worst service ever from the food and beverage staff . Im a server myself and Ive never walked out of a restaurant due to bad service. our server did not even greet us . we came in and the security checked our IDs 10 mins later and provided us a menu (also the casino did not have a lot of guest)then we waited 15 mins to order our drinks. we waited another 20 minutes to even receive our drinks . with food we assume itll take longer so we cancelled our order and tab and moved to great american casino . we received our drinks and were greeted in less than 5 minutes and we received our food 15 mins later after our drinks .

I went to the Riverside Casino to have dinner and drinks with some friends. Upon receiving our bill, my friends and I decided to split the payment. I took the entire bill and had the casino put it on my card. My friends who wanted to pitch in agreed to leave the tip. They left a very generous tip in cash - 50%. A few days later my card had been charged with a hidden tip. When I called the casino manager, she was very rude and combative and when I told her I was pursuing the fraud she said, "have fun with that".

lost $300, and all the pit boss did was com me $10 dollars for food. food turned out to be spoiled and the waitress was rude. Acted like she was privileged when all she is is a stupid low pay waitress who probably barely graduated high school and got stuck with a waitress job. Worst decision of my life to come here.

It is one of four Casinos within a block in Tukwila. It is the busiest out of the four. What it has that the others do not is Room lots of Room . But as far as food wise I think there is a better place to eat and that would be next door at the G A casino.

Casino seems slightly larger than its neighbor, Great American, as its attached restaurant is smaller. Great place for late night bites and hanging out.

Cheap drinks and good food. Not a great atmosphere for young gamblers because there are a bunch of locals that come.

I dont really gamble but they do have and excellent restaurant on premise. Wait staff is excellent
