Paul wanted to sell his store and retire. He seems tired and wanted to move back to Thailand. I told him that my fish tanks are still cycling so I am not ready to buy. One morning, I came ready to buy the fish I wanted, and was asking questions, and noticed that one of the Royal Plecos was gone. And his answer was "well we have many busying customers, unlike you" ... Just think if he has some customer service skills, he would made more sale on that day. Instead I went somewhere else. 405 Tropical Fish on Goldenwest. Better prices.

I use to love this store and give it 5 stars...But its just the staff are helpful but greedy and odd at the same time.They put a 4-5 inch ranchu for 100 which is pet store grade..I can easily go to Costgemusa,Dandyorandas,and eastcoastranchu for a better grade or quality fish.Some of the fish their are sick and weak like a goldfish i saw, And they did overstock most tanks and say its good price.Im sorry to say this but P&P fish store is not my local fish store no more...

First time here store looks ok lots of coral was dead and i was trying to talk to the guy about tanks because im going to upgrade soon but when he realized i wasnt going to purchase one today he told me straight up i s Dont need to talk to you when you want to buy then you talk to me... what a dick i will never go here again ever

Dont pay with a debit card there. They ran my card twice because they said the first time didnt go thru then denied it when it clearly showed on my bank statements. Wasnt worth the hassle to get my money back but no doubt Ill never give them my business again. Also very pushy .

P&P Tropical Fish is one of the best fish shops Ive been too. They have excellent customer service and are extremely helpful. I started my first salt water tank and they helped and guided me. I love this place lots of great fish selection and corals
