Ive never been treated so badly and disrespected so much in my life. I been going to celebrity theatre for 5 years now twice a month at times and this Saturday I was there for their boxing fights and Sunday night I was there for the Migos concert the manager the lady with the blue shirt unfortunately I wasnt able to catch her name she was so rude and disrespectful. She kicked us out for no reason before the concert even started. I spent almost 200 dollars on three tickets and she just kicked us out. I been in the customer service industry for almost 8 years now and never in my life would I ever treat someone that way even if you have a disagreement with them you talk to them you dont just kick people out. They didnt even attempt to fix the situation. Ever since I left yesterday night its the only thing I can think about. I called they celebrity theatre multiple times today trying to speak to a supervisor and I was not able to get thru. Ive been going here since I moved to Arizona and never once I ever had an issue with anyone there I have always been treated with respect and have had the best experience yet which is why I keep returning. I felt like I needed to write a review because Ive never had an experience like this before I think it is totally unfair and I hope no one experiences that. It is very sad and I wont ever go back. Ive spoken nothing but good things about your theatre and recommended your theatre to many people not including all the money Ive spent there. I hope you all do something about it because Id hate for you to loose more people because of the disrespect your staff shows!!!!!

So my wife and I went here to see one of our favorite bands last week. The venue itself is a bit dated but I kinda dig the layout. The bar downstairs is decorated with memorabilia from past guests and acts whove stopped through over the years which I thought was pretty cool. The bar is limited in what they serve but they still have a nice variety and they dont get crazy with the pricing. The actual theater is nice and its hard to find a bad seat. You may want to stay away from some of the seating that is closest to the front as the stage is a 360° rotating platform and their will be times where your view will be completely blocked unlike other seats. The venue is very small and does not support a band with massive amounts of equipment. Space is at a premium on stage. The acoustics are not the greatest either but overall I found this to be a fun and laid back place to see a show.

There is no other venue for seeing concerts or any other kind of shows in Phoenix or for that matter in Arizona. Very intimate because it is smaller. But we really appreciate the intimacy,There is not a bad seat in the house,And the fact that the stage is in the round and even though most of us enjoy cute butts no one has a seat with butts only view because the round keeps on going round. We love that. And the sound quality, Excellent. They also have a few cocktail and snack bars so you dont have to walk far because they are self serve .We have been coming here I believe the late 70s but could be early 80s Time flys when your having fun.So pick up a cocktail on the way to your seat (the great staff will help you get there)then relax and enjoy.Hey I realize this sounds like an magazine ad. We see at least 4 shows a year and we have never been disappointed .

I recently saw Aziz Ansari perform at this theatre. His performance was amazing. I was less than thrilled with everything else though. The venue itself was okay- the typical older, grody carpet throughout, and then long lines for the bathroom (shouout to the attendant that told me to go downstairs, that bathroom was empty). My main problem was with the parking. The distance from the exit on the 202 to the actual venue is less than a mile, but we sat in traffic for half an hour, starting at the off ramp. Why werent there police directing traffic? Why was it such an issue? This is a logistics nightmare!!! The same happened when we attempted to leave. Thankfully, we were in a back lot, and were able to exit through side entrances, so we only had to wait 15 minutes to exit. Maybe it was the 9:30 showing, but this is ridiculous.

Serving alcohol was fine until one of the people who bought cheaper seats got drunk and decided they wanted to make personal contact with the artist on stage. Unfortunately, they did this with a full cup of beer, in front of the front row row seats where we were sitting, and for some reason, there was no security there to prevent this. So when the stage began to turn, since they were drunk, they turned with it, spilling their beer all over us and nearly causing a fight. But still no security, because one of the other patrons sitting next to me and my daughter, subdued the drunk woman and pushed her away from us. Needless to say, Id rather go to another venue where I can at least have security to protect me in the seat where Ive paid good money to sit.

I went to watch John Prine and Iris DeMent on a Thursday night. I usually do not go to concerts on weeknights because my wife and I have day jobs. This experience only reinforces my practice of avoiding weeknight concerts. For starters, the concert did not start until 8:00PM. Iris sang until 9:00PM when they shifted from Iris to john Prine. Problem was that the could not or did not remove Iris piano for 30 minutes. So, we had an unplanned 30 minute delay. It was past 9:30 PM when John Prine finally appeared. He sang until 11:00 PM when Iris joined him. We stayed until 11:15 PM and had to leave to be home before midnight. We missed most of john Prine and Iris singing together which was the primary reason for us attending.

I love this venue. I can see someone get mad about this place if they see the stage keeps turning away from them, but Ive been to two shows and its great to have the artist move around the set and everybody from all corners of the venue receive an equally great view and experience. Private parking is a plus, keeps out scalpers and ensures your car gets some level of security. Wish the ticket doubled as a parking pass though. Bathrooms are the biggest negative here. Ive seen closets with more space to move in an out. We are packed like sardines in there.

I went to the Englebert Humperdinck show on Feb. 12, 2014. The sound was very terrible. The band was so loud we could barely hear him singing and the drums seemed extra loud. When he was speaking, I told my companion that I cant hear him, she couldnt either and the people sitting in front said they couldnt hear him either. This ruined the whole evening, just listening to a loud band. Also I noticed this place could use some sprucing up, I saw peeling paint on the walls, wouldnt expect to see that. I also wondered why the stage did not revolve.
