I just wanted to share our extreme customer dissatisfaction with our recent gaming experiences at SnoQ. Please know we understand gambling is a risk and we fully anticipate and budget to lose but what we don’t expect is to not enjoy doing so. As you know there are many choices where we can spend our gambling dollars but we have always chosen SnoQ because we enjoyed being there. The drive, while far is scenic, the casino is clean and well maintained, the staff friendly, the food good, the player promotions are fair and we always felt when we went we would at least win a little,,,,even if we lost all of our budgeted money in the end we could at least enjoy an afternoon or evening out and not have to leave in less than an hour. Recently the last several times we have been there the gaming experience has been extremely disappointing. No matter what you bet or what machine you play the winning screens are few and far between with bonus games even further apart. If you do hit a screen that pays a good payout it will then pay nothing more. The bonus games (biggest fun) are so few and so far between and when you do get a bonus game you win $0, 50cents, $1, $2 etc. and this is on $1 and $2.50 bets!! I have not seen anyone win a jackpot for months and all I hear are constant complaints from the patrons such as: • I hear they are building a hotel and that is why they have tightened up their machines. • They told me food prices went up so they had to tighten up the machines. • The qualifying points for the promotions like Grab a Grand were raised so they didn’t have to pay out as much money. • If you come on a promotion day you will win nothing! • This is the worst casino ever and I am not coming back! • I can’t win anything on any machine and I am not coming back! • I take the shuttle bus here but I am out of money so fast I just sit and wait to go home, it is not worth it. • What happened to this place, it used to be so fun? • I cannot find a machine that pays anything and can’t even get a bonus game! • This is ridiculous! • I can’t believe I lost all my money and I haven’t even been here 30 minutes! We all understand that profit is important but customer satisfaction is even more important because if your clients are dissatisfied it will be only a matter of time before they choose to spend their dollars elsewhere. For us coming to the casino is entertainment but it is not entertaining to drive in traffic for an hour at $4 per gallon for gas to lose our money in under an hour while hearing constant customer complaints. There are many Seniors and/or disabled people who visit many I am sure who are on a fixed income. While they provide a great shuttle service that allows them to get there it breaks my heart to hear how they lost what little money they budgeted in 15 minutes and just sit there wishing they could play but can’t. Seriously…most of them play 15 cents, 25 cents to 40 cents…SnoQ should let them win a few dollars to play with so they can have a good time..for many this is probably their only outing in a month! SnoQ should have some compassion. I hope SnoQ values their patrons and their opinions. But if they don’t believe me or think I am an isolated case they should take a moment, go “undercover” and listen to their customers as they play, I am sure they will be shocked at how unhappy they are.

Snoqualmie will gladly serve you as much alcohol as youd like up until last call. But god forbid you go in buzzed. I walked in with three other friends, went to show my ID (Im 32) but dropped cash that was loose in my wallet on the ground. I had just come from a wedding where I had a few beers and a shot of tequila, so admittedly, I had a good buzz going on. But I was coherent, just had a hard time picking cash up, so I guess they flagged me. I got in, got to a slot machine just to chill out after being a bit embarrassed, put in $5, when my friend who was with me was confronted by two security guards and was told that "Hes too drunk, he cant be here." I wasnt even upset. I was confused, because I didnt feel DRUNK, just pretty tipsy. I couldnt understand why they werent speaking directly to me, so I asked a few times and the guy refused to look at me. I suddenly just became paranoid and more embarrassed. My friend was the one sticking up for me, asking why they thought I was too drunk, in which they never gave a response, just continually told us we had to leave. So after agreeing to leave, still well aware of what was happening, they then followed us all the way down to the parking lot and out the doors. While waiting for two of our other friends to meet back up with us after being separated at the door, two different security guards came to the dark parking lot to make sure we where ACTUALLY leaving. My friend became a little bit irate at that time, I had to calm him down, and tell security we where waiting for our designated driver. So they waited with us...awkward. Now after that long story. I will never be going back there again. I dont recommend it for anyone just based on the poor customer service and the way they made me feel like a criminal. Its a nice looking place, but I dont even gamble much, it was just something fun to do. Ill save my money and drink at home with friends I guess. Also, the three other people I was with agreed that theyd never be going back.

Weve been customers since it opened; very close to home - even closer to where we work. Another reviewer said it best - beware of changes. One gets the feeling they are just pandering to the extremely wealthy who can afford to play to their hearts content, unlike those of us that have to budget what we can play. Used to get more jackpots and nice wins - when we did our taxes for 2013, we noticed we each had 3 a piece - for the entire year. Considering how much time we spend there, thats really sad. The perks were nicer, then, too - used to have a birthday dinner each month for card members, used to have bbqs out on their fabulous deck area. We play about the same - sometimes more; sometimes less, but our bonus cash seems so low compared to what it used to be. Once upon a time, we were considered VIPs and were even assigned our own host, but they keep changing the grading system and we fell off that list. Even little things, like being able to get a cup of regular, black tea with your breakfast in the deli - they now only serve hot green tea; whats up with that? Why cant they have tea bags for both and just have a pot of hot water? Why do I have to walk clear across the casino to the coffee shop to get a cup of hot black tea? And youre always told "fill out a comment card," which weve done many times. Never once have we had a response. I do like the atmosphere so much better than some of the bigger houses, like Muckleshoot or Tulalip, but winning is getting harder and the changes are disconcerting. Im thinking we both need to find a new hobby.
