This place was obviously set up years ago, it has aged, needs some serious TLC and a real redo of the whole park. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, they really make this place what it is. If only the owner would take the time to fix up the park to what it could be, they would bring in so much more. Items in need of repair: Bumper Boats, slow moving, stopped running, no extra time given on them even after having to wait on people in our party who had to change out boats. Golf, this area needs some real updating, the courses need to be cleaned up, broken items removed, collection cups placed in the holes, greens replaced, the list goes on. Go Carts were running well and the most used around the park. The track could use some updating, replacing lights, make it more fun. Laser Tag, another popular area of the park, it would be really nice to offer left handed guns, once inside good exit signs are needed (signs to direct to the way out when the game time is over, not actual exits), many people got lost once time was up. Arcade needs serious work too, the game cards just dont work very well, many people were scanning cards again and again, they just plain dont work. Several games were out of order and those that did work were too hard to get going with the cards. If you dont want tokens, then change the scanners to ones that work. While we did have fun within our group and the employees did what they could to work through the issues, this place just needs to be upgraded.

The place is clean on the inside. Everytime my son or I went on the go karts we got an extremely slow one and it barely made it up the hills. Same thing happened with the bumper boats. The grass for putting had rocks everywhere, when i told the person at the front counter as i returned my putt and balls they just looked at me as if i were stupid. I paid $30 bucks for an unlimited amount of rides but didnt have an ounce of fun. The laser tag area isnt very well ventilated, it felt as if you were going to suffocate. The eating area is just as hot with no air flow. Very over priced and very unsafe for the lack of maintenance on their go karts thought it was going to blow up and sounded like nails were in it. Kind of like when you have change being dried in your dryer. Also the gokart employee never warned the lady with waist length hair to put it up that could of gotten caught up in the motor behind her head. Disappointed with the staff and how much i paid for the quality i got.

Let me start out by saying that my daughter loves this park however the customer service there really sucked when it was my turn in line and I could barely get the cashiers attention I had to remind her to give me the stuff that I just ordered she just walked off I had to ask another staff member for putts and balls that I just paid for not to mention she had friends there that she seemed more concerned about. We went to play mini golf after the sun was going down because its extremely hot outside but none of the lights were working so the course was pretty dark and not clean meaning water rocks and debris all over so it wasnt that enjoyable. I think it was over priced Go-karts where fun...

We had my grandsons birthday party there last month and it was a horrible experience. They only gave us 2 hrs at the table inside. By the time the pizza and drinks came out and the kids were done eating we had 10 minutes for cake and gifts. So they kicked us off the table while the next party was standing there waiting. We moved outside in the 105 temp . We had to go inside to get water and our cake melted before the even cut it. The employees that were working the rides were not friendly at all. Every time I went in to get water for the children the staff inside were talking or on their phones as I stood at the counter waiting. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back!!

Althoughbit was pretty expensive it was worth it when you purchase the 2 hour pass. Better forbolder kids from 10 to 16 i would think. My 1 year old wasnt able to go on anything. My 6 year old was able to ride passenger on the bigger rides but able to go on the kiddy rides. My 12 year old and 19 year old brother with special needs had a real hoot on the go karts and boats.. they were very gentle and patient with my brother when he had some issues using the controls on the boat and were great about asking if he had fun. That in itself was beautiful. We will be back!

Este lugar es fantástico. Tiene todo tipo de atracciones para niños. Cuenta con GoKarts , LaserTag , un campo de mini golf , y botes acuáticos que tiran chorros de agua. Vale la pena visitarlo aunque casi no hay personas.

Our family met at Funtasticks for a get together and everything was fantastic! There were eight of us ranging in age from nine to eighty two. We all enjoyed the experience...something for everyone. What made it really special was the staff. they were extremely friendly and helpful. the facility was well kept. We will definitely return and tell all our friends.Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! 5 STARS!!!

I have taken my middle school students to Funtasticks several times. Their laser tag is the best in town, and their staff has always been friendly and courteous. They truly enjoy young people and they strive to provide them with a fun and memorable experience. They go out of their way for our special needs students, and they treat us like VIPs when we go there. I wholeheartedly recommend Funtasticks!

Very Small, had a mold smell, I was not too pleased with the mini golf. Tons of people just launching balls all over. Only a handful of arcade games. Cant wait until Dave and Busters is open. Lots of creepy people and its not in the best area of Tuscon homeless all about. Checked crime reports in that general area there is allot of car theft in that area not a good location to be taking my child to.

For what we paid to play mini-golf, I would think wed be able to expect clubs that werent falling apart (plastic covering was peeling off several of the club faces, making for bumpy hitting surfaces), working lights on the course, and a somewhat clean bathroom. What I found most disappointing, though, was the cashiers refusal to give my two year old a cup of water. Seems a bit ridiculous.

Destiny

I absolutely love laser tag and go-karts. The staff are very friendly, I usually go in with my friend to buy just one go-kart ride and Justin tells us about the special where we get an extra ride, practically for free. Isaac is especially friendly, as well as Julio. I enjoy going there. Their arcade is fun and has a wide variety. Very friendly place to be.

A Private User

Although the scenery here is very pretty, the mini golf courses were very under par. On the 2nd hole of the mayan course my husbands ball got caught in the building and he had to fish it out, and not only were the courses dirty with stuff off the trees, some of the courses were actually missing greens in some places and the cement underneath was showing!
