Smokey and a little ghetto. This is not the greatest casino for obvious reasons but it is a medium level Indian casino. They had great machines. The payout was decent and for the first time in a while of going to many casinos both in Nevada and California I walked away a winner. My wife and I were coming home to San Leandro from Folsom after visiting some family and decided to stop off and play $20 each. We played for about 3 hours on that total of $40. She had to work the next morning so we ended up having to leave which was bittersweet as I was in a winning streak. But it was OK because we walked out $50 richer. One of my main complaints is the dumb bingo game that interrupts the spin on your slot play. You have to double tap the spin button to continue playing otherwise it is waiting for you to dob your bingo card. There is no way to opt out of playing bingo as far as i know. So what this does is doesnt allow the spins to remain in their pattern but rather starts a new pattern everytime. It is like starting and stopping the reels each time instead of letting them stop on their own.. thats my main complaint If you are going just to play I would recommend going here. If you are looking for the Reno big box casino experience then I say dont go here. Someone on the reviews stated it perfectly when they called it a "blue collar casino"

You will be overwhelmed with the smoke and uncleanliness. This casino runs on Bingo so the outcome of your win/loss depends on your choice of "Bingo Card". Never have I lost soo fast playing $1 slots. Max bets are $3/spin and I have gone through $300 without winning more than $10 occasionally. Seriously a $0.09 cent payout with a f uken $3 max bet? This place is rigged and a rip off. The bathrooms are dirty and there is a pungent smoke smell. The regulars who visit this casino are all local gambling addicts who waste their social security / welfare checks thinking they have a chance of winning. The place small as h e ll. The parking lot is small too. This casino is definitely not the classy ones you see in Vegas or Reno, it is a a ghetto casino whose main players have low life jobs or are on government financial support. Truly a sad place of a shiethole. The only advantage is that it is in the Bay Area so yea locality is convenient which makes you avoid driving to Reno, Cache Creek, Thunder Valley or Red Hawk just to loose your money. The bright side is hey you save $$ on gas and save time by loosing your $$ faster at Lytton than probably any other casino.

This is possibly the worst Casino in the USA and possibly the world. I have played slot machines all, over the world and have never seen any machines as tight as these. The only explanation is that someone is messing with the odds on these machines, possibly to,pay for new construction? Just as a test, I put 500dollars in one machine ( $1 machine) and never got more than 3 dissimilar 7s. Now, Im no math whiz, but doesnt this seem a little odd? And this is week after week, I have gone there 1-2 times a week for a year, never have seen or heard a "jackpot". On top of this, the waitress service is atrocious, you either have no waitress for several hours, or they are stumbling over each other in the same area of the casino. Last, but certainly not least, what is that smell emanating from this place? It smells like garbage and stale urine all the time. Why do I go there you ask? Thinking maybe they will come to their senses and treat folks like customers instead of sheep. I am going back to Arizona, where they at least realize the value of Customers.

The games are fun but the staff is pushy and petty about a lot of things most real casinos would not bother you over. There is three individual staff that are the kind of people who stereo type and I have watched them stock , harass and argue with at least one person each time they are working. They are rude and dont know how they can get away with the things they do. They actually have really decent food in the restaurant. The only main bad thing about a visit there is DO NOT PUT DOWN YOUR CELL PHONE FOR ANY REASON AND LOOK AWAY. If you do it most likely will disappear. Even if you report it or someone a witness makes a report and you know the person whom walked away with it. You are out of luck. Majority of times only a staff member had been seen cleaning around the last known area of the phone and they do nothing. They say they will review the video in three days and they never actually do. They must profit from it. Its bad there about sooooo many mobile phones being stolen regularly. Other than that its a great place to play for hours.

On average the casino gets a C-. We are regulars there and do get good service. The comments about it being ghetto do ring true to a certain extent. It is clearly a blue collar casino. Ive noticed you need to max bet here more than most casinos. Ive won over a 1000 a few times, but I was betting $5+ on the slots. As with most casinos, 25 cent bets are going to get you 25 cent payouts. I do think the food is ok. Try the Duck Noodle Soup, its really good! In so far as the service its the same trick that works all over. First drink? Tip heavy. I like to have a wine at my slot, and the first one I tip 30 to 40 percent. Considering the staff there dont get tipped very well you will make a good impression. The servers know who I am and will find me when I come in. Now I go alot, but trust me, they will remember you if you tip. Its a decent place if youre local and dont want to deal with the drive to CC or Thunder Valley.

they make it impossible to win the big jackpot on the double gold machine I played 9 lines 1 dollar per line the machine keep spinning a lady that works there was close by and i called her over she opened the machine reset it and it is what it is whatever it lands on is what she said it landed on 5 red 7,s then another guy came over and reset the machine and said the game was cancelled in short i was shown proof that the machine is programed to malfuntion if it lands on the jackpot I asked to speak to the manager and they sent the security guy over to harrass meThe guy that changed the machine also laughed at me as he walked away The is false advertising and unfairness to all who go there The employes cheated me out of my winnings of 10,000 dollers I left a written complaint there and asked them to call me and have not had a reply yet Is it possible to report this to a gameing commission or what can i do
