The room wasnt even completely reset when we got in there. The game guide seemed very inexperienced. For example, it took her awhile to give us clues we asked for and at one point, we had a puzzle solved but she never noticed until 10 mins later! Thats precious time in these games. Sometimes wed ask for a clue and she wouldnt even give us one or she would give us clues for things we had already completed. There was a device in the room that took several minutes to even open while we just stood there helplessly. We would have never escaped if our team hadnt consisted of excellent guessers on some puzzles because the clues within the room were terrible. Ive escaped from 13 escape rooms from different companies, and this is by far the worst put together.

The name "Escape The Room" is an extremely close name to a competitor so when I booked the reservation I thought I was booking with the competitor (womp womp); some of our friends went to the other location. We were given the low down by our clue master when we got into "The Apartment" and kinda got a bad taste in our mouths right off the bat when she said, "Dont ask me for clues because if you do I wont give them to you." (Wow! Seriously?) We were "so close" to getting out but didnt make it out in time. Still waiting on the promised picture of our group (been waiting 5 days now). Not a bad experience, but definitely not a great one.

We absolutely loved our experienced at Escape the Room. Surprised my husband for his birthday since this has been a recent interests for both of us to do. We choose the agency room. Without giving anything away I am so happy with the amount of challenges there was. It was not easy and the end was so exciting to hear the sound of another clue and the adrenaline begin to rush as you are close to the finish. We did not succeed unfortunately as we where 10-15 seconds away from the final completion. We will definitely go back with our older daughter next time and do another room. Had a awesome time !

This was my second time doing one of these "Escape The Room" games (first one being the one in Castleton) and it was no doubt a great experience. My group and I did The Apartment, and little did we know that it was the hardest room to escape from that they had there. Despite not escaping in time (1 hour), we had a blast. This is a fun thing to do with a group of friends especially as a way to test your sanity and wits. Our "Clue Giver" was super nice and funny and definitely added to the experience.

Great time overall but the room got very warm which distracted others that we were placed with from the task at hand. We also had issues with the keypads accepting the codes that lead to the final piece of the puzzle and it cost us time but the people working were great at giving us hints when we strayed too far away from relevant information. We felt the cost was a bit high compared to competitors rates but would definitely try it again.

Tim and Richard at The Escape Room made our adventure very special. You see this was the day my son was going to propose. Tim and Richard helped "set up" the escape so "she" would find the engagement ring. Everything went as planned and they even helped with a champagne toast next door at the Salt on Mass. We did the Apartment and it was very challenging and fun! I highly recommend Escape Room Indianapolis!!! They went above and beyond!!!

This was my first escape room, and I didnt really enjoy it. Too many of the clues seemed disconnected from the conclusions they were meant to lead us to. At one point I had to take out my cell phone and call a number - when an earlier number was meant to be dialed into the phone mounted on the wall! How were we meant to know that? Everyone else liked it, though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Had a great experience! Room full of 12 people, 10 together and 2 randoms. It was challenging enough where at a few times we were getting frustrated! The Cluemaster Amber was awesome and truly helped us get through some tough spots! We will gladly book again and go up a level of experience next time! Awesome staff, clean facility, very challenging and engaging! Good group fun! Great for surprise Bdays!

Great time was had by our entire group of 10, challenging without being frustrating, and as the time clock continued to tick down, became quite immersive and frankly a little frantic in the best way possible. Escaped(with a handful of well-timed hints from our moderator) with 20 seconds left on the clock. Would definitely try another room in the future. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience! At first sight, the price seems high to try and escape a room within an hour. But after we escaped, I didnt even think about the price anymore. It was great to come together and brainstorm and see who was good at what. very interesting. I am super interested in doing it again in a different room. We successfully escaped The Agency.

As far as escape room facilities go, this was one of the nicest Ive seen. I did the Agency, which has a secret agent theme, and I was impressed with the amount of technology built into the puzzles. Usually, escape rooms are squeezed into random locations, but this was properly designed and built from the ground up.

Our group broke out of The Dig. This company was way better than other escape room companies. There were actually puzzles and riddles to solve. Other companies just make you look around the room for seemingly endless hidden keys. I was very pleased with this adventure and would definitely recommend it!

Ive only been to one other escape room experience and this one was the better one. The setup and props were a high quality. Puzzles werent too easy. Only improvement was I wished they took the time to walk us through each step because I was in a big group and missed a fair number of the puzzles.

Great gaming experience with friends! Our first ever escape room and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The "voice from above" helped us a lot. Going forward, I think well be better equipped to figure things out. We didnt escape but we were pretty darn close! Well worth the money and time!

My friend and I were looking for something fun to do on Friday night and this ended up being the perfect thing. It kept us busy and engaged, it was in a great location to grab some food before going, and the staff were super nice. The price wasnt too bad for a night out either.

A group of us did the Dig. This was our third room experience throughout the midwest and found this room to be very well designed and so much fun. We had adults and kids and everyone was able to participate.

My group had a blast. We will definitely be going back. I do wish it was a little cheaper with 4 kids at home its not something I will be able to do again real soon. Definitely worth saving up for though.
