The location is the best! I say this because I frequent the local Indian Gaming Casino - San Manuel and prefer not to stay anywhere else in the City of Highland. I have stayed at other local hotels and has caused me to actually lose money on slots and gaming tables, thus for the sake of Luck, I am usually lucky staying overnight at Knights Inn. The principal owners are extremely hospitable and genuinely kind to all their customers! Further, Taco Joes directly next door in walking distance, which has awesome Mexican food throughout the whole day! As for amenities, I love their new TVs and direct cable setups, awesome! The swimming pool is always sparkling clean and just a great view on the eyes at dawn, with the sunlight shimmering off the water. I really feel this place to be my 2nd home away from home....If you need a great hotel stay, then Knights Inn in Highland is the place, plus theres always plenty of parking and a shuttle bus that frequents the hotel at all hours of the day! Choose Knights in Highland, I did. Happy customer!!

This location does not deserve one star. This place deserves negative stars. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. THE WORST! My belongings were taken hostage for over one hour, due to the fact that the manager on duty wanted to charge me over $100 in fees that were flat out outrageous! Yelling and cussing was all that came out of his mouth. I honestly felt that if there wasnt a glass between us, my physical well being could have been in danger. Im the customer! I shouldnt have to feel that way! The local police department had to be contacted. Im a petite woman, and at 1 a.m., I waited in the parking lot for the police to arrive! That is putting my life in danger! Never come here EVER! Even the police who came by warned me to stay away, that this hotel gets many complaints! Im outraged. I will make sure corporate hears my story, that man deserves to be fired.

RATS. My husband & I came back from San Manuel casino to the motel we booked. We figured its close enough & had a half rating. Cant be that bad...right? We are simple people, not high maintenance. But first thing I noticed was the bathroom wasnt nearly swept. I ignored that. Once we got back, we were getting ready for bed when my husband said he saw something run under the mini fridge. To make his mind at ease, I moved it around & a RAT ran from underneath ran under the bed. It was very traumatizing. & Disgusting. How are you going to charge $100 for a room that is so disgusting? We checked out right away & found a motel room down the street. When we told the checker, he looked so surprised & asked if we were sure..? ARE YOU SURE!???? We were on 2nd floor. Surely he must know. ZERO rating. Please, I warn you, DO NOT BOOK HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY & SANITY.

The location is close to the casino, restaurants, local shopping, and transportation. The Rates are ridiculously too high for some of the nastiest service and rooms near the casino. The furnishings are old, out if date and warn down. Plus it smells inside of each room and the staff are extremely rude none caring, lazy and dont care about the customers needs or comfort. They have the latest check in times after 2 pm and earliest check out at 10:30 am. You will not enjoy the extras cash deposits they charge at check in for local phones, extra cable tv channels and they Do Not offer any type of breakfast or coffee service in the lobby. Not customer friendly and not dependable.

If I give this place a zero I would. First of all when I stayed there. You know the saying good night sleep tight dont let the bedbugs bite. Well guess what they was biting the hell out of me and a few on my youngest. When I went 2 let them know I want my money back .I was told No Refund all they can do is switch my room. So I had no choice to stay the weekend with my kids. So I am letting everybody know dont even waste your money or time because believe me the way they charge its not worth it unless you are desperate.#Good Luck

Me and my family stayed their for two days and Had a wonderful experience in USA. We forget to take our belonging when we got of a rental car and we didnt know what to do. We were hopeless and the owner of the hotel Sunny and his wife help us to find the van even the van in LA. He drove us to the van in the middle of nights and helpful like a family. We have a wonderful experience staying in the hotel and we will never forget what the family done for us. We strongly recommend for any one to visit and stay in the place.

Never stay here. Worst customer service ever. The lady was very rude. She shouldnt be allowed manage that location. I was denied staying there because I was being honest about having a guest stay. They told me they need to leave the property even though they came in the same car as me. I guess she makes too much money and doesnt need anymore customers

had no issues with them so far, the owners are really sweet to my wife when she makes our reservations.. only concern I have is the refrigerator and microwave is in the bathroom. not sanitary place to be, if they buy extra plugs it can be taking out the bathroom.. other than that, we will continue to stay here long as there no issues.

Horrible horrible horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Front desk clerk can hardly speak English and is just flat out RUDE. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! GHETTO AS HELL, and when calling inquiring about this place be prepared to get hung up on. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!!

The room was disgusting and way over priced. The shower head had rust and mold on it and had no pressure. The microwave had no plate. The bedding looked unchanged. The ice bucket was dirty. Everything was just disgusting. I could not wait to leave that place. Ill never stay there again.

Too pricy we paid $89.00 not worth the stay for this price. Beds are old, sheets & blankets are very old n thin, heater very noisy, either you slept or stayed warm. Keys did not work. Aweful experience. Drive 3 miles up ahead to find a better hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel. Close to casino, many nearby restaurants, beautiful mountain view. Management offered good customer service; they are very courteous and helpful.
