Mr. Albert, Manager and Owner should be in another line of business. Never working with children! On February 16th at exactly 6:30pm with an outside temperature of 66F this guy decided to turn of the A/C and open 3 of the big backside warehouse doors so he could save on his electricity bill. This was dangerouse becouse he had no staff guarding these doors that lead to a parking lot. Somehow he thought it was ok to simply open as a big door that leads to a parking lot, with no security, in a place filled with children. To make things worst, the cold night breeze was blowing right into the small childrens playpark area and this was terrible for small sweaty kids to get this cold breeze. When I asked one of the staff to please close the door he ran to get Mr. Albert. When I told Mr. Albert, that my children were sweating from jumping arround and that the cold night breeze was going to make them get sick, he told me that, he was not going to turn on his A/Cs just becouse one customer didnt like the doors to be open. That if I didnt like it I could leave and that he would give me my money back, becouse no one would tell him how to run his biz. Mr. Albert! I paid a high cover charge for my kids to play inside a closed and seccure environment. If i wanted them to play in the cold breeze of the night, I would have taken them to a Public Park. After driving 45 minutes to get to this place its not ok for you to just run of your cusomters like dogs! This Guy actually went and told my 5 year old daughter to get out of the park and then asked my wife and 7 year old son to leave his business immediatley. I must say my reaction was a bit improper, but it was hard to be educated, when you have a guy kicking you and your family out of a playpark, just for requesting good customer attention. I was so upset at this Albert guy that I forgot to collect my refund! But you know what Albert! Keep it and go buy a book on how to give good customer attention. Your under aged staff was doing a much better job than you!

Around 7 pm on a Friday night, my daughter and I went to Planet Air to enjoy the last full weekend of summer. It was not too busy yet the staff is awful: rude to kids, acting like wannabe cops, fun crashers for no reason. It comes from the top b/c the owner rounds to each employee to scold them on what they are doing wrong. Just a culture of punitive authority. While wearing the yellow grip socks, I entered the main trampoline area to take a short video of my daughter. Right away an employee came to tell me I had to leave w/o the wrist band. I said ok, I would leave. On my way out 5 seconds later, the owner also told me the same while dragging an different employee along with him even AFTER hed already seen the first employee tell me. I told him also that I was leaving but he kept badgering me as I walked out along the mats. As he continued to chase behind me, saying something I told him he was making me not want to spend my $ there and to stop harassing me. Then at the snack bar, I waited 10 minutes with no one working there but the owner trolled through and said nothing. It was over $40 for 2 activities for my daughter + $3 to rent a locker for my purse. This place is a money sucking pit with bad ownership. Hes just counting his money and walking around angry for some reason. He needs prayer. So I will for him. I dont know what kind of day he had or man he is but neither does he know of me. Its not a comfortable company for me to put my money into anymore.

Bunch of bullies and animals running around this place pushing my son who has manners aside to get in front of the line. Its more a teens place to hang. The employees watched as those animals frenzied into the dodge ball pit run around and do the same thing to him again.then he was at front of line and was told a private party was next..he waited. Then it happened all over again he was first but got pushed to one side of the entrance. When they opened door the employee actually held him to the side and let everyone else in...I have a horrible temper and was worried Id explode so we left and Ill call tomorrow. Off the Wall blows this ghetto place out of the water. Id only bring a 12+ plus kid, that is fearless, on a weekday to this place and thats if OTW burned down..we also bought a package at OTW that included 2 pizza slices, drink, 20$ game credit, and wristband all for less than what we paid here for a wristband and nothing else. Course they dont even have the arcade, laser tag, and games and ticket exchange for prizes. Save your money go to the beach or one of the OTHERS!

The kids (boys, 6 and 8) loved the trampolines and general experience. However, buyer beware that the cost is high. On our first visit, the girl at the desk (most workers are high schoolers) suggested I buy the full package for our 8 year old, but neglected to say that four activities were not available to him because he wasnt quite tall enough, and two that were in the higher price category (both of which we had come for specifically, a vertical slide drop and a trampoline/bungee were both broken. When I told the manager that all the things we had been suggested to pay for were not available to us, she at first said she would "adjust" the fee, and then eventually didnt suggest it again. She acted helpful, but in the end had no interest in our experience. So, 35$ for the younger boy would have been sufficient for the older one--yet we paid 65$. For this, and the rather suspect release form releasing the company from any and all injuries, we will never come again, nor suggest to our friends to visit.

Loved it. We heard about this place over the summer, but waited until we had 50% off coupons to go. My kids had an absolute blast. We went on a Friday afternoon at 3:00, and stayed until about 8:00. The place got a little more crowded around 5:00, but there was no line for any attraction. Food is expensive, but our coupon included pizza and a drink. I had to drag my 15, 13 and 11 year old out at 8:00, they would have stayed til close. I love how the place is designed, packs in a lot of activities. I have read comments about the teenage workers, but when I thanked two of them for helping my daughter, they looked shocked, and responded with huge grins. I got the impression they were not used to being thanked. They have a tough job, and I dont think they receive any recognition in return. Try a little kindness. When we got home, 50% coupons were still online so I bought more.

Very disorganized. Bad management. Our party got there early to check-in and fill out any other paperwork, but it took 45 minutes! The kids lost a half hour of play time. We were also supposed to have a dedicated party host to show the kids what to do and when to do it, however, the host to had to help check the kids into the system. They should have assigned a 2nd host since our big party was using a second party room. They also didnt have enough people to help the kids do the rock walls. Not one kid got the chance to do the lego rock wall because no attendant was there to help. The lines to get food were ridiculous because they didnt have enough people helping. It consistently took over 20 minutes just to get a coke. Very disorganized and wasnt at all "Stress free" service. It was total chaos. Then they had the nerve to ask for a tip for their customer service!
