Soboba at one time was one of the better casinos to play video poker; you were able to win consistently, as of the 1/1/2015 the video poker was upgraded with new software that changed the odds of winning and the amounts paid out. I am not just a sore losing gamblers I just want a chance which is virtually not happening not only to me but everyone I talk to, I am paided $150 per week in Soboba free play and after the upgrade I can’t even get 4 of a kind with a max bet of any amount playing double double bones poker which I was able to before. In October, November and December I had winning of over $12,000. To prove this point I went to morongo casino and played the same video poker there and in 4 hours I hit 3 fore of kinds playing the same as do in Soboba. I will be turning in my player card even with receiving $150 per week in Soboba free play. There are too many other places to go to that don’t (I can’t say cheat) so I will say control the gambling pay outs like Soboba. I must mention when all the control started you never see any of the tribe members anymore, there assigned parking lot is virtually vacant now which is very attention-grabbing.and make you think what so they know that other don’t???? So if you like losing your money with no chance to win then this casino is for you. one final note I have been going to morongo the past several weeks and have taken several thousands of dollars playing the same as I did Soboba UPDATE: 09/15/2015 I not been to Soboba for over a month so thought I visit last night to see if anything changed with gambling, the answer is a big NO ended up losing 7 hundred dollars and never got over 40 bucks ahead., you will never see me there again, I have no idea how they can cheat people so blatantly and not be in some kind of trouble, however the night was not lost stop by Morongo Casino on the way home and got the 7 hundred plus back UPDATE: 10/22/2015 (Last update) your asking why am I posting updates, well because I can and all the money I have lost from the first of this year till I pulled my head out of my ass and could see what is going on, to this date from 9/1 I started going to morongo and have hit 6 jack pots (had to sign pots) and have a black card level already and get treated very well, I feel safe and free of casino rats. What a shame this at one time was the casino to have fun and the place to go,,,,your call 4.4.2016 (had to make one update) I have not been soboba for 5 month I thought I had see some real cheatING the people before, check this out if you have a player you have to get 500 points (1 dollars for one point) and they will give you 5 or 10 dollars free play. They must think everyone an idiots FU soboba

I luv it I only 5mins away never had a problem with costumer services.....been going for my gosh years!!! N every one is friendly n attentive so I dont know where these people get their rude maybe it was the other way around n to u that said all waitress looked like ugly cartooned toothless withches cracks me up maybe it was the alcohol as u say it wasn't lol sure #1 ur not going to the play boy mantion #2 get a life not every1 is gonna be cute a job is a job.....hey bills total be paid n last but not least sure would luv to c what u look like so take ur judgmental crappy attitude somewhere else u....its prob been years since u been there any way,people like u make me feel sad n pity for them cuz its in the inside n theyre hard work that matters they r not the Hollywood bunnies, looking for wrong place buddy ur attitude stinks.....go Saboba n. go to all the hot waitress making a living by working n not judging....cuz in the end u could be the hottest Guy or girl but have a nasty attitude n ur more uglier in the inside......even if ur drop dead gorgeous in the outside n God bless u n may u learn to look deeper in the inside n pass just the appearance.....n that is y my husband n I r regulars there n all securitys n personal know us.....becuz how we carry ourselfs n tespect others...geeeezz...whats happening to this world....yaaaa!! Saboba infact be there tomorrow have a nice day......were always welcome with open arms :) n for those that. Haven't been there u will luv it :)

Loyal gamblers I’ve gone to Soboba Casino and have won some, and on the other hand have lost some over the last 15 years. But there has always been some confront in knowing that based on my play, I would be awarded a comparable free play allotment. Well that has not been the case for the year of play in (2016). The new promotions free play earning policy has been changed to about 80% less based on mine and others play, I was told that this may have been contributed to a new promotions manager, other regular players are voicing the loss of free play too. I’ve experienced it myself, and have spoken with other loyal players who have confided with me that they no longer receive the free play that was granted for years preceding this year of 2016, which aligns with the timeline of hiring the new promotions person. I feel that the disrespect of the local players is being felted among us all, and we are slowly starting to show our disapproval by not patronizing the casino as before. The tribal leaders will start to see the decline if they haven’t seen it already. The fun of going to what we called OUR local casino has gone; Soboba has even started to playing less in alignment with the rewards that have been assigned to our free play accounts. Today May 01, 2016 I made up my mind to voice my disapproval. If you are a new rewards club starting to play at Soboba. Don’t count on the rewards system, being fair.

Used to get better payouts, but for the last 8-10 months, machines tease more times than not. Bonus rounds pay less, give fewer wild cards and lot of the time play for far too long without so much as a bonus; when and if finally get one, it doesnt compare with how much it cost to get there. I get very frustrated, and find it difficult to enjoy myself when I do nothing but feed the machines and go back and forth to ATM/cashier. I dont mind donating some of the time, but I like to be able to relax and enjoy myself and hopes of winning are connected with that. On the positive side, I find security staff to be very helpful, gals at Club Soboba are mostly friendly and wanting to please the customer, and keep the ruff-raff out when possible. All in all, though, Jackpots are barely over the reporting $$ ($1100?), and my husband has to remind me that I spent more than that over a week-end; it would be nice to be able to put a little bit back in the bank from time to time. I see it as theyre getting greedier, like the cigs going up to $`0 per pack. Now the slots tightening up to pay zilch at certain times, I cannot afford it any longer. Sometimes I go for hours without seeing a waitress. There are some good perks for the regulars, but even that is going in the wrong direction, as I see it. Good luck.
