I have had constant problems with this theater and tonight was the worst. Had a free movie pass that expires this Friday. Tried to use it to get a ticket to Avengers. After a few minutes of trying to get it to work, the cashier told me the movie was "No passes." The strange thing is that the people before me had given her some sort of pass, which she told them the same thing, but then somehow allowed them to use the pass. After paying for a ticket, asked to speak to a manager. The manager indicated she would be down over the walkie talkie. After 5 minutes of waiting, we hear the manager ask over the walkie talkie if she is still need. 3 minutes later, she finally shows up. I explained the situation about the previous people being able to use a pass and she said it was a different type and that this was a "loyalty club" pass and I could not use mine. I asked why it took her so long to come address my concern and she said she was starting the movies? I expressed that I was disappointed that others were able to use a pass and I was being denied. She again said you cant you this pass, pushed it through the ticket slot, turned around and walked out of the booth. I was shocked at being treated so rudely by a manager. I walked around and found her and asked for her bosss information and told her I did not enjoy being treated so rudely. She said "I told you I didnt like your attitude and you couldnt use the pass". I told her she never said anything about my attitude and that she was being rude to me in walking away instead of helping to resolve my concern. Needless to say, I am going to be recommending everyone I know away from your theaters. That sort of treatment from a manager and especially for a "loyalty club" member is unacceptable to me.

Poorly kept. You pay $10.50 for a movie, you expect the place to at least be decent - its not. Went to a 6pm movie, the trash was OVERFLOWING onto the floor in theater we were in. You could SMELL the bathrooms. The place looks like it was raided by a horde of monkeys and no one took the time to clean up or take out the garbage. At the front - I tried to get the pizza - woman at the register went to put it in the oven, there was none stocked. She apologized and offered a hot dog. I said that would be fine. Turns out...the hot dogs werent stocked either. Neither were the pretzels when I asked for them. She said she could give me a popcorn but I didnt want any on the account of the customer next to me complaining that it was very stale. Im sorry - but I will not be going back and wasting my money. If Im spending that much, Ill go to a more well kept theater. Medina and Valley View are further for me, but its worth the hassle of this place. I much rather be comfortable in a movie for 2-3 hours than afraid to sit in the seat with garbage all over the floor...

Easily the worst theatre Ive stepped foot in, very unkept and floors are dirty. Couldnt scan or figure out our prebought tickets and told us to just walk in, second there was no sound at all in the theatre during previews, notified attendant he said its a known problem and the movie sound would be ok (so no previews), during the movie the screen and sound very subpar being in need of an upgrade from the past 10 years, through the movie people were talking and yelling obscenities at each other even threatening to fight each other during the movie (not in any kind of words that are fit for the public). All in all I am stunned that a theatre like this exists, it should in my opinion be shut down and upgraded. Spend the time and drive down to Cinemark in Cuyahoga Falls until the team at Regal decides to clean up this mess.

Poor Experience. My girlfriend and I went to see "47 Meters Down." The movie experience was okay. The issue I had was that we were going to purchase a large popcorn, and I asked for two cups for water. They told us that they dont give out water cups and would have to either pay for a drink or use the water fountain. If Im spending $8 on a popcorn that likely costs the movie theater less than $0.50, I expect to get at least complementary water cups or a small drink cup for water that cost less than a nickel. I just told them to keep the popcorn and didnt purhcase it because of this. In addition, when I went to the bathroom, there were no paper towels. I will not be back to ANY Regal theater again. Instead, I will go to the local Lake 8 in Barberton or an AMC.

Normally when my gf and I go to the theater its fine but we went to see the darkness and this group of kids were there and they had complaints and were going to be escorted out but an older sibling was there and said they would sit with them the kids were running in the theater and they got to stay the other couple that was there left at the beginning we wanted to see the movie but was not able to enjoy it and could not find a manager to make a complaint to.... for now on when either of us go out with our group of friends we will not be going here until the problems are fixed Im not paying to be bothered by kids at rated r movies anymore

The first 5 minutes being in the building set the tone for the whole experience. Waiting to order popcorn, the person working behind the counter was more concerned with having a conversation with his coworker than the customers in line. When we went to go to another register, he got an attitude with us saying he could help is, he was waiting on us to order... As he proceeded with his conversation. My drink was warm. Then we went into the theater, and it was so dark we couldnt even see where the cup holders were on the seats. The theater was very cold. I will be driving the few extra minutes it takes me to go to Medina in the future.

Very average theatre, but close to where I live. Seating is fairly comfortable and the theatres are usually clean. I have however seen the trash cans in the halls overflowing with no one in site to change it out. The movies themselves usually run without issues. As with any theatre, there will be occasional hiccups and the occasional group of rowdy teenagers. As for customer service, it has always been average. No one has ever stood out as a star employee.

Super expensive. Not teen friendly. Uncomfortable seats. Bad popcorn. Did I mention SUPER EXPENSIVE?? Imagine theaters, and cinemark is so much better and cheaper. $8 for a regular ticket at Imagine Theater for an amazing experience vs $10.80 for gross bathrooms, and cramped and uncomfortable seats at Regal Cinema. We need an Imagine Theater in Ohio.

Went to see Spider-Man on a Wednesday at 6pm. 4+ rows with filthy cup holders and seats filled with cups and popcorn buckets. The guy working there showed up with a broom to clean about a minute before previews started and didnt bother picking anything up. I had to sit with my friend about 3 rows closer to the screen where it wasnt a garbage dump.
