Never been to the store. Tricker is the best source for aquatic plants, but for those of us too far to visit store, the website is a poor alternative. Today I simply wanted to buy 300 fertilizer tabs. This process took me 30 minutes on Chrome and Firefox. The site is dysfunctional on Chrome. It will not load the shopping cart, despite clearing history and reopening Chrome. In Firefox, the site continually refreshes causing the cursor to move from the present location. I can’t use PayPal as payment source because there is a loss of connectivity during transition to and from PayPal. When I enter credit card data the site refreshes and erases the card information. Of all the sites I use for marine and freshwater aquariums, ponds and aquatic plants, Tricker’s is consistently the most difficult to use. Site analytics and updating are in order. If, and when, you complete your order, you will pay a premium for shipping compared to other ecommerce sites. The shipping cost for my bottle of 300 fertilizer tabs was $13. They could have been shipped USPS Priority for less than $7. Tricker is a great source for all things aquatic gardening, but you must really work at being a long-distance customer.

this place is awsome! info, plants,fish. the info is the key! They only stock top quality products. I had ponds for years(40) Had hard times then ( BEFORE I FOUND TRICKERS) NO LY! With there Info and Products. ( I SPEND LESS,POND STAYS CLEAR ALL YEAR ROUND. OUR POND FISH GROW BIG! AND SURVIVE THE THE WINTER OUT SIDE IN THE POND! AND OUR POND IN OHIO IS ONLY 1 N .5 IN WATER DEPTH. AND THEY STILL SURVIVE. FOR 5 YEARS! (we have KOI- AND THEY WINTER!) ( In Ohio ) . Fish food wise- save your money-buy only Trickers Brand. ( My fish LOVE only Trickers blend.(and they grow big,n there colors pop) ( IF YOU DONT TRICKERS. ( THEN ENJOY WORKING HARD!) BUT u dont have to!

So disappointed. Bought a lily 30 days ago. Its not growing at all and now, Trickers tells me its not guaranteed because I bought it and put it in my little water garden too soon. I specifically asked about this at the time of purchase and the clerk assured me I was fine to go home and plant it. This is wrong. Trickers is taking advantage of people who dont know the fine details of water gardening. A manager is supposed to call me. Will it ever happen? From the attitude of the woman I talked to on the phone, I doubt it. I live near Trickers, but I will never shop there again.

Ordered 2 kinds of snails for our pond. They arrived in a timely manner, but the snails were super tiny. Some were not even 1/4". My husband called to complain and was told they didnt have any large snails any more. He was told someone would get back to him. I sent 2 e-mails to them complaining and have not received a response. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have ordered snails from them in the past and always received what was advertised. This time we did not and they are not backing up their product. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing again.

Poor Quality and Horrible Customer Service I ordered 3 4"-5" Koi from William Tricker, Inc. and received them today, Two of the fish were dead and the third was barely alive when I opened the bag,. All three were smaller then 4". When I called customer service they did not want to hear my issues. I was informed that their policy is for me to write a letter and they would not do anything about small or dead fish,. This is one of the worst experiences I have had ordering online.

I orderd four 3-4" sunburst goldfish on 04/16/2013. The fish were shipped on 04/17/2013 and delivered today 04/18/2013. All four fish arrived alive and appear to be very healthy and active. Theyre happily swimming around my pond with my older fish and their yellowish color is certainly unique among the other red/white/black comets. Im looking forward to seeing them throughout the summer.

Customer service is astounding. Friendly helpful people. My Koi desperately needed a medication that I could not obtain where I live and they overnighted it for me. Now my Koi are getting better thanks to their dependability. Couldnt be more impressed!

The best place for water plants anywhere. BUT be prepared to wait as it takes them a while to look up prices, get your plants, etc. Always have to wait at least a half hour.
