First and foremost I am highly upset with the service Ive received from whom ever the owner of this company is and the manager of the store. I recently booked a party and wasnt informed about the policy until after I paid and read for myself. Then I spoke to someone and they told me I can get my money back. I went the next day and the manager said she talked to the owner and he flat out said NO with no hesitation. This is really sad that your customer service is really poor. I will be taking further actions to get my money back since whom ever the owner is feels like this isnt his concern. Your associates do not know your own policies and lie to customers giving false hope ! Your rules were not explained to me at anytime , during my purchase or with the phone call. your employee Jose Left a note letting the manager know I will be coming in to cancel and pick up my deposit ! I will be letting everyone I know to never book a party at your services because they will not be helped the proper way. I am completely outraged !

We visited this location today while our car was getting its oil changed across the street so we needed something to do for an hour or so. My 18 month old was not too impressed with the bounce houses but thats not their fault he just was too little I think. They do have a toddler area but even that area was a little too intense for a toddler his age. I slid down the slide into the phone pit with him on my lap and just about broke my tailbone landing on the hard floor as the foam does not cover where the slide ends. Its seriously hurt. So instead of playing on the bounce houses he wanted to do arcade games and rides so we did those instead. Luckily hes too little to understand what he was doing because every ride that we did was broken. It either didnt do what it was supposed to do or all the buttons and lights were burnt out on it and missing. Thankfully it was only $10 and change for both of us to go here but I think if he was older Id go somewhere else.

I went yesterday with my son and my main concern is that the little kids area the one that has the foam squares is in bad shape and fixed with tie wraps. The are no cut on a safe way. The kids including mine were getting scratches every time they will step out. I also notice the carpet was dirty. Rice all over the place and not a single person supervising the bouncers. there were adult with shoes on the bouncers and a lot of kids not wearing socks. They still have the tokens system and really old bouncers. I think it is time they renovate. I went on Saturday to the one on 40 and 152nd and I loved it. That is way I came back to the one close to my house and I was disappointed.

It was dirty and smelled like urine in the bouncy house; 1 day 1/2 later, my son broke out with a fever. Really disappointed since I had been there previously and everything was on point. What was once a ball pit for the toddlers has now pieces of ugly foam. This place is has turned into an ugly, hot, and smelly germ festival. Not to come across as racist, but the the majority of the crowd was African American, and the kids that were there that day were so wildly behaved, that to prevent my 3 year old from getting accidentally hurt I just left earlier. I wish they had older attendees that will have enough sense for a proper disinfecting regimen.

I Am Aletra Davis I am going through I dispute with this establishment for being misinformed on a Party booking policy and when I spoke with the manager to tell her I wanted to cancel because I may be going to Chuck E. Cheese instead and That I Need my deposit back she called the owner and spoke with him he said no refund so I asked if I could speak with them she says no but gives me a email I could contact them at , she proceeds to say when you write him dont mention Chuck E. Cheese because then hes already gonna make up his mind and just flat out tell you no you cannot have your money back

My two year old child was able to exit the place on his own, barefoot and wander the mall alone without an employee noticing or intervening. They have a double door and an employee who is supposedly making sure the kids only leave with their family, but it is clearly a false sense of security. I couldnt find a manager to complain to and the employee who I spoke to only said, "I wasnt there," as an excuse as to how that coughs happen.

My daughter loves this place and we have been many times. However, last time we went, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING with no toilet paper in any stall! They also play incredibly foul pop music. I understand they want to have fun, modern music playing but they could find a child ear safe alternative with kidz bop or at least monitor the language and sexually charged lyrics.

The best bang for your buck. I cant see why you would want to take your kids anywhere else.. sky zone sucks.. the kids run wild and free here and you have ac. Staff makes sure these kids stay inside. Stay as long as you want.. Bring your own drinks and food too... or buy from here...I am going to be coming here more often now.

Kids love it. Only main complaint is the fact that the majority of the teenage staff seem like they really hate life! I dont expect them to be completely chipper and fake but damn at least be friendly!

There has to be a better system to get into the facility. Was there two weeks before and had to resign a waiver. Waited 30 minutes to get in because everyone in front of us had to sign waiver. Fail.
