Im just throwing this out there for employees who may not know: In Arizona, a mother is entitled to breastfeed her child in public, and is not subject to indecent exposure laws, per the following Arizona Revised Statutes: A.R.S. 41-1443 A mother is entitled to breastfeed in any area of a public place or a place of public accommodation where the mother is otherwise lawfully present. A.R.S. 13-1402 Indecent exposure does not include an act of breastfeeding by a mother. Ive always had a good experience at harkins, but tonight while seeing a childrens movie with my family, I was nursing my infant who started to cry during the movie. I took her over to the side to calm get down while still being able to watch the movie. I started to nurse her and an employee asked me to cover since there were children there. By this time, the movie had started, everyone was watching the movie, and the theatre was dark. I may be wrong, but I believe all of the children in the theatre were watching the movie, not me, standing in the dark corner of the theatre, nursing my baby. My baby was almost asleep at this point. She also asked me to go back to my seat to get a blanket, in which case i would have had to climb over people twice, to cover, to make sure none of the children in the theatre were watching me...in the dark corner of the theatre. I just thought it was silly. I always try to be discrete while breast feeding, even without a cover, and I thought I was standing in an area where I wouldnt be out in the open.

Friday night I went to go see the last showing of Hacksaw Ridge and everything was good until I got to the counter to order a small popcorn and get my loyalty cup refilled. The worker at the counter a young kid did not even say one word to me! He never asked how he could help me. He never asked if I would like butter on my popcorn. He never even told me what my total cost for my stuff was. he just stuck out his had and waved his finger at my debit card that I had ready to pay for my stuff. And when I got the popcorn it was mostly crumbs. And for that I will be going to a different Harkins. But I will stick with Harkins because of the loyalty shirt and cups that I get each year because my son and I go to most of the new movies that come out each year.

This is my favorite theatre in the valley by far! I like the cleanliness, staff, location, prices are not bad if you compare to AMC, not a lot of children, tweens, or younger crowd like at 99th. They are currently building a new Harkins right next to my home but if it turns a 99th experience, I will be going to Park West. People really need to report hecklers and disruptive teens or anyone, going to a theatre is not longer inexpensive and these people ruin the experience. I have not been to 99th once (nor anyone I know) where that isnt the case at 99th. Seems to be the hang out for these people.

Harkins is the only theater we go to. Park West is our preferred one. We are only about a 5 minute drive away. Everyone is super friendly and everything is always clean especially the bathroom. We buy our popcorn shirt and loyalty cup every year. The only suggestion I would make to make it better would be to make your gift cards available to purchase on Luke AFB. Harkins is losing out on a huge market of people that would buy them on base if they were available there. My husband bought a bunch of gift cards on base thinking they were for Harkins bur they were for another theater.

We love to support local business and Harkins makes it easy! Park West is always clean, especially the bathrooms and plenty of stalls!!!! The Staff is neatly dressed, groomed and polite and no one is ever on their phones, all of this is a big plus for us! The crew is always there afterward with a thank you and makes sure the theater is cleaned from the previous show. They have the best popcorn, I think Redenbacher, its what I use at home and its always hot. We also like the way the kids behind the counter are courteous and helpful to each other : )

We love this place!! Right down street from our house we have been going there for real from the 1st weekend they opened watched it being built! WE NEVER go to any AMC any longer. Theater including bathrooms almost spotless air too cold or warm tell them fixed instantly! Have had to leave show before due to loud people or just a bad movie have gotten return tix every time just for letting them know. You live close dont look any further sure bet your experience will be great also! RECOMMENDED!!!

Good experiences all around at this theater. Staff at all positions have been friendly and helpful, the theaters are always clean when arriving for a movie, and promptly cleaned after a movie ends. Staff is also usually waiting at the theater doors, saying "Hope you liked the film" and "Have a great day." The snacks are grossly overpriced, but thats not this particular theaters fault. Keep up the good work, Park West.

I come to park west for many reasons and I live down the street to gateway pavilions on 99th and McDowell but number one reason why I make the extra drive north is because park west is not loaded with a whole bunch of ignorant teen kids its filled with responsible adults and a more welcome feel than gateway. Trust me its better going to park west than gateway!!MAKE THE EXTRA 7 MIN DRIVE TO HARKINS AT PARK WEST!!

The staff foes a great job of ensuring that each individual screening area is cleaned quickly and efficiently. When you walk in to see the film of your choice, you dont feel like youre sharing it with everyone whos already been there that day. The lobby and walkways are also kept neat and presentable. The staff as a whole are curteous and approachable. Definitely one of my favorite places to catch a film!

Interesting tidbit I was going to leave a positive review in regards to their friendly staff and clean theaters when I realized upon reading someone elses review about bedbugs that my house slowly contracted them after visiting this theater... since I cant prove thats where they came from Ill keep it from giving it a poor rating.

My daughter went to the movies with her grandmother today. She was bitten in multiple places on her body. Disgusting!! Im pretty sure this is from bed bugs and Im hoping i dont get this in my home because Harkins will be paying to exterminate, clean, and purchase new furniture in my home!!

Cleaner than other Harkins, and seemingly less crowded. That, or there just isnt much wait for anything. There are never a lot of children here (bonus for me), and its overall a very quiet and clean theatre with very nice staff! Just as wonderful as every other Harkins.

I love this movie theater! Its in a great area and always has great seating available. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend investing in a loyalty cup, they save you a ton of money in the long run (if youre a frequent movie goer).
