At wow factory, there are so many attractions and isnt just an ordinary arcade. There is rock climbing, laser tag, ball playground, AND arcade. Laser tag is some of the best laser tag that Ive ever seen, equipment is light, an actual laser points to where you are shooting, and isnt just infrared. It is 2 floors of great free for all laser tag, and at the end you can even see your score on the scoreboard outside the arena. The Arcade is ok. There is a lot of fun games, but for the prices of the prizes in tickets, the games barely give you any tickets. By the end of the day I only have enough tickets to buy a cheap plastic toy, and nothing else. Most of the good prizes are 500+ Which is extremely hard to get. Some games dont even give you tickets, and the redemption games are as hard as hell as usual. (At least they have good prizes in them) staff at the prize counter are very accommodating, and if you ask for the amount of tickets something is, they will gladly tell you. The ball playground is very fun for little kids, and even kids a little bit older. It is a huge playground, and even has little foam ball cannons, and big cannons in the middle that shoot these foam balls all over the place. Although it does get very hot in the place and has a lack of good air conditioning as I am always sweating when I get out. In sum, the best attraction is definitely the laser tag.

My fault: In an attempt to help out other parents by picking up their kids to bring, I arrived to my own childs party 15mins late. Their fault: From start, the hr and a half party host is a lie, we were rushed out of the room so fast that the 2 orders of glitter tattoos (which would have accomodated for 24kids) I had initially ordered had to be removed from our bill as the service was never provided. Our party host was not knowledgeable of our package despite having a print out of the details, he was ringing up the bill and didnt even notice NOONE came and tatted up the kids. Myself and other had to keep re-directing him. Our cake came with a sparkler candle in which the host would have lit directly in the birthday girls face, had her dad not told him to have all the kids stand up and away from the table. Our host had no interaction with the party guest or parents. Upon all guest departures (which were at different times) I had to keep going to the desk for the goodie bags which were included in the pkg. (Why wasnt this just brought into our party room? For what this place charges I could have certainly booked a Chuckie Cheese and felt just as satisfied. In a nutshell its an awesome place to take your kids, I will just never book another party.

I have been to the WOW Factory several times. My Daughter loves it there. This place is very clean. But I do have a few complaints- My Main BIG complaint is their security system is not the best. Kids can just walk in and out they dont check to see if they are with anyone. My daughter went outside by herself and she is 5. No one even stopped her or asked her where she was going. They should also tell you that Free Play means that you will not receive any coupons from the games during this time. We played for 2 hours and at the end we thought we had all these coupons to get my daughter something at the prize counter but ended up with nothing. When I asked about this a teenage girl with long straight brown hair who runs the front counter said to me free play is just that free play. She was so rude I was kinda shocked she spoke to me that way. I wanted to slap her for being so rude. I asked for a manager and she told me that the manager would not give me a different answer and do I still want him anyways? I will go back but since my daughter likes it so much there but they need a little improvement security and staff wise. The rest of the staff there is always pleasant and nice.

I cant give them a 5 star review unfortunately as they refuse to acknowledge that their number one priority is squeezing every last dime out of their party room rentals by booking every single minute at full price thus not allowing for decorating time, or the dynamically changing nature of parties. The staff is convinced that their priority is making sure everyone has a great party experience while denying access to rooms, and herding everyone in and out like cattle. The incongruency is the problem here. Either own your business plan and stand by the repercussions of your policies & practices or change them to match what you claim is your priority. Its the corporate self deception that creates all the problems. Otherwise, they had lots of staff, fairly friendly and professional I give them a B+, tons of fun and safe equipment for the kids, as well as clean, decent sized party rooms. The whole establishment gets a B+

This place is great for little ones, I have a 4 year old. My experience during the summer tells me that there are lots of summer camp field trips here and during that time it is absolutely crazy. I recommend going after 3pm during the week to avoid this. Its an indoor playground with obstacles and slides and all things fun. The food wasnt bad either, I was surprised about the pizza and that they offered the snack-sized humus and pretzels snack but its all more expensive than you would think it to be. The video games are fairly pricey too and some times they dont work correctly but still take your money. There are no tokens but everything is done on a card you purchase that resembles a debit card. Like my memories of Chuck E. Cheese as a kid, there is a point system and you can "cash-in" to get prizes at the counter. The exchange rate is ridiculous...20,000 for a a stuffed animal?

Ive been to the Wow Factory several times and my kids love the unlimited laser tag deal, buying points is not worth it as some attractions are as high as 28 points, is only worth it if you buy the unlimited attractions tickets, it all went downhill when I booked a birthday party for my son, the kids get to play one or two attractions (depending what package you buy) ONE TIME ONLY!!! all the kids were out of credits before 30 minutes went by, the birthday room youre supposed to get for 2 hours, youll get about a hour and a half because they start cleaning 30 minutes before the time is up, the food looks great but taste is just a little better than Chuck E Cheeses pizza, if youre just visiting I give it 3 to 4 stars, for birthday parties 1 star is an overstatement.
