The physical theater itself is nice. The seats are comfortable and the sound quality is good, and assigned seating a great feature. However, this was my first at this theater and I didnt get a good impression on the service. We purchased our assigned seat tickets for Captain America 3D for Saturday nights showing. About 10 minutes into the movie, we were told by a staff member that they needed us to move down the end of row even though we were clearly sitting in the correct seats. Caught off guard by the request, my boyfriend and I moved down to the end of the row and then we noticed that they sat a couple next to us, filling in the seats that we paid for. We specifically chose our seats because we did not want to sit at the end of the row, so I stepped outside to ask the staff member why we were moved out of our seat. Apparently, she didnt really pay attention to seat numbers and tickets, even though we saw her study the tickets and seats with the flashlight. At this point I thought she realized that she mistakenly moved us to the wrong seat, so we went back inside where she talked to the people sitting in our seats. After some mumbling, I heard her say, "Im going to get a manager." I patiently waited about 10 minutes, and there wasnt any of the staff member or the manager, so I went back outside to look for them. At this point the staff member accused me of sitting in the wrong seats, and I had to show her our tickets yet again and she went to compare them to seating chart. Finally, she realized that we were wrongfully moved out of seats and requested help from a manager. So after missing about 20 minutes of the movie, the manager finally got us back into our original seats. No apologies from the staff or the manager... but hey, I guess at least I got to see 80% of the movie in the seats I paid for.

Where to start. On 12/18th, I reserved seats, "On their website", to watch Star Wars Battlefront at 8:30. I picked out seats G3 & G4 for this event, as they were showing up earlier that day. When arriving at the theater, I paid with credit card that I reserved the seats with, and they printed out seats E7 & E8 for theater 7. I thought nothing of it and assumed they moved our seats. When arriving into the theater, it was a packed house. There were only two seats left open, G3 & G4, the seats I picked out! Needless to say, there were no seats E7 & E8. I tried to complain to the high school student trying to help me there was an error on their website and printed out the wrong seats. I told them which seats I picked out, and tried to explain to both them and the manager which seats I picked out and they were the ONLY seats still open in the theater. They said they couldnt honor my tickets due to the print out. I asked the manager how he could not get across his mind that there were only two seats open in the theater, I told him these were the seats I reserved online, but due to their system printing out two seats for seats that didnt even exist, it was my fault and I could not watch the movie. A bunch of unprofessional people who work here and I will not be back to support this theater, when there are way much better options around. Wish I could give it less than one star!!! Upper management, if you are reading this, please hire more professional associates who actually want to help people and not run off business!

Yesterday, me and my friends went to watch Tammy. We are 13&14. The ticket vendor sold us the tickets & when we got inside they literally took us out of the theater right before the movie started to tell us we had to be 17 to watch it or come with a parent. The fact is that 2 days before that a group of my friends went to watch The Purge (Rated R) by themselves and they were like 11 years old. So we got kicked out of the movies because we were too young but the group of friends that went earlier didnt. Also, if they are going to say "you have to be 17 to watch a rated R movie by yourself" they should really make sure they are really enforcing their rules, because one month ago, my brother(14), a friend(12), and i (13) went to watch neighbors (RATED R) BY OURSELVES and no one said anything to us when we bought the tickets BY OURSELVES or when we watched the movie BY OURSELVES. So next time, make sure you really do enforce rules you make.

Once you get in the door, the theater is great. Its just that getting through the door has become a real hassle. Paragon and Franks Theaters have gone to the Assigned Seating model. People can sign in and pre-buy and pick their seats. This sounds great, but it has one MAJOR drawback. You still have to stand in the same line to get your tickets. This is complicated by the fact that now everyone in line has to take the time to choose their seats. On top of that, they have the gall to add a "Convenience" charge to pre-purchased tickets. As far as I can determine, the only convenience is for the theater, not the consumer. Too Slow, So long.

Just okay...for starters they did not turn off the lights when the movie began. Three people had to get up and tell them to turn of the lights. The theatre needs updating, some of the seats are worn and the ticket counter needs updating (there was a hole in the counter). While the tickets are cheaper ($8.75 vs $10.75) than the silverspot down the street in the promenade, the popcorn is more expensive ($13 vs $10 for a medium popcorn and medium drink). I would prefer the silverspot with the updated atmosphere. However, the staff is nice and I would probably return again...

The movie going experience was okay. Used Fandango, had to wait in line to pickup my tickets regardless. The seats werent bad, but not as comfortable as most theaters have been putting in. Went to see X-Men in 3d, no complaints about the audio/video quality. Sadly my biggest complaint were the people in the theater. Not sure why people feel its acceptable to talk throughout the movie, scream for their friend, or run up and down the stairs repeatedly (THUMP, THUMP, THUMP). Last one could be blamed on the theaters lack of sound dampening on the stairs.
