What a horrible filthy theater !! For the price that I paid I expected my usual pleasant experience. Being that it is at the Americana not for one second did I ever think it would be so atrocious ! First , the point of purchasing through fandango is to skip the lines , they make u get in line to print tickets VERY STUPID they need to get a scan system and save paper ! Secondly , they have finding dory right next to the rest rooms EXCELLANT, BRILLIANT, CONVENIENT!! Little kids=restroom trips! Oh but wait ... Not if you have a toddler! There are no baby changing stations in the front restrooms . I was send deep inside the cinema to find one of two of the co-restrooms which had a changing station, SUPER DIRTY !!!! When I opened that door I immediately regretted going there at all! I would of been better off having my baby stand while I changed his diaper. If I could get my money back I would ! This is pure filth and for the price you pay with the service charge they should really be ashamed . Never will I ever spend 1 cent there . Save your money . You are better off driving to Alhambra or better yet the highland park theaters are a ten compared to this dump hole

This is a great theatre. Ive only been here just a couple of times but all-in-all my experiences have been good. Of course its in the middle of a very busy Americana at Brand and theres not much you can do about that. They do validate parking, which is good. They also utilize Fandango which is also very nice...order your tickets ahead of time and they have a dedicated line for Fandango users...which allows you to skip the huge line of people trying to buy tickets. They have a few kiosks as well which will allow you buy and receive tickets. The lobby it quite big and spacious. The concession area is also very spacious so if youre grabbing something to drink and eat...you dont have to worry about the crowds. And as you would suspect, all of the latest and greatest movies are in the bigger and better theatres and as the movie start to cycle, they move them to the smaller theatres. The last movie I saw there was Vacation...it was in one of the smaller theatres and I was not that impressed with the cleanliness of the theatre. The seats looked dirty and there was food on the floor. But the picture was good and so was the sound.

This theater is like every other Pacific Theater Ive been too, barely functional. You may walk into this theater and say "what is this guy talking about?, Its so nice in here". Yes, its nice, and its not the worst theater out there, but Pacific itself run on the bare minimum. Their website looks like it hasnt gotten an update since 1995. Customer service is none existent. If you buy tickets through fandango and realize you messed up on the date or time, youll have to go to the theater to get a refund. At this theater in particular, the kiosks sometimes work, most times youll end up having to walk up to the ticket counter that has a human and have them correct any errors the machines might have caused. 3D movies are particularly terrible. The glasses are not the typical throw away glasses you get at most theaters that are light and mostly unobtrusive. All in all, I avoid this theater as much as I can, unless Im just feeling particularly lazy and dont feel like driving more than a mile to see a 2D movie. I hate Pacific Theaters so much, if it had a face, i would back hand slap it.

I LOVE this Theater!! The manager there Jesus is a wonderful manager and truly understands customer service. The theater is plush and the concession offers a great variety of snacks! The popcorn is really good too. Im specifically writing this review due to my HORRIBLE experience with FANDANGO, who I personally will NEVER use again. FANDANGO is good for convenience, but bad for service. FANDANGO believes in policy NOT people. People want to have an enjoyable movie experience, but if mistakes happens on their website, there is nothing enjoyable about it! But when I spoke with the Manager at PACIFIC THEATERS in Glendale, Jesus, he made the process so seamless. I will ALWAYS GO to this Theater. They will always have my business, due to their GREAT customer service. Thank You Jesus! Truly a Blessing

I will never go back. Just came home after the third strike out. First time I tried this place, we had to leave: the theater floor was sticky, and the place reeked--oh, those nachos! We got our money back and left. We tried a second time, and all the screens with anything of interest were sold out. Tried a third time for a later show. As I arrived, there were 12, count em, 12, parking spaces left in the entire parking structure. I wasted a half hour circling up to the top level to find the last space at the Americana in Glendale. I raced to the theater, and, you guessed it: sold out. I wish the place would just close the parking structure when full rather than waste my time again. What would the Glendale fire marshal think of these crowds?

I have a favor to ask. Can you close this stupid theater? ITS SO DUMB! The service, the chairs, the movie, EVERYTHING! Most of the ticket machines there dont even work, and then we have the stupid service. After I buy my tickets, I go to the area where they tear our tickets apart. They dont ask for my ID for some reason, and I go through, and watch the movie. Literally half of the people talk during the movie, and the chairs are incredibly dirty. The floor is also very sticky. After I exit the movies, all of a sudden Im asked for my ID! I didnt bring it, and so they told me I couldnt watch another movie. Man, was I glad that I already finished my movie! Imagine if they didnt even give me a refund? This place is horrible, just burn it to the ground.

Went in with high hopes to see a movie with friends and left frustrated. Before buying our tickets, we asked the cashier if a college ID was okay to use since one of my friends currently didnt have her state ID and he said yes so we bought our tickets. Once we were about to enter, an employee asked for our tickets and our IDs to enter and so we showed them and the friend who showed her college ID was not allowed in! He gave us the option to leave her and watch the movie or get a refund. Obviously we wanted a refund. We were each given 50 cents less! The employee said it was for "service fees." What kind of service was that? Saying yes we can use college IDs and then saying no? Not cool.

Be careful at this place my wife stuck something in the trash while she was there and she was arrested and ask kicked out of the theater because she had push something down in the in the trash probably because it was full,& they thought that she was taking something out of the trash to find something and she was kicked out and we both were not refunded our money. We never went back but if you have a lot of money to throw away for nothing this is your place. I rated service poor because security threw us out and they are considered a type of service
