First off, you start the evening with a LONG line and no one telling anyone at the back that there are two lines or entrances -- you only learn that when you are, literally, at the front door (duh, most people get in line at the back of the line). Second, when you order your popcorn, it tastes like it is from a bag at the dollar store (as in OLD and bone dry). Third, when you finally find your seat (the rows and chairs are poorly marked even when you arrive early and the lights are ON), the FLOOR IS STICKY AND NASTY -- SO MUCH SO THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF BEFORE YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR FOR FEAR OF THE NASTY GETTING ON YOUR CARPETS -- same at the house! Fourth, the seats were GREAT (at least ours were) and seem to be set up for everyone to have a good view of the stage UNTIL everyone stands up and they do nothing about telling people to sit down. SO YOU SEE NOTHING BUT THE CEILING AND A BUNCH OF PEOPLES BIG BUTTS. Fifth, even though the performer asked for no pictures or cell phones, like above, no one tells the offenders to STOP -- every 4th or 5th person has their cell phone on so you have a bunch of lights distracting you from the few parts of the show that you are not forced to look at butts instead of the stage. ONE PERSON EVEN INTERRUPTED MELLENCAMP 3 X AND NO ONE CAME TO STOP IT! Fifth, the seats are very uncomfortable and have no place to put your drinks (they are selling alcohol at these events, so, you think it is a good idea to keep it from ending on someones head) and, shockingly, they end up all over the floors and (see the #3 above) no one cleans the floors (nasty). Sixth -- good luck if you think you had front row seats as they had like FOUR ROWS of additional seats (and these were not all handicap -- thats something I am fine with) in front of the first row! At least when they stood up you could see over them and still see some of the stage. THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD VENUE -- if they gave as much effort to the problems as they did checking bags, making people throw our their water bottles, it may be a decent place to visit. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A FRONT ROW OR A LAST ROW NOSE BLEED SEAT OR ARE IN A WHEELCHAIR B/C YOU CANT SEE THE STAGE WHEN EVERYONE STANDS UP!

I am DISABLED. We thought our tickets were on ground floor instead on Club area what ever the hell that is. Elevator hydraulics on elevator leaking had to take stairs. (hard for me to climb stairs). Seats in 202, 13, 14,15,16 Me in 16 next to a oversized man that not only took up his seat but flowed over to mine. I had to lean up in my seat the entire time on my degenerative disk disease and no wheel chair seating on end. To go to the bathroom 3 times, I had to make everyone in the row stand and squeeze by them. It is worse than seating on an airplane. Couldnt see Theresa from there very good since your two BIG tvs didnt work and they shine the lignts directly into our eyes. I had a reaction with my eyes to that and was extremely dizzy. Yes you think I should of stayed home but I was way excited to see her in person. On the way down the steps to go home there wasnt any lighted stairwell which I think is against the rules of any business. I fell down one step into an innocent woman and found the rail to grab on to. There was one man at the BOTTOM of the steps holding a flashing light that kept going off onto the steps with hundreds of people coming down at the same time. So even when it worked, it didnt help up at all. This is endangerment, frustration, venue Lying about being a top notch place. I am going to report this to BBB and I see you already get an F from them. I want our money back and if you cant find it in your heart to give it back I will go further with this complaint to my lawyer. This building does not comply with people that are disabled. I am trying to find a contact number to talk to someone but not an easy item to find. This building is a fire trap in the making and I have had fire training in the past in big businesses. I am assuming the first floor isnt as cramped at the rest of the tears. food is also so high priced. $5.00 a bottle of pop and $6.00 for a hot dog and no where but to put your food tray under the already cramped seats.

Have been here for a number of different events, and following Wallflowers/Buckingham-McVie last night, finally decided to write a review. If you coming here, get here early. They open the doors 1 hour before show time and that is when the lines are the shortest. I know its a hassle to wait around, but if you arrive last minute, dont complain about the lines. For a venue, the food choices are REALLY poor and very expensive. Eat before you come here. The security staff does the best they can with what they have to work with. Every one Ive encountered has been friendly and they deal with the "drunk and disorderly" if they know about it. I only wish they had ejected some. The venue is pretty old...be prepared for cooler temps (not a bad thing in the summer) and older bathrooms. It is a pretty nice venue for sound, but the lighting could use some work. In many instances, stage lighting has been directed straight into my eyes during a show (this happened on more than one occasion). Seating makes you feel like you are in a more intimate venue. Overall this place could be great, but no one seems to be investing in it now. Very sad.

This is one of my favorite venues! In fact, whenever my favorite group is on tour, I travel from So. California just to see them here! Ive always found the sound and view to be great from just about any seat. But this venue is especially good for those artists you really love because of the design. The pit seats are VERY close to the stage, unlike some venues with huge security gaps. And even the front of the regular sections are very close and feel like theres no one in front of you because of the gap between there and the pit. So when up close interaction matters to you, this is the place to go! One negative, I have found that the air conditioning seems to have trouble keeping up with the Phoenix heat, gets pretty hot in there.

We saw Jim Gaffigan here and he was great but the venue was terrible!! Totally disorganized and late you get everyone in and seated even though we were all in a line around the block an hour before the show... it was so distracting to have people getting seated during the first 20 mins of his hour long set. The lighting was so bright on him you couldnt even tell it was him. The seats are so cramped together I couldnt even sit up straight between to men because their shoulders were taking up my seating space. I will never go there again! I paid a lot of money for those tickets and it was absolutely terrible. I wanted to take my daughter to see the odd square show there coming up but now definitely not going to purchase.
