Everything was going great with my friends, but once we got to the movie we all wanted to watch, we noticed there were no seats open at all on the opening night. We then chose to sit on the floor since there were literally no seats open. But after 30 minutes, a lady and manager walked up to us and said that we either needed to find a spot to sit, get a refund, or just wait until the next showing that day. That wasnt the thing that ticked me off the though; what really ticked me off was the fact that the people working in the movie theater were willing enough to give more tickets than the amount of seats. They never said they were sold out when there were no more seats left. My friends and I were not the only ones sitting down on the floor though; there were literally four other families that couldnt find seats and had to sit in the back with us. Even though I got a refund of my ticket, still, we bought drinks and food that we couldnt get refunds for. Many other families were mad too since they spent all their money on food and drinks for their children because they were expecting to see the movie We also lost around thirty minutes of time since they didnt inform us earlier before we started watching trailers for other movies. If youre planning to go see a movie at this theater, I highly recommend to buy your tickets online or go to the theater very early (like 30 to 45 minutes early) before your movie starts to avoid what had happened to me, my friends, and a lot of other families even though we all went 25 minutes before the movie started. This was really unexpected and they should have told us that there were no seats left so that we dont have to waste money on buying food and drinks. This makes me think that they care more about peoples money than their comfort.

The new Policy of 25 years of age or over is total BS. Who are you to parent for me? My 15 1/2 year old wasnt allowed to see the movie "IT" with his nearly 20 year old brother...why because he isnt 25!!!??? Who are you to make that decision for any parent?!! Its not for safety, its not for "their benefit", so tell me how can YOU tell ME or ANY parent what movie(s) my child can watch? THE MPAA rating says its not suggested for "R" but a parent/guardian must be with them..Last I remember the age of 18 makes you an adult and IF I choose to allow my 19 year old to take my 15 1/2 year old to the movie - HE HAS A GUARDIAN!!! EVEN on CINEMARK web page there is NO mention of ANY policy of this kind. NOT even on any website/information site regarding this theater...since YOU are an AFFILIATE of CINEMARK, Im sure they be thrilled to find out YOU ARE making decisions for parents and restricting access to THEIR/YOUR theater to people who have obviously been given consent to watch the movie. The theater itself isnt bad just this dumb parenting policy....

Decent movie theater. Small but good sized screens for its size. Not the best staff in the world, but overall it wasnt bad. Definitely better than the two Regal movie theaters in Davis, considering price for tickets and the quality of the movie theater itself.

I went with a group of friends to watch the neighbors 2 and since I wasnt driving I did not take my drivers license and I was asked for an ID even though I look over 25. They did not allow me to purchase a ticket or any of my other friend signed me in.

i love that place because it is close to my house and i could and watch whatever movie i want when ever i want and you get the ticket fast you just have to wait in line and the service is great there too so those are my opinions what are your

It was horrible staff was inconsiderate they displayed the wrong movie times and sold us the tickets for the movie and the food then told us the showtime was canceled and wouldnt give refunds

Inconsiderate staff. Will close the line while you are waiting in line. If you can go elsewhere go elsewhere. They are more interested in talking and looking cute than conducting business.

I like the atmosphere of theater, on the other hand the prices seem outrageously high for big screen movie experience with snacks. And opposed to state theater with no parking.

Older theater but I appreciate that its relatively clean and they keep the ticket prices down. Food and soda prices are too high like most theaters

Acceptable theater. Staff could use some P.R. training. Snacks are vastly overpriced. I would buy some if it were not so ridiculously priced.
