The most irresponsible, reckless place Ive ever been. Ive been on the last session of the movie and was the last person to leave the hall. Unfortunattely I left my bag in the hall, and as the cinema was already closed I came back to get it early in the morning, an hour before the first performance starts. Theres no way anyone could enter the hall except the cinema staff. When I got there and told about my loss, they let me enter the hall to check for it. The hall was cleared, and my bag was missing. I told them that this is very urgent, as I have a flight next day, and I had my driving license, phone and bank card in the bag... the only thing theyve done, they looked at the cameras and saw that I entered the hall with bag and left it without !!! so where is the bag? they dont know, they outsource some company to clear the hall for them, and they gave me this companys phone number for me to call and investigate where is my bag. Seriously ??? I left my bag in the cinema, not in the outsourcing company !!!!!!!! This is the thing they must do, not me !!! Anyway I called, the outsourcing company took no responsibility to do anything about this !!!... Can you imagine a place, a cinema hall, where no one entered except the staff, but they cant find the lost item, with all the cameras around...?!!! They take no responsibility for their staff, so be aware... what if one of the workers turns out to be a maniac?!!!

Honestly, i havent been to this theater in a while and Im shocked at how far down hill it has gotten. Tried the deluxe nachos or whatever they are called with the steak on them, and they were disgusting... I had to stop after 2 bites, tried to eat them since i had just spent half my mortgage payment on them (honestly i think they were about $10 with a portion half the size of taco bells nacho bell Grande) but i just couldnt do it. The seats are terrible, Im 610" so is hard to fit in anything normally, but they were much tighter than any other theater and the padding i think has just worn away because my back was just pressed up against the hard plastic backing. Hell, the coke i ordered didnt even taste right... Not very carbonated and just tasted bland and watery. The only saving grace to the entire trip was watching Gal Gadot jumping around and looking sexy, if not for her i probably would of just left.

Bought tickets on Saturday the 19th to see The Force Awakens. What a shock to find this playing within the smallest screen in the entire venue. Top row far corner, the screen looked to be the size of my garage door, but from the top row corner, screen looked no larger than my 55" TV! Guess they should either warn you that a particular showing is on the smallest screen, or maybe make an effort to show this movie on larger screens, but that may hinder the profits by showing this movie on a lesser amount of screens. Akin to watching in at home on blu-ray! What a waste of money! Went to the Kaleidoscope Theaters on the following Monday to see this movie on a big screen - now this theater has nothing but large screens, much better experience, and with better sound system too!

I went with my daughter and 5 of her friends to see a movie at Regal Cinema Foothill Towne Center tonight. The theater was 99% junior high students from Rancho Santa Margarita Intermediate School. The kids were completely out of control for the majority of movie including throwing ice at other guests, throwing coins at the screen and throwing shoes across the theater. The kids were on their phones most of the time, running around the theater and were yelling and cussing, It was way too out of hand for any guest to try and address and the staff ignored the chaos for at least 90 minutes. Im sure the policy is not to allow that kind of chaos in a theater, but tonights staff did nothing until very late into the movie. It was completely out of control to say the least.

I like this theater over the spectrum for a couple of reasons. First of all, its closer than you might think especially since the expansion of Alton all the way up to Portola. This whole mall is now much more accessible (if you didnt like paying to take the toll before). I find parking much easier and much more closer to the theater. Finally, it just doesnt fee as crowded so getting in, getting out and getting around is overall just more pleasant. Once you are inside, its just another movie theater, noticeably below the standards of the Spectrums theater, but it gets the job done nicely. I also believe their price are ever-so-slightly lower. Need to confirm this.

Went and saw the new Jurassic Park movie with my family and it was great. During the movie the bag my mom was eating popcorn out of spilled butter On her dress. After the movie we brought it to the attention of the concession stand and the people who were working looked at us like it was a crazy thought that the bag could have a hole in it. Regardless, the manager Jana was sincere and apologized to us for the problem. Not a close theater for us to get to but definitely appreciate it when the customer service is respectful like she showed. Thanks again.

It is a nice theater but it needs to be redone and the people that work there are rude. One of the ladies chased me inside when I went out to my car to get a diaper when I had just gotten there 10 minutes prior and there was no one else there so she should have recognized me. To chase down a 40 year old adult with a baby is soo wrong, if I was a teenager I could understand her ambition, but come on.

Good, clean theaters in a nice location with plenty of good eats all around. Being a large cinema its not difficult to get into that next blockbuster without waiting in lines around the corner. I noticed that they had signs posted on the doors (as of January 2017) stating that they had applied for a liquor license... so expect tasty beverages to be available at that next summer action movie!

Saw Deadpool here. Easy online ticket purchase via Fandango. The theater was clean and the screen was a large format compared to some smaller scale theaters. The snack bar was well stocked and they even offer Starbucks coffee. Seats could be updated in the near future but were still plus and roomy with arm rests that could be rotate up and out of the way.

This place is great because they good graphics on the movie setting and fun to hang with some friend and well organizing which movie is popular goes to the big room and the one that is not popular goes to the small room. Regal Cinemas is one of my favorites movie theater that I can count on to watch a movie here and a great time with family and friends

A Private User

This is far from me (I live in laguna hills) but worth it. You can always get in to see the movie you want at the time you want. Even if it is opening weekend. The theaters are fine, nearby restaurants are fine, it is attached to a food court with several good places. Candy choice at Regals stink, I liked it better when it was Edwards Cinema ):
