Una vergüenza de gente que trabaja en este lugar no pudieron ayudarme con la pérdida de.mis.lentes alguien los regreso y la gerente no supo resolver la situación la cual me llevo a la pérdida de los lentes y la pérdida de media película a pesar de la poca actitud profesional de la gente que allí trabaja.nunca regresare a ver una película y la gente que visite este lugar entienda que es low class y que debe entrar con cuidado no se sabe quién puede intentar algo malo. Shame on reading cinemas stuff.

Good popcorn, nice people/animals, and cool seats. I made a mouse friend in the bathroom and he told me hes been waiting for Half Life the movie to come out for 20 years now, but is still determined to get the first seats. I pitied him and he now lives in my basement. There is a picture of him below! Anyways they have such amazing seats that even come with their own annoying 5 year old child who should be in the crying room!!! My mouse friends family is still there, so please stop by the womans restroom and say hello. Im giving the cinema a 10/10 would watch again.

Every time I go to get advance tickets they give me the wrong ones. By the time I notice its day of the release. I call and see if the right tickets are available and they are, I just have to make it down before someone else buys them out. Or buy them on Fandango for an additional charge. "Convenience Fee" They "cant" sell over the phone. Since its the fault of the employees why not correct the issue over the phone? So to sum things up DOUBLE CHECK THE TICKETS WHILE YOUR THERE!!!

Nice theater at a reasonable price for the whole family! Their staff mus work on customer service as they have some young people that are distracted and dont know what they are doing as the comit mistakes that spoil a customers day. Management need to learn how to manage a customers complaint as they just take it easy on their staff. Other than that it is a great theater at a great price that deserves 4 stars not 5 due to the above.

Theatres were nice and clean and air conditioned for comfort in this hot weather. Sound and visual were of excellent quality. Great matinee ticket pricing. Ticket and concession staff very friendly. I was accidently overcharged on my concession purchase and when I went in the next day, Sarah the manager helped me to effecta refund. She never made me feel awkward or like I was trying to pull a fast one. Ill be back this Sunday!

Good theater, usually pretty clean. I like their Sunday deals. My only complaint is the line for tickets. Especially the IMAX tickets. They really should have a dedicated line for that. Its reserved seating and you end up behind people that have no idea where they want to sit and they have to stand there and discuss it for 5 minutes while you miss the beginning of your show.

Went to see Escobar last night. Not sure if family with 3 children under 7 and one under 12 snuck in or not as they showed up after it had started but the kids screamed and talked through the whole movie. They grabbed my ear once and started talking into it twice. When mentioned to the staff they just nodded and smiled.

Honestly, not much to say. Its pretty much your average theater. Clean, well staffed, average seats and reasonable prices. I do wish they would implement a no vape policy. Nothing is more obnoxious than when the person two rows in front of you thinks everybody likes clouds of "fresh mintberry grape rush" in their face.

There is never enough staff, and popcorn messes are everywhere. Everytime I go here people let their kids interrupt the movie and kick people seats. You should tell parents to silence their children before the movie starts, its much worse than a cell phone. The back convenience stand is ALWAYS CLOSED. disappointing...

First time going here & last. The service was terrible & the place is a mess. The lady taking our tickets was very mean & had a nasty attitude as well as the young lady who we purchased our tickets from. The people going to the movies are also very rude, a bunch of teens who to try to act hard. Not worth going to.

The matinee price is really affordable 6 bucks cant beat that is this heat and they have really good movies the seats are OK. snacks are within budget also ... my new movie spot will be here like every week. Movies you can afford to get a snack and enjoy the latest movies. It is clean and have welcoming staff.

This place actually blows almonds. Horrible service, sticky floors, and rude people. On top of that theres this just awful waiting system they have to enter your theater. If you dont care and wanna watch the movie then sure but other than that skip reading and head to Edwards or maya 100% better.

Dis teater es muy good . I like it a lot I go here for a long periodically time and fyi stop being heaters to the ones that go to the maya cinemas. oh one last thing better park youre car in the write place if not youre car will get toad away. this teater is great machore yourslef and admit it.

I went there and saw roaches and ants in their popcorn! Their bathrooms were not very clean, didnt have any soap in dispensers and paper towels on floor. They could use some courtesy training in the customer service department in not shoving their promos down the theater goers throats.

Went to see the new Star Trek movie and they put us in the small theater that holds about 50 people. I was looking forward to seeing this movie on the BIG screen. Very disappointed. Will not be going back. Also will be warning people to be ware. Everyone I know.

Pretty common theatre, sometimes you get noisy people and sometimes you dont. Prices are pretty expensive for food but on Fridays they have a special. Location is near the mall so thats a plus if your waiting for a movie to start.

Clean and neat at all times. The staff smile and will courteously repop the popcorn for you if it is too salty. We have really enjoyed visiting here, not least because of the seniors discount. The sound is first rate.

Im from out of town - havent been to other Bakersfield cinemas. Seats were comfortable and picture quality was good. Sound quality was horrible - there was a blown speaker! I almost left the movie it was so scratchy.

Reading cinema is one of the best places to see movies. Though I prefer Edwards to this place if you live on that side of town and want to got see a movie for a cheap prrice this is it

Friendly staff, place is clean. Food is pretty expensive is the only downside. But thats to be expected at any movie theater. Highly recommend the matinee! Only $6.00 :-)

Its okay. Seats need to be upgraded if you compare them to other theaters. But image and sounds always on point. Make sure your popcorn is served hot and you will enjoy your movie.

Good priced movie theater, rooms are generally clean but in whole the facilities can use a little attention. Food is over priced and sometimes they get it wrong.
