. Drove an hour to get there and ended up having to turn back. Should really have mentioned it somewhere on their website that it is under construction and from the looks of it had been for some time.

Loud and obnoxious. The place is staffed by teenagers who care more about impressing each other than looking out for guests. If theres anyone on staff older than 21, they dont act it. Their only saving grace is their "Sensory Nights" for those with Autism and sensory processing issues.

We went to Sky Zone for toddler time and found that the staff was surprisingly good with the little ones. Really patient and understanding. Totally worth the price to let our little one get some energy out.

Due to regulations and safety guidelines it takes some fun out of bouncing on trampolines. And you arent allowed to toss your kids into the soft foam pits. Wtf?
