Ive always been an Edwards fan, but if youve seen my review of AMC at Ontario Mills, youll realize that Im now an AMC/Edwards guy! The majority of the time, the wife and I frequent this location over other Edwards Theaters due to its enormity. You can pretty much find your favorite movie(s) playing at the right time and if not, there are plenty of other movies to choose from. The one main problem I have with this location is that it seems to be the hang out for the younger generations which doesnt make it that family-friendly. If I had kids, I would much prefer the AMC at The Mills. Tip: 1) Go right across 4th street to Costco and purchase a two pack of tickets for this theater for $15, saving $9 per couple! The wife and I stock up on these discount tickets and they work for whatever movie you want to see!

This used to be my favorite movie theater. Plenty of parking, nice area, but lately I had some bad experiences. Most recent, last night. Seats were very uncomfortable I switched 3 times. It seam like all three seats were "pushing" off of the seat, slipped. Also the screen was kind of blurred as well. And is not my sight because I just went to see Rogue One an another theater and it was perfectly clear and colorful. By the way I saw Arrival and that is supposed to have a great picture. 2nd chance I am watching another movie, the 2nd today. Trailers are running and they wont turn off the light... This is so disrespectful to their patrons. I just lowered to 2 stars.

My friends were refused entrance to the theater at 11 pm, the movie had just started. It clearly states your theater is opened until 11:30pm on Fridays. During a crucial part of the movie the lights were turned on in the theater and then left on for a couple of minutes. This happened at least two other times during the movie. Then when the movie was over, they forgot to turn the lights on as we were exiting. I complained to the manager and she couldnt decide when the theater actually closed its window, I found the information online were she suggested I look. She apologized about the lights, but I dont believe I will ever go to an Edwards theater again.

The seating is good, and they have extra parking, and plenty of space, but nonetheless, if you watch a movie here, most of the time will be spent watching and hearing making calls on their cell phones. Now I understand that this happens everywhere, and the theater cant control every moviegoer; that being said, when I was a kid, if someone was disruptive, movie theaters would have the ushers come in and say something to that person. This movie theater simply ignores it, and says, "theres nothing we can do." This was the closest movie theater so we went there several times, and every single time, this scenario occurred.

Always liked this movie theater before. Last time I was there, though, I ordered French fries that had cheese sauce and bacon on them because I was super hungry. I set them down on the seat next to me in the theater and was sipping my soda waiting for the movie to start. When I looked down at my fries, there was a mouse in them. It quickly scurried away across the aisle before I could do anything, but while watching it run away I noticed several other mice running away at the same time. Yuck. No thank you. I will be going to other movie theaters next time.

UPDATE Aug 2017 : This theater is getting renovated (open during renovation) to have recliner seating. Also, beer and wine will be sold. *************************** Convenient location off the I-10 fwy. Plenty of parking in the structure, but youll have to walk. Standard multi-plex theater setup with theaters to the left and right of the snack bar/entrance. Offers 3D and 2D performances. They keep the theaters clean, and the seats are comfortable in stadium seating arrangement.

I love this movie theatre, better than the other two at the ontario mall. Easy parking, quick concession lines and comfortable seating. Its never too crowded which is a plus because I hate sitting in a theatre crammed or next to strangers smacking on popcorn, munching on nachos, and slurrping on soda! My only complaint I do have is sometimes they do not play all the newer movies. Other than that, its a good place to enjoy by yourself or with family.

STAY AWAY!!! they have a rodent mice problem!! Im still in shock over this weekend August 16 (friday) i had one in my popcorn and running everywhere.. I complain to management, but i feel like i need to address it to someone higher up... I do love this theater because is so close to my house.. But after this weekend i dont think i will ever get to go back or to any other theater,, Im too in shock!!

Awesome Theater. Never Crowded. The only bad thing is the seating could be better. Also, we had an issue with the refill on the drink. When we bought our drink, the person at the counter said we could get a refill later. When we came to get a refill, they did not let us. We did not argue, finished the movie, and then left. It is an awesome theater, and I will come again.

Their popcorn gave my daughter and I food poisoning. Workers there just seemed unpleasant and cranky. It was like we were bothering them to order something. And their Coke was very watered down. It didnt taste good. For the money they charge you shouldnt get horrible soda and food poisoning. The only positive is that the theater was practically empty

Great theater to catch the latest blockbuster! Weve been visiting this theater for many years, and I was surprised that recently they started remodeling a section of the theater with new seats, as with any movie theater the seats in the middle/center are the most worn out. Staff is friendly and good prices too. Plenty or parking space.

Nice clean place to watch movies but not so sure how how safe your car is in the parking structure. My truck was broken into a couple years back and they never did anything about it despite their access to security camera video. Called the police and they could care less. I have heard similar stories since then.

This location is pricey compared to Ontario Mills location for movies starting before noon. However, with prepurchased vouchers from AAA, Costco, or other retailers, the visit to this site is pleasant. The crowds are much smaller than the ones that visit Ontario Mills.

For the people who are giving it low scores, its a damn movie theater not a restaurant or a nightclub. I see nothing but the movies i pay to watch, and like any decent theater they delivered. Dont care about the staff, i dont go to make pals, i go to watch a movie.

Completely outdated. The chairs are so uncomfortable, you will be constantly shifting in your seat throughout the entire movie. The leg space is also ridiculous, I would never come back. If you want a great movie experience, drive down to Ontario mills amc...

This theatre was meh. We were watching a movie and there was a loud beeping noise through half of the movie. I am pretty sure it wasnt anyones phone and it having it to do with the air conditioning or the projector. Plus, the seats were pretty uncomfortable.

I had a great experience there. A guy who worked there named Tyler gave me great customer service even though my order was complicated and big. He served me with a smile and I will definitely go back soon!! Someone needs to give that young man a raise !
