The action at the village club is fast and furious. The $2-3 blinds in the Texas hold em games bear no relation to the actual stakes of the game. Almost every hand somebody raises eight to $25. This is no game for the faint of heart, there are several players at every table with almost $1000 in front of them. You wont "limp in" to many hands with the three dollar big blind. I saw one game where the pot reach a thousand dollars. I would categorize the action as fast and loose. But if youre disciplined and patient enough to wait until you have the nuts you can make some money. The dealers at the village club are fast, courteous, and professional. The action is fast, and its rightly frowned on if you dont keep up. The pit bosses move you around a lot. I was asked to move at least five times during the course of the evening so I got a chance to play almost everybody in the house. The players are very good and while most were very aggressive players, everyone was friendly and generally accommodating. The club was fun and the food is surprisingly good. Every night they have a series of three dollar specials that are very high-quality. I had the pork Asada for three dollars and it was as good as any Mexican meal I paid $10 - $13 for in a restaurant. This is a great poker room, Ill definitely go back.

if I can give no stars I would, first of all its like playing with mini Nazis the dealers are so serious u cant even cheer when u play! everyone is in a bad mood or hate their job. this sorry excuse of a "card room" or "casino" so they call has to either change management to a more inviting atmosphere or shut down.. its sad to walk into a place where u can feel how desperate people are and come here to gamble their families next rent. rather drive out north or go to vegas! shut it down its humiliating.. p.s. their pizza is really good, only good thing

First, Diana they dont serve pizza!! Your prior dream life as a professional cheerleader is over. Winning or losing you dont rub it in someones face!! R U sure it was this club you where at? The uninformed waiting for slot machines AGAIN out of touch must be indians to have them AND not pay taxes Thank ARNOLD, he blocked them at Hollywood park....closing down a state run facility AND 1000 jobs. Nice place, good people

Warning for the poker players Chuck is the floorman of poker tables When you see him make sure to tip him or your not going to be secured anything happen its going to be your fault by the way he Looks at your chips and see how much your winning so if you win a hundred you have to pay him $20 which is mean 20% or he will not take care of you at all Chuck is a hustler I will never go back there till he get fired

First impression, great experience briefly jump on a blackjack game dealers were fast, courteous, quick service and top of that signed me up a card. Defintely a good group of professionals, environment if the establishment was upscale card room. Great staff all, from beginning to end as I was leaving. We will return again soon....keep up the great service!

Good amount of games, short wait for a Saturday night, friendly staff and players. Im usual hesitant about trying out new card rooms as Ive seen great variation in quality, but Seven Mile is nice, with a great bar and seating area. I was pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic place to gamble a little with my friends. We always have a good time at Seven Mile Casino. I wished that they would add a few thousand slot machine, though. I hope it would be sooner than latter. We need to add more casinos right next door, also.

Great place, with an amazing view overlooking the chula vista nature preserve and bay. Friendly staff and pretty decent food. A new management that cleaned up the nonsense about the old village club made a nice change too.

No slots and only table games, which may be an issue for some but not me. Friendly service. Food was great, drinks were stiff, and for that, I donated some of my money to Seven Mile. Ill get them back next time...

Family-owned casino located in South Bay (San Diego) right near the 5 Freeway. Love their food - cheap eats and everything is pretty delicious, large selection too. Texas Holdem tournaments are held daily at 10 a.m.

I love all of the games offered at the Village Club: Texas Holdem, Pai Gow, Omaha, Black Jack, EZ Baccarat. The holdem tournaments on the weekend are especially fun. The food is great and affordable, too.

Its a nice beautiful casual table game casino, no slots. Full service bar and kitchen. Beautiful outside section. Update, weve gotten really lucky here. I dont think they scam you.

Something very sketchy in the tables. Out of 30 blackjack dealt hands, dealer won 22 of them. Very suspicious odds on a double deck.
