My wife told me she wanted to move our 120 gal Reef aquarium to our new office. I about stroked out. Our aquariums are our second kids, first are our dogs. I dug me heels in for about 10 min LOL. Then we measured and it wasnt going to fit. Then Katrina came up with another way of arranging the desk to make the 120 fit. Shes good like that. So how are we going to move 120 gals of water plus rock plus sand plus tank. Then she got on the phone and called Patrick.. a few min later patrick will do it... then I stroked out a little more because reality was setting in. But I thought these guys do this all the time with I am sure bigger tanks than mine. Well Patrick and I am sure Michael was there as well as well came today. I specifically lengthened my day so that I would not be there to see it. I finally got up enough courage to come home and the tank was moved. I was shocked to see that not only was all of my fish present and or accounted for but every piece of coral and rock was there as well. And it was all back in the exact location as it was before moving the tank. Not sure how it was done maybe he was friends with a genie and they snapped some fingers or rubbed a lamp but I tell you what it looks great my stress level is zero now. Hats off to you Patrick and your crew. Amazing job. So glad I hired you to move my tank. It was well worth the money to have this done by you and your crew. Thank you very much Brad and Katrina

Excellent store and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have no clue what these other folks are talking about when they give bad reviews. The only thing I can attribute it to is that they are needy customers who want someone standing beside them at all times while they are in the store. Im a novice at the hobby, but every time I have gone in there (which is WAYYYY more than my wife would like), they have not only answered any questions I might have, theyve saved me from making mistakes at the cost of making a sale. These guys (and gal) know what theyre talking about and run a top notch operation in my opinion. Other places might have a little more selection, but if youre after quality give Coral Logic a visit. Maybe I just happen to have gone only on their "good" days, but chances are the reviews that bashed them are from those people that can ALWAYS find something to complain about. Im sure you know the type, so take them with a grain of reef salt. Personally, I cant wait to get back down there and see what else theyve got in!

From a beginner in saltwater aquarium: Initially I went to the store with my wife to take a look at what saltwater fish can bring. I had no idea about anything: including what skimmer is, filtration systems, fish types, food, etc. The guy at the front desk helped me to get everything I need, he opened up the skimmer box, sump box and assembled and showed me how everything works and what is it and why I need it. I have been to that place dozen times with any questions I have and they helped me. He also got me hooked up with a guy who delivered water to my apartment, and they even helped to set everything up, even thought they did not have to. The young girl and young guy who works there: they are terrific, friendly, answer any questions I had and helped to resolve many issues I had. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everyone has good days and bad days, consistency counts! I have been going to this store for the last 2 years. I had no idea about saltwater tank, fish, and corals. I always had a freshwater tank. Jeremy, Patrick, Matt, and Mike are great. I dont know the girls name and she is helpful as well. I converted my tank through someone else and did not have a good experience. Patrick and Jeremy completely changed things around and I have an unbelievable tank now. The staff is knowledgeable and sometimes they are short of help and that causes a delay but they never ignore you and apologetic when this happens. Take it from someone who has been going there every week or every other week for the last 2 years. They have exceeded my expectations CONSISTENTLY. Aslam Ray Raza

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. I cant emphasize enough how awful this place is. I witnessed who I believe was the owner come in and act like he was the most important person in the universe. I attempted to ask a question, but was ignored. I am usually a very patient person, but this was ridiculous. I dont always believe the customer is always right, but I do believe in respect. That business would go under without customers. I cant imagine how this man is in his personal life. Save your time, your money, and go somewhere that will appreciate your business.

Couldnt be better! I am a saltwater novice, and the owner and staff at Coral Logic have always treated me like gold. They know about my particular tank size and shape, and always help me make the right decision about what fish will work well in my situation. Ive now got quite an environment working very well, and each time I go in for a new addition, or just to ask a question, they dont even need to be reminded about what Ive already got... they remember. They care about their customers. Im very pleased with my experience there.

What a great shop! The above lisitng could not be any further from the truth. The staff was well educated and really helpful when prompted. This shop has 3xs the inventory as any other I have visited in Jax since I have established my reef tank. The prices are very comprable to local shops and online stores. They will work with you on any "problem" fish not getting along in your tank etc(PS I speak from experience). The online stores say tough sh#$ and your on your own. I highly reccomend this shop stop by youll see.

Well im everybody again, I just purchased a 72inch T5 Aqautic Life light for my 125 fish only tank from coral logic last week.Its so awesome going from my low watt T5 to this, im think im going to start doing coral now with this light, I already have alot of live rock so thats good.I guess next I will be getting a protein skimmer from there and have Patrick install it.I just dont see how anybody would write a bad comment about the store.Ive always gotten great service when going in there.

Outstanding selection of coral and fish that will definitely get your tank looking better than ever. Prices are fair and the costumer service is amazing. Always willing to share their knowledge in aquatics and more than happy to give u advice on what u should do. I feel very comfortable asking them questions because they are all knowledgeable to give you expert advice. The store is very inspiring and u will always have the best results buying and supporting their business.

They have a nice selection of dry goods, fish and coral. No, its not the biggest store in town. I find the staff to be helpful and professional. They wont bug you if you dont ask questions or need help. Working in sales/retail, some people dont want to be bothered while browsing. Its a great store with fair pricing and in a convenient location. The fish and coral seem to always be healthy and the tanks are always clean.
