Im a resident of Fox Point at Redstone and wanted to say we love the Redstone Cinema 8. Weve had a good experience at this theatre. Its always been clean (saw some comments to the contrary), they have courteous staff and, generally a good selection of movies. Id make a few suggestions for the Management. (Steven, your thoughts?) Id love to see an "all-day" movie pass. Say I want to see two movies. I would be able to use the all-day to watch both and Id pay-say $8.00. How about a Monthly VIP Pass, as well. You could charge $25/month for access to any movies showing. Just make it available for all of the UT Metropolitan Theatre locations. Im sure the concessions would benefit from this. Also, Id suggest they put in an espresso/coffee/hot chocolate station and a few cafe tables inside the lobby. Please keep the foreign movies coming. See another group- Landmark Theatres website to see what they are playing in urban theatres. I used to live in San Francisco and Landmark had a few theatres that played a different, classic movie every day. I think Park City has a sophisticated audience that would support more foreign and independent films. While youre at it, Rocky Horror Picture Show on Sat. nights would be fun. You may want to hook up with the Jupiter Bowl in Redstone for co-promoting in the area. Steven, thanks for taking time to leave your comments to us. Lets support this local theatre!

Dont know how people can give this place a good review. The place is worn out, the lighting sucks, the seats are stiff, the screens are dark to the point I felt I had to take off my 3D glasses to see better; and you could hear the AC running like a swamp cooler during the quiet parts. Not to the mention the PC f**k boys tapping our chairs and their stupid girlfriends putting their stinky feet up on the seats. Rather drive to SLC or Orem then go to this dump again.

Our local theaters. They seem to always have the first run movies we want to see, its in a great location with lots of activities after dinner (bars, food even bowling if you like :-) Ignore the old postings about them being unclean or unkept. Not sure they ever were but the past few years they have been well managed, clean and staff always courteous with always a well run counter.

Reasonably clean but I dont know why they never have fully functional restrooms. It seems that there is always at least 1 sink out of order as well as at least 1 urinal. My wife says the ladies room is in the same condition. Even though it has been going on for quite some time (inoperable units rotate) I hope they have their act together before Sundance comes in 10 days.

Snobby PC people. Have you ever even gone to a movie theater in New York or D.C.? THOSE are unclean, Im sure this movie theater, regarding both its location and relative age, I am willing to bet its more than sufficiently clean for the majority of middle class people. If I had an eye rolley emoticon, I would totally use it.

Took our family....including an 8 yr old and 14yr old to a pg13 movie.....had very inappropriate rated R previews before the movie...ones definitely not appropriate for a family movie. Talked to the manager who was not apologetic nor offered any solutions. Was not a happy mama and not sure we will go back.

Caution - movie times online are all wrong! I took vacation time and paid a babysitter so that my husband and I could finally go see the 3 hrs movie The Hobbit. But when we arrived we discovered that the ACTUAL movie times were different. THANKS Redstone for ruining our time and wasting my vacation hours.

I just read a prior review and I guess clean to one is not clean to another. The employees uniforms arent even clean, this is one of the filthiest theatres Ive ever been in. Its horrible, their employees are a mess as are the floors and chairs!!!!

Ive watched many movies here but two of them I got half way through and it turned black or other reasons.... I suggest it but also be warned not the best staff to get things done... This happrned at Star Wars and Kung fu panda 3.... Enjoy!

Pretty much a typical mall multi-screen theater. Seats were comfortable, floor was clean. The usual popcorn and other treats available. Sound was good and projection clear, I presume digital type based on quality of picture.

My favorite local theater. They have all the latest movies playing and there is hardly a battle for seating. The theater is keeps clean, and the employees have always been very kind. Would recommend.

Pretty good theater, they have lots of different snacks. Large soda is expensive, but what theater isnt. Seating is decent, and they have plenty of showings. Been going here most of my life.

I think that this theater is a very good theater! Despite what all the critics say, we are not snobby PC people. Everywhere you go in your going to get snobby. Really good food!

8 theaters so lots of movie options. Best part, a very clean theater. Food options about the same as any theater. Nice theater.
