We were shocked when we went to sit down to see the 4:05pm showing of The Martian on 10/10/15 and noticed that the entire theatre had NOT been cleaned. Used drink cups and trash everywhere. People were coming in to find seats and thought that people had been saving seats because there were drink cups left in the cup holders when it really was just the last showings trash that was never cleaned up by the staff prior to the movie. This is an expensive theatre in a nice area and you would think for the price and the location that there would be much more attention to keeping the theatres neat and clean. We have never been in a theatre where the clean-up prior to the next movie did NOT exist.

I would much rather come to this AMC than the one down the way at Ontario Mills. The crowds arent as big and it seemed cleaner when I was here. The staff are friendly during the day, but at other times they are a bit cold, likely due to being understaffed. Theyve put in a couple of the large Coca-Cola machines that have the infinite number of combinations, which is great, but you know it just means they cut back on staff. Hopefully, it remains how I experienced it a month or so ago and hasnt gotten worse...

Im a regal fan but after making my first visit to AMC I realized that this is my new go to place. This theatre is awesome! Its big and has a bar inside of it. Another plus is the preferred membership card, if you pay an additional $15 for the membership its basically like a front of the line pass to purchase tickets AND snacks. Unlimited refills on sodas and you get to butter your own pop corn!

This theater is definitely smaller than the one in Ontario Mills. The plus side is that it is a lot cleaner :) My only problem is that ALL the employees here are always up-selling crap. Everyone from the ticket booth to the concession counter, to even the ushers! I wouldnt be surprised if they all want to sell me their first born child!

The theater itself is nice and clean, but the staff can be rude. I am a teenager and the whole time they looked at me as if I were going to be entering to watch a different movie than what I purchased. Bottom line is AMC should watch on who they hire because the employees can make the experience either better or not so pleasant.

I came here to watch The Secret Life of Pets with my daughters Fiona And Flora and they love the movie so much and i love Amc Movie Theaters my little now will watch movies like Finding Dory, The Secret Life of Pets, Kubo, and Cinderella best theater. And my daughters are 4 years old and my son is 1 years old and my wife .

This theater is very clean. I like the fact that I dont see trouble makers. There are teenagers there, but they do not cause the issues you see at the Mills. The employees have always been friendly. Also, the Victoria Gardens police and security are out and about making sure we are safe. My family and I always come here.

This is a nice theater, but I guess I have been spoiled back home in Texas. I paid nearly double what I would back home for my son and I to watch a movie. Of course that did not stop us from going back and watching another one lol The seats in the AMC back home are also much nicer. They are huge leather recliners.

Huge lines. Whats the point in buying online if you have to wait forever and cant get a good seat?! Only 2 cashiers working. On a weekend! 1 working kiosk. Other broken. Horrible customer service when I asked about having to wait. Go to Regal down by the mall!

I will always go to this AMC! This AMC compared to the one in Ontario Mills is by far better. The staff is great and the food tastes much better. They also clean the building more often because Ive found a patches of dust around the one in Ontario.

ruined the whole "going out to the movies" for us. Employees have the worst attitude. I always say if you hate your job quit! All you are doing is what happen to my family and I. Ruin a family night out.

Place is very nice and convenient the ticket price and food price are expensive but all amcs are so be prepared to get out your wallet. Chairs are comfortable and service is acceptable.

Ive only been here twice but its been enjoyable since Ive come for movies upon release and it doesnt get overly full. Most recent movie I saw was Doctor Strange.

Its a nice clean theater and love that they serve alcohol here + they also have a nice soda pop selection also. This does have a easy going atmosphere.
