I walk here st least 4 times a week. Early mornings are the best! People used to feed the animals bread and other things that are not in their natural diet and the geese and squirrels became very aggressive. Since changing the rules to DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS, they are much more pleasant. They will approach but stay at a safe distance. They have many picnic areas for family gatherings. Bike rentals along with peddle boats by the hour.

I like the pad to run, its got a great view, good for a beginner or experienced runner, THE BAD PART ABOUT IT IS, THE WATER FOUNTAINS ARE THE WORST, LIL OR NO WATER COMES OUT FROM THEM, IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME, ON HOT DAYS WERE IM RUNNING GO GET A SIP OF WATER AND NOTHING COMES OUT, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE IN AN EMERGENCY WHAT COULD HAPPEN. SO IF YOU PLAN TO RUN OR DO ANY ACTIVITIES, BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!!

I walk here often .This is,a beautiful park. I will be scared from now on because a woman was attacked last week on day time. I wish there was security I see people that look suspicious sometimes.

I enjoyed fishing this lake. I caught my very first catfish here and it was huge! Im including a picture. It was quiet and peaceful. I much prefer this lake to the other ones in the area.

Very big, open park. I love all the amenities near by (skeet shooting, garden, fishing). You have to pay for parking on weekends and holidays. The fishing is a bit slow.

Is long. Has lakes trail. Bike trails, play ground for kids, a lot of benches to rest on after a long walk or run. I love it.
