I didnt have that much interaction with the facility or operators themselves, I can only comment on our visit to a photo shoot fitting for my daughter. It was easy enough to find, but has some of the worst parking options I have ever experienced. Once inside I was greeted by a friendly staff member who easily identified I had never been there before and had no idea where to go. She took us to the right place and we were in and out in only a short time.

Ive come to a couple events here. Its usually pretty minimal. The ground floor space has plenty of room for a large keynote or a vendor floor.
