For the third time in as many years, my daughters and I arrived to see a movie which was advertised in the Reno Gazette as being shown that night, only to be told that is was not playing. But, we sputtered, its listed in todays paper! I know, said the clerk, but its not playing here anymore. What is the point of newspaper advertising if you are not honest about whats showing? Last year when I arrived to see "Quartet", the same thing happened. the clerk said not many people were showing up to see Quartet. Very disappointing. Add that to the outrageous snack stand prices and hideously loud and inappropriate trailers, perhaps well just stay home.

This is one of the more expensive theatres in Reno. Itd almost like they know its the "tourist" theatre. Other than that it has extremely limited parking but the theatre itself is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about current and upcoming films and the location makes it ideal for vacationers and locals alike. I highly recommend you enjoy this theater if you are visiting from out of town and are staying downtown, you wont regret the comfort and amenities offered at this theatre!

Best theater experience in Reno! Sometimes we just sit in their cafe without a ticket and enjoy hand-scooped ice cream on a hot day or espresso when its chilly out. Movie ticket gives you 4 hrs. parking validation = plenty of time to see a flick, then dine on something scrumptious at Antonios Mexican Grill next door or Reno Provisions across the street. Love the energy of the Riverwalk and all the people who come there to enjoy Renos natural beauty!

They always seem to have really good prices on their theater tickets. Its a great location with restaurants across the street or in the building and the river running right next to it. There s a parking garage across the street so you dont have to look for street parking. They let you have a few hours free as long as you save the ticket stub to give to the parking tenant when youre leaving. The scenes arent IMAX size, but you cant beat the price.

Ive been here 3 or 4 times now and havent had a single problem. Prices are average, video and audio are good enough that I cant spot a problem, and it comes with an added river view. Ads might be a bit longer than usual, but that gives the not-so-punctual people time to arrive - and heck, ads are part of the experience anyways. Ive been buying tickets through Fandango, and cant say Ive ever had a problem.

I will not overreact when I say the place is awesome! The sound was unexpectedly good and the screen surprisingly wide and clean. At times there are those little spots on the screens nobody (but me) notices. I cannot stand those spots and I am usually out of the building 20 to 30 minutes after the beginning of the movie. However that is not the point. The place is nice. Do visit.

The projectors have bad pixels. So if you think the cool new movie would look better with a green dot slightly right of center, then this is the theater for you. I have mentioned it to managment multiple times and they are always surprised! Help me make Reno better, see your movie somplace else.

Nice staff, but a dirty theater. I went to one of the first movies today and walked into a lobby that looked like it hadnt been vacuumed from the night before. Same with the hallway. When I sat down in my seat, the floor in front of me was so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor.

Nice theater, small with select screenings but centrally located, so call ahead to make sure they are showing your preferred film. They serve Starbucks inside this location which is nice during winter months since its right on the river and very cold. The staff is always friendly too.

We love this theatre for the fact that it usually isnt too busy and it has great service. The one major downfall is how nasty the restrooms always are. Its a tragic blemis on a great location. It always smells and the bathrooms are dirty and trashed no matter what time you come.

I regret seeing a movie in any other theater in town. I love that I can walk to this theater, that the lines are not too long, that the theaters are not over crowded and that they have a great variety of art films in addition to the regulars.

The folks there, especially the manager, are so kind to me. Im a regular. They know me so well that they have the best deal, in my opinion, practically waiting for me of a double scoop of chocolate and espresso chip ice cream in a cup.

Just moved from SF and was fearful of Multiplex from experiences there... we mostly went to indie theaters. What a pleasant surprise. Not a zoo... plenty of room... and in a nice location by the River. Reno knows how to do Big Box.

Next along the Truckee river, it is a short distance from the main area of downtown. During hot summer days, it is relaxing in here. The place is clean, and the food is exceptional, theyre just like all the others.

I always go to this theater for my movies because of its location, surrounded by eateries and the park. The staff are okay but they need to smile often. The foods are quite expensive. There are 12 theaters.

Free Parking-Garage parking across street on backside of building for watching movie. Friendly staff. Also, plenty of restaurants and city nearby to go out for a bite before or after the movie.

In the middle of town along the River Walk. had all the same cities. Could have more info about shows a common complaints but of mine about movie theaters. Given available technology.

All of these people complaining about parking and theres a parking garage, literally right around the corner that validates with your movie ticket. Also, cant beat $5 Tuesdays!

A wonderful experience for a mainstream theater. Comfortable seats, normal ticket prices, and a great location thats walkable from pretty much everything else in central Reno.

Overall a five. I dinged them for their over the top prices on popcorn and drinks. The only almost reasonable food item was the ice cream cones at just under five dollars.

Location is nice, theater is new. The main problems with the theater are the projection issues. Sometimes there are loud beeps, screen flickering, or sound desyncing.

This is one of the nicest theaters in town. Nice seats, excellent screens and sound quality, nice people, great concessions, and a solid choice of movies.

Cozy and comfortable, quiet compared to the new IMAX, and great date night location within walking distance of the river, restaurants and parking garage.

Really nice theater! And this area is great for nightlife. Bars, grills, and people. Couldnt ask for more. This is not too big of a place either.

Pretty decent mid-range theater experience. Parking is available in the parking garage across the street and is free with a movie ticket stub.

Has a nice clean atmosphere not a lot of trash or messed up interior. Maybe its just me but how is it that a large popcorn cost $20.00?
