I am The Director of Special Events for The Breast Cancer Society. We held our "Pink Carpet Gala" at The Venue Scottsdale this past September. I couldnt be more thrilled with the complete experience I had with The Venue. I dont know where to begin describing the exceptional service we received. From the very first phone conversation, to the planning, all the way through to the execution of the event, and even the days following, our event was handled with the upmost professionalism and care. I could go on all day about how wonderful and accommodating the staff is. Their hearts and passion for what they do are just as abundant as their knowledge and professionalism in executing events. We were offered brilliant suggestions and were given many tips on inexpensive ways to make our evening even more elaborate. They worked with our vendors, provided extraordinary service to our guests, and went above and beyond to make sure our gala was the perfect evening. The venue itself is breathtaking! It offers multiple areas, each just as beautiful as the next. The unique decor and spacious rooms make for an ideal place to hold an unforgettable evening (or day for that matter). Our guests are still buzzing about what an amazing night it was and are all ready inquiring about how they can attend again next year! I highly recommend The Venue Scottsdale for your next big day. We will without a doubt be using them again!

In January, I scouted out the Venue Scottsdale for possible locations for a photo shoot for my wedding gowns. I was familiar with space before from the New Times Best of Party in 2008 and so I know they had different rooms and decor I knew would be great to change out the backdrops to feature my gowns. After I toured the place with their most gracious staff, I was instantly hooked. The photo shoot was amazing! We got so many pictures and the Venue Scottsdale, set each room up like they would for a real wedding that I can imagine all kinds of brides / themed weddings that I am sending all my brides here first. To top it all off, I had a runway show for the Scottsdale Wedding Walk and their staff and team through it all were the most gracious people to all the vendors, the fashion show sponsors, and to all the patrons who entered the building. They were well staffed throughout the whole event that you just felt absolutely welcomed the whole time and the production team for the runway show was so accommodating as well. I just left feeling overall satisfied with both my experience with the photo shoot and the runway show that I cannot recommend another venue that could even compare to the Venue Scottsdale.

What a disaster . . . . We went to this event called "Winterfest - Beat the Heat" and it was at The Venue. What a horrible location for an event. It was LITERALLY, NO LIE between 90-100 degrees. They had these stupid big fans blowing misted air around, and NO air conditioner. Do you believe that? For anyone considering this place for an event during the hot six months of the year, forget it! We spoke to management there and we were basically insulted by this guy who thought that "dont worry, it will get cooler." As the day wore on, many people in the alcohol drinking crowd started to get sick. This place is really not ready for prime time. Starting to look really run down inside as well.

This place is terrible! i went to this venue for a concert, a 9 hour long concert, it was awful because it was over crowded and the venue didnt serve food and wouldnt let you leave and come back if you were under 21, also their was only one bathroom which was completely overcrowded. There was no drinking fountain, only tiny $3 bottles of water. It was hot and felt like there was no air conditioning at all. The sound quality from the stage was terrible (although I dont know if that was their system or the tours). Bottom line is: Never go to a concert at this venue

Amazing design, great staff! Parking needs to have a valet service as parking at a fully booked event is a pain and if you have a date who wears heels you may want to drop them and park. Also as a side note there are a lot of Golf Cart taxis who work for tips in the area and they often will drive you free to your parking spot if you call them again.
