Dont trust these pirates, This business is based on bad principle and they dont care. I made the mistake of booking online and could not cancel or reschedule my trip an hour later after spending $154.00. I was told the boat was only half full so I know they didnt miss out on any business or lose time other than telling me they wont budge from their policy which is based on bad principle. What kind of honest business wont refund any money if the provided no service and didnt lose any potential business or invest any time with me? The boss called me after I requested to speak to him and when I mentioned what I said above, he said he didnt care that thats his policy and he wont budge. Take your money and children to honest businesses.

We had my nephews fourth birthday party here and it was amazing Captain Black sparrow was the best. The entire adventure is quite a special and out of the ordinary type of party . Even as an adult I had a wonderful time and think it was worth the money . The parties are also available for adults and Im seriously considering it . our captain had a wonderful sense of humor. The only thing I have to say is if youre going to be there with lots of small children on a summer day in September around 4 oclock in the afternoon it would be awesome if they had some cool fans blowing to reduce the temperature and move some here around . I had a wonderful time thank you

Awesome experience for the little ones. It was a water taxi tour for the adults & my three year old had the time of his life too. Loved Captain Black Sparrow & his first mate Cannon Ball Kiki. From battling the evil Barnacle Bill with water cannons to finding the key to the Treasure. It was the highlight of my sons vacation trip & he cant wait to go back. We booked online so the discount for that almost made up for the upgrade with the sword package. Which includes a plastic sword, bandanna & an eye patch. We had a Blast. Will definitely be going back. Thank You Capt. Black Sparrow!

So my five-year-old twin nephews are visiting as well as my parents and I was looking for something fun to do for all of us. My mom has problems walking so I called and they were able to accommodate her because everything is wheelchair accessible and she was able to walk down the ramp. Captain Black sparrow was funny and knowledgeable keeping all of the adults entertained while Kiki was the perfect counterpart entertaining the kids. We really had a fun time and I cannot wait to take my three-year-old son. This is definitely something we will do again and again.

This was great and is a must-do for families with young kids. It is all about the kids from the get-go and the captain and crew really go all out to make sure that the little ones have a great time on this boat ride around the harbor. The crew stay in character and keep it going the whole trip. They even made sure all of the little ones got a turn to fire the "cannons" at the bad guys boat. Even our hard to please little ones were shouting out "Aay Captain" on cue. They talked about it the rest of the day and will remember it for a long time I am sure.

In these time when most children spend their time in front of a computer or tablet, it is great that they can get to enjoy a different type of creativity and enjoy the outdoors and become mini pirates for a day! My daughter had so much fun the first time she went, that we are doing it again! I love to see my daughter live in a world of make-believe if only for an hour or so. Thank you, and see you ALL again soon.

Terrible customer service with this company! Turn around and find a new "adventure" to pursue. Had a terrible first-time experience, money down the drain bad experience and they dont care. Look at the responses of Captin Jack and his reviews... That Pirate owns up to his title. His responses to customers tell you he is rude just shows the accuracy of their complaint! Not recommended.

They do a great job. The captain and crew are really good with kids and really get into character. They make it fun for both kids and adults. The captain even provides a good tour of the houses along the way for the parents. They were well organized, the location was easy to get to, and you can go across to the beach if you arrive early or want to stay after. Highly recommended.

The Unlived Life

So much fun for the kids. My nephew LOVED it. The Captain, 1st mate Ashley and even Barnacle Bill were absolutely wonderful. I especially love how the Captain bonded with the children before they got started; showing them sword tricks and such. Sorry, I cant remember the Captains name, maybe Chris? Scott? MORGAN? Looking forward to doing an adult adventure! Arrgh!

We booked our twins birthday party with Blue Foot Pirates. The staff was amazing! I came with my party supplies and food, and they set up everything! The ship ride was fantastic; the crew was incredibly interactive with everyone! Both adults and children had a blast! Once the experience was over my son said, "That was a great adventure!"

My family had a great experience with Bluefoot! I brought my cousins who are 4 and 5 years old and they had the time of their lives.The kids were very happy that we bought the additional sword, bandana, and eyepatch to make their pirate attire even better. Sandy Bones did a great job on board as well. We will definitely be returning!

our pirate was Kris. funny for the kids and funny for the adults. it was an hr or so. really, i dont want to be any longer, id go nuts being stuck on the boat with that many kids if it was longer. they were nice, courteous, educational for both parents and kids. Definitely worth the $25. we will go back next year.

These jerks just cancelled our reservation at 6:00pm day before our pirate ship tour that I have had booked for over 3 weeks for my sons birthday. I am beyond pissed that they would not let us know sooner than 15 hours beforehand. Worst customer service. Terrible. So angry. My son is going to be so disappointed.

We were supposed to go on a family trip with some friends and booked a trip but one of the kids in our group got sick and we couldnt make it... Tried to reschedule and they wouldnt even let us.. they said its a no refund policy... I wouldnt go to this place... They lack principles like true pirates...

Lots of interaction with kids. Adults learn about mansions of the rich and famous. Captain Chris and Blackrose were great! Very interesting. I just wish they would bring less people on board. I had to fight with a horrible brazillian 300 pound parrot nose lady for a space where to sit. Really scary!

What a horrible experience!! Never again, they never dressed the kids of pirates never played games with the kids no face painting. They told us it was 1 hour and 15 minutes they gave us 45 minutes. The pirates were very rude. Please dont be fooled with the video nothing like it !!!!
