My husband and I have recently moved into a home with a built-in saltwater tank. Having really "inherited" the tank, we werent sure how to really care for it or the fish. We decided to reach out to the experts. My husband contacted Living Color and was put in touch with Damon. This was on Wednesday. On Wednesday evening, Damon returned my husbands call and stated he would give him a call on Thursday to schedule a time to come out and look at the tank. On Thursday, Damon called. He seemed genuinely excited to come to our home and help us care for our tank and fish. An appointment was scheduled for Friday at 4:30PM. At 4:12PM on Friday, Damon called and stated he had an emergency and needed to reschedule. I asked if he needed to reschedule for the same day, or a different day, and he said a different day would be preferred. When I asked if they took weekend appointments, he said only for emergencies. We called on Wednesday, it was currently Friday, and basically, I was being told I had to wait until at least Monday. At this point, I became concerned. Our tank was not in good condition, the air pump wasnt working and I didnt want our fish to die. (I know, they are fish, but I couldnt imagine something happening to our fish because of something we either did or didnt do.) Damon stated that without air circulating through the water, the fish would likely die. He stated the emergency situation was regarding a fish tank leak and that he would call me after that call me back. Friday evening, he never called back. Saturday, he never called back. Sunday, he never called back. Monday, he never called back. It is Tuesday, and we still havent heard from him or a representative of Living Color Aquariums. Emergencies happen. I get it, but when you schedule service or give someone your word that you will call them back, and then dont, you are no longer reliable. Obviously, Im not a customer or a client. I was never given the chance, but I would not recommend you waste your time on contacting them. Its South Florida. There are plenty of other marine aquarium experts you can call....

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my new tank! Having owned a 300 gallon tank for 14yrs, I did my research when it came time to get a new tank. Your company stood out above the rest, both from a quality standpoint, and also from a reliability standpoint. I read all the reviews I could, and your company seemed to shine. Now that I have had the pleasure of becoming a customer, I can see why your company does well! The tank is well constructed and Im happy with the advice I received to go with the full 1" thickness. Although I received the tank without the bottom holes drilled, I was extremely impressed with how well this was handled. I wouldnt have expected that the issue would be resolved so quickly by sending someone to my house in just 2 days. "Krusty" was very professional, and also very interesting to talk to! I know I made the right decision by going with Living Color Aquariums. I have told multiple people about how good your product is, and how easy it is to communicate with you, even when theres an issue. The fact that my tank came not quite as expected is far overshadowed by how this was dealt with! I received an apology AND the solution very quickly! This shows your companys integrity! No one is perfect and mistakes will occur no matter what business youre in. But its how these mistakes are handled that truly shows the character of the company. So again, thank you so much!

These guys have been around for years and have worked with several people I know personally. They absolutley do the best work in the industry....I have seen some large aquarium disasters from other companies, but never them. Nothing says WOW like a beautiful custom in home aquarium. When I walk into my friends homes that have worked with them I am always in awe...who needs TV when you have a 24/7 live nature exibit.

Living Color Aquariums has a large stock of maintenance supplies online. I have a beautiful aquarium in my home, but it requires a ton of upkeep. I found everything I needed on Living Color Aquariums website. They have items ranging from artificial corals to several monitoring systems. This website is a perfect one-stop-stop for everything aquarium related! Will definitely recommend to other aquarium lovers.

*************TERRIBLE WILL KILL LIVE STOCK********** I HAD A BEAUTIFULLY 400 GALLON TANK UNTIL LIVING COLOR GOT HOLD OF IT. THEY KILLED ALL MY CORALS AND DIDNT HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME. I SPENT OVER 50K ON MY TANK AND IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING.
