My husband is convinced that the Wynnsong has multiple dimensions because no matter how many cars are parked outside, it always seems to be uncrowded. Were filmmakers, so frequenting movie theaters is a must for us. Tuesday discount night is our favorite, and I love that the Wynnsong doesnt have reserved seating. We are usually too busy to get tickets in advance, and I think theres something beautiful and liberating about people sitting wherever they want to sit. I get really sick of people in other theaters getting all snooty about their reserved seats. Anyway... Its also nice that this particular theater is close to shopping and restaurants in the Riverwoods, but far away from crazy-crowded areas near BYU and UVU. We love the Wynnsong!

The employees were very friendly, and helpful. While watching our movie, I noticed the ceiling tiles were missing in some places, and the fiber glass insulation was hanging out. I couldnt help but to wonder how much fiber glass was floating down for everyone to breathe in. Also, the railing near the stairs was taped together because it was broken. Pulling up on the area where the tape was, just to check, made it very clear that it was repaired with tape. These two things made me feel like safety was not a priority at this theatre. Obvious corners had been cut, and although the movie/staff were fine, I wont be going back because I dont want to breathe in fiber glass, or use a railing that cannot support any weight.

Had a sign out front saying "For your convenience please purchase tickets at concession stand." When we entered, it was a mad house. People standing in a bunch of different lines and getting so frustrated. Several people were in the wrong lines and didnt even know until waiting for 20 minutes to be told to go to the back of the "right" line. After waiting in line forever, they told us it was sold out, but for all we know it could have been sold out the entire time but there was no communication whatsoever. There were so many frustrated people there, everyone was complaining and upset. It was during the holidays so it may have just been super busy, but I wont take the time to go here again.

This is an ok theater that is getting pretty dated. They have kept their sound systems up to par, but the seating isnt as comfortable as some. The ticket area wasnt the best designed, but Ive never had any major issues with it. While this is a decent theater, I highly recommend heading down to the Cinemark University Mall Cinema. Its not that far away from this one and promises all digital screens with excellent sound. My family and I are big movie buffs. We watch movies every weekend, usually watching shows the weekend they come out, and have been to all the local theaters hundreds of times over the years.

My wife and I are movie lovers, meaning we go to the theater a lot for the atmosphere and experience. Of all the movie theaters I have attended through my life, this is one of my favorites. The friendliness of the employees, the quality of the seats, and the prices of the movies are what make this theater great. I feel like its a hidden theater because I hardly ever see a big crowd, except on opening days. The stadium seating is what my wife loves, because she is short and doesnt have a problem seeing over anyone, like in some theaters. Overall, a great theater that we attend regularly.

I like this theater. Its not as nice as the other theaters, but they also dont have very many lines at all. If you like seeing movies in the theater, but dont like crowds, this is a great theater for you. The concessions is all staffed by super young kids, so get there really early if you want to eat anything. They probably need better seats and better screens to really compete with the other theaters. I like that they show movies about 1/2 hour later than most places in Utah County.

Everything about this theater is great. Cheap tickets Tuesday nights ($5), and with a student ID its $6.50. Also on Tuesdays they have $1 popcorn and drinks. The theater is really new and really nice, and underused to everything stays in good shape. Ive been to all the Provo theaters and this one is by far the best, I frequented it a lot this summer and couldnt say enough nice things about it. Go there over Provo Towne Center or University Mall anyday.

For what it is, its a pretty okay little theater. We like the prices and the concessions. The actual theaters are a bit older, they have smaller screens and not quite as impressive audio as Cinemark and its not even in the same category as Larry H Miller Megaplex, but its a good place to see a movie on a budget, or if youre not up for waiting in long lines. Its proximity to the riverwoods is nice if you want to make it a dinner/movie kind of evening.

I had a great experience today. My wife and I went to see the movie Avengers. I went in to buy the tickets early and I was told to come 30 minutes before. I did and there were so many people saving and holding seats. I was upset, but I didnt want to make a big deal about it. I told management I wanted a refund for a later show. They simply upgraded my wife and I to the 3D Avengers. I want to thank them for being kind and working hard.

There arent many things you can complain about at a movie theater, and its usually other customers who ruin a viewing experience. I went to Prometheus the day after it came out and they used a theater with a busted speaker that was buzzing the whole time. Ive never been to a theater that cant make sure their equipment is working for a big movie, the weekend of its release. Ill be going to the other two theaters from now on.

This was my favorite theater when I live in in Utah Valley. The have discount on Tuesdays cheap tickets and popcorn. They just added BIGD –Large Format Digital Experience features Bigger Screens, Bigger Sound and Bigger The auditorium has a wall to wall giant screen measuring 78 feet wide and 35 feet tall, custom luxury seating, the latest in 7.1 surround sound and DIGITAL projection for both 2D and 3D features.

There was a buzzing noise in the speaker system. Endured through the previews. It was making me feel ill. We left when the movie started and the problem became more pronounced and got a refund. They know about the problem, but the theater management has yet to fix the issue. $9.61 per ticket is a steep price for a poor sound system. There is no excuse for this.

Im biased because I used to work here for a short time, but it is the last theater in the valley that does not have assigned seating which I think is wonderful. First come first serve. Part of the experience for seeing a new blockbuster should be waiting in line with other people excited and possibly in cosplay about the movie. Also the caramel corn is really good.

The prices are good compared to other theatres especially with the student/military discounts. You get free refills on large drinks and popcorn which Cinemark doesnt do anymore. The theatre is getting older but it is still nice. Only complaint is that a couple of times I have had to go remind staff that they were supposed to start the movie.
