Movies were great but not the staff members. I was trying to see Anabelle Creations but i did not have a state photo ID on me. However i did have my social security card and various other id cards with some also having my photo on them and my birth date proving that i am 19 and aloud to see this R rated movie. I am also disabled and have been doing iv treatment for my illnesses this whole year and I have to carry my iv bag around in a back pack so that i can still go places. My rare illnesses makes me look younger than i am, and thus making it difficult to go do adult things. Im 19 but i look 15 and im always having to prove my age. Ive been so sick that i havent been able to get a state issued id yet and today is one of the few days that i have to go outside and see a movie. This very rude older women refused to sell me or my boyfriend tickets even with my boyfriend providing his drivers licence showing that he is 18 years of age and able to see an R rated movie. And from my knowledge if an adult has a child under 18 that still wants to see thqt movie they are aloud to if an adult goes with them. However the case may be she still blatantly refused and told me to go away and that its not her problem and said the same thing to my boyfriend who again provided his drivers license showing he was 18. I was trying to reason with her and she then ignored me. I started crying because i have been planning this for weeks around my debilitating illness and she shut me down completely. So i had to wait 15 minutes for a supervisor who then took one look at me and let us through because my boyfriend had already provided id several times. The older woman then still fought to not let us see the movie and the supervisor told us to ignor her behavior. One thing i know for sure, not all staff members at this place are cold hearted, hateful people, but then again some of them are. This was outright a horrible experience and i would not recommend going if you are in anyway disabled because this older women was very Discriminating and made several mean comments about my appearance and illnesses and to go as far as risking her own job to ruen someones day is not worth the pain. Manager was nice but overall if you see an older woman behind the counter at the ticket booth walk away or try to find someone else to help you.

Went there today. Usually go to Harkins in Arrowhead, but decided to stay closer to home. What a mistake. Rude service at ticket counter. Then went for popcorn. Only one person behind the counter. Very sweet girl, but slow service. Asked about the free refills for the popcorn, she said we didnt need to be a AMC stubs insider. My wife went to get the refill, there was now also a guy behind the counter, he told my wife she needed to be a stubs insider, my wife explained that the young lady said it would be OK, the young lady admitted to telling us that and the guy still refused. The mens restroom was filthy with paper towels on the floor. Went there today. Usually go to Harkins in Arrowhead, but decided to stay closer to home. What a mistake. Rude service at ticket counter. Movies are always crazy expensive, such is. But this theater is always very clean, has the popular movies, the staff are always friendly, especially the guy that takes the tickets, Mike, I think. Concessions are a big deal for my family because even with only popcorn and a drink we still spend 2x on concessions as the tickets! The main stand popcorn is hit or miss. Sometimes its awesome, other times its cold. But such is with popcorn. Concession prices are high at every theater, so no need to complain about that. One thing that I did not like on our last visit, we got the annual refill bucket. Went for a refill that same visit, and the lady at the counter said we have to pay $4. I said we just bought it! She said sorry. So we watched the movie without a refill. But on the way out I asked Mike (the ticket guy) and he straightened it out for us, and we got our free refill on the way out, which turned out to be one of those awesome batches. But the refill bucket is different this year. On return trips, its $4 to refill, which is normal, but you have to pay for a refill in that same visit. In the last 2 years, it was a free refill after the paid refill. Made the bucket worth it. Now, not so much. Thus the 3 stars.

I will never go to a Car Mike Digiplex movie theater ever again. I will never recommend any of my friends or family to this place either. 10 mins into the my first time watching Star Wars, some kid from the theater comes in saying, "we have to restart the movie since not everyone saw the previews" WHEN DID THIS BECOME A THING? The movie STARTS at a certain time and therefore people should BE THERE at a certain time. This prolonged everything and completely ruined everyones movie experience. When other members of the audience asked, "Why are we restarting it, we already watched the previews!" The staff remarked smugly, " Because not everyone got to see the previews"... Almost as if he was annoyed of the question. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH A MOVIE EXPERIENCE. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A UN-INTERRUPTED MOVIE EXPERIENCE, GOTO AMC OR HARKINS, BUT NEVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE AS THEY WILL MOST LIKELY DESTROY YOUR MOVIE EXPERIENCE.

The theaters are like most. However, they do seem to offer more features than some, such as D-BOX to feel motion and a good variety of 3D pictures as these come out. Sound and picture quality are great!!! I especially like the personal touch where an usher greets and introduces a picture before it begins, although some of these folks need to take speaking lessons so they know how to present themselves before an audience. Bathrooms are semi-clean, pretty much what you expect for a movie theater. I cant say anything about mice in the concessions as others have reported; however, I think its gross how they dispense ice into your cup. They dip a metal ice scoop into an ice trough using bare hands and dump it into your cup. Why not simply have an ice dispenser, which seems more sanitary? Like most theaters, concessions are overpriced, but, as with most, you get free refills on your 3 gallons of popcorn and your half gallon drink.
