This One Star is not for the theater this is for the on floor manager last Friday November 18 between 5PM & 8PM ( Im not sure but I think his name is Nixon) Anyway, the movie Almost Christmas was about to start when these bunch of middle school kids (about 20) came in. They were noisy, keep changing sits and standing up and down. When the featured movie started they are still making loud noise. Laughing , changing seats , throwing each other popcorn..The first time I said something , was when they are laughing loud on the sentimental scene, but they never stop . They were ignoring me and my husband, so my husband decided to to call security in the middle of the movie. 2 Guys came , one looks like the cleaner & one is a little chubby guy wearing black polo shirt. The guy in polo shirt stayed till the end of the movie but didnt do anything. So we talked to him on our way out., what he said really surprised us and the other 2 adults that was watching too. He said " those kids didnt cause any harm " so my husband said, we missed parts of the movies because they were noisy and I needed to get you. The guy just smile.. so I interfere, " do you even know if they have tickets.? " then he said,,I will check..but all he does when he was approaching the kids was " you guys are being noisy " wow !!! I said. Looks like hes scared to approach these bunch of kids . Anyway, we were mad..we been going to this theater for more than 15 years now.. and since then we always find staff nice and friendly especially the cashiers. But this men in Uniform thinks like they are somebody that youre not supposed to bother.

What a terribly managed theater. Bought a combo deal; 2 medium drinks (32 ounces) and a large popcorn, for myself and my four year old son. Asked if they would swap one of the 32 ounce drinks for a kid size drink and just give me a large 44 ounce drink instead. They said no they cant do that. Asked for the manager and the lady said the same thing but that they would give me a separate small cup! WTF?! Youd give me three cups and 64 ounces of soda rather than give me two cups and less soda?! This is whats wrong with American corporations and their useless middle management. The cups cost more than the soda that goes in it. How wasteful, irresponsible, and stupid for that to be their policy...what happened to taking care of customers with smart and reasonable requests?! The manager on duty and her staff were completely useless and need to be retrained on proper business /customer service as well as cost analysis, profits, and common sense. Get your stuff together...what a loser group they have!

Ive been going to this theater ever since it openned in, I think it was 1998?. The past half dozen or so times Ive been to this theater I ran into broken seats, broken arm rests, seats with ridiculous stains on them, two of the times they left the lights on during the movie, and once the sound went out during the movie. This theater has gotten progressively worse over the years, and never once have I seen them overhaul any of the auditoriums to fix up seats and keep things up to date. The first few times things went wrong I thought it was just my luck, and things happen sometimes, but sadly Im done with this theater. Its a bit inconvenient seeing as how close I live to this theater, but I too will be going elsewhere from now on. If youre paying 12$ for a movie, I expect it at least to be decent if not spectacular.

The worst experience Ive ever had with any company. Falsely accused my party and I for theater hopping and booted us onto the curb taking our money in the process. We had bought tickets for Sully, so we got our tickets and entered into the theater. We got settled and went to the bathroom and on a way CONSIDERED hopping into Blair Witch(a rated R movie). On the way back we took one step into the Blair Witch and didnt even sit down before we decided not to theater hop and returned to Sully. Manager comes up and tells us were through and boots us out. Will never return to this theater in 10 lifetimes.

Went to this theater to see inglorious basterds. I left before the opening credits finished because the speakers were 1) not surround sound, and 2) blown out and crackling. And this was in the main screen - first on the left. It sounded like a movie from the 40s. Im not even sure the projection was in focus. Youll be better off pirating an illegal camcorder release than going here. I didnt think there could even be a theater this bad in the world, much less in Los Angeles.

They charge around $14 per adult ticket, and their seats are terrible. There are plenty of theater chains that are raising their prices with inflation, but they also improve the overall feel of the theaters. They look like they havent renovated in years, and still charge as much as the theaters with reclining seats.

Horrible theater. Low definition film projections, low picture luminosity, weak volume on the sound, and it wasnt even in surround sound! I mean really, even the dollar theaters have surround sound. I wouldnt spend another $10.50 on a ticket here. Not even sure if Id even spend $3 here...

I really appreciate the parent/kid movie screenings! As a mom to a 5 month old its the only way I can see the movie in theatres. They dim the lights and lower the sound to make it more baby friendly. My little one nursed and slept the whole movie. It was great!

Pros: -movies (usually got the latest) -offers food...I guess -staff is usually friendly Cons: -can get really crappy -expensive -a movie froze part way in -family oriented, so you often have super noisy kids Conclusion: Its been doing better, as of late!

This will be the last time I will watch in this theater, the cinema 2 is VERY stinky. This is the same for there restrooms, so I decided to go to the next door restaurant for a restroom break. The arcade games outside for the kids are outdated.

Great movie experience, but when buying food and tickets, they should really be more descriptive with the menu and discounts. I ended up not able to get a refill because its a "medium" size and couldnt get a discount because it was too "early."

With many movie houses in the San Fernando Valley, this movie theater certainly is up to parr with most of them. With comfortable seats, good refreshments, and a fair price, this theatre is one to keep on your list of options.

Always a fun place to be at given the eateries around it. Make sure to go to Costco before to get cheap tickets bundled. The place overall is nice and a good selection. Arm chairs go up. Always an important fact to note.

This is a decent movie theater. It isnt as luxurious as an ArcLight but if you want to catch a movie without paying an arm and a leg, this place would do. Concession prices are about the average as other movie theaters.

I really like this theatre. It is nice and fresh in there. There are several couches in the lobby that provides comfortable seating while waiting. They have ample staff on duty, and they are always helpful.
