There is a reason this landmark has "Inspiration" in its title. You get elevated and jaw dropping views of the coastline here, on a curved bay. It wasnt crowded but we were not alone. Having a bad day and need nature appreciation to take the edge off? This vista point will do it. We were here on the 8th day of a 9 week bike ride down the coast. We had seen plenty of other vista points along the coast. This one competes with any of them, even given the fact that it is not remote but in the heart of urbanized Newport Coast.

The beach is almost always a fun place to go, and swimming is a big part of that. The problem with his beach is that the waters are rather frigid and there is quite a large amout of "ocean debris" which washes near the shore where most swim. However, this beach also provides a good view as well as public volleyball courts so it is probably a good place for some weekend fun. As long as you dont care about swimming, that is.

Great views of the ocean. A fine cliff-side park with concrete walkways, clean benches, grassy spots, and a real neat water fountain to fill your larger bottles. Nearby residential parallel parking is easier before 8:30am or after 5pm; otherwise, hunt for a spot in the nearby Corona Del Mar State Beach parking lot (pricey!).

Absolute heaven on earth! This beach is my favorite place to come to and I never stop being impressed by the beautiful nature and views as well as the most fabulous houses in Orange County with their impeccable landscaping and unique style to each one of them. It almost doesnt feel real - thats how perfect this place is.

The Inspiration Point is a great spot to view the Corona Del Mar beach. You have the vintage point of seeing the beach as well as the street view which are filled with colorful and expensive beach front houses like those at the Narcissus Ave. Far away is the view of The Wedge of Newport Beach.

This is beautiful stop that over looks Newport. Definitely stop by during sunset for a picnic which is a lot of fun. There are little patches of grass along the side walk perfect for sitting down and eating.

Beautiful panoramic views. Great spot to catch a sunset and watch boats enter and exit the harbor. The sound of crashing waves, never get old. A short, steep walk down and you can get your toes in the sand

great place to take your kids to the beach. also they have a section of tide pool gor kids to explore. make sure you wear sandels or water shoes for tide pool exploration rocks csn be sharp.

This is actually inspiring. A great place to meditate at sea. Just peaceful here. Great neighborhood. It has a small way down to one of the most beautiful beaches in southern California.

This place is so beatiful, the parking fee is 15 dollars, but you can find a spot on top of the hill and then walk down to the beach. There is a small restaurant and restroom.

I love just taking a nice mild day and walking to this lookout. If you go in the winter sometimes you can find ice and a little snow but thats really rare.
