I have nothing but amazing things to say about Villa Siena!! I honestly feel like they went above and beyond any expectations I had! Hands down our BEST wedding vendors. One of the most amazing things about booking with Villa Siena is that you have almost have a built-in wedding planner in the coordinator they assign you. The coordinators there are amazing. Hope was the one initially assigned to us, and she was so nice, so professional, so prompt to respond to any questions, so organized, very knowledgeable, and offered us wonderful recommendations. However, she was pregnant and due two weeks after our wedding, so they had a back-up coordinator assigned just in case. We did our final layout with Hope a month before the wedding, however, she went into labor a few weeks early, so Camille took over our wedding-- and she did not miss a beat! Hope must have meticulously gone over all the details with her because everything was PERFECT the day of. Camille honestly deserves a gold medal for how amazing our wedding was, because we were a mess the week before! We were scrambling to get last minute things done, such as menus, place cards, our ingredients for our signature drinks, etc-- but she just rolled with our utter chaos and lack of direction, made us feel totally taken care of, and everything went off without a hitch the day of. The wedding was GORGEOUS and I feel like so much of it is thanks to Camille. She is an incredible person who is so warm and easy to work with, and always made us feel like her top priority-- I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us! All of our guests LOVED the venue and LOVED the food! I also highly recommend using catering package! We spent a lot of time looking into other caterers, only to find them more expensive and not as good. Everyone gushed about the food: cooked perfectly, everyone was served at the exact same time, perfect temp, etc! Villa Siena was, by far, the BEST decision we made for our wedding!!!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Villa Siena and we loved it! The place is absolutely gorgeous! The venue price is comparable to other venues in the area such as Wright House, Stonebridge Manor, etc. however the feeling you get from Villa Siena is just breathtaking! The grounds are well-kept and the attention to detail in every corner of the facility is well worth the price! Plus it is so beautiful that skimping a tad on flowers and decorations is totally doable, also it is such an amazing backdrop for the wedding photos! ;) Melinda was our wedding coordinator and she was just the sweetest and nicest person! Everyone who worked at Villa Siena was so professional and knew what they were doing which is so comforting to know when we are paying thousands of dollars for that one day! Villa Siena was very accommodating and helpful when we ran into some issues with a vendor, who we had contracted through Villa Siena, they were incredibly responsive and apologized on behalf of them and helped to make the situation right; they went above and beyond to help fix the situation. We could not have had such a beautiful wedding without Villa Siena! Sabrina is such a great owner and really pays attention to everything that goes on with Villa Siena. She was very professional and is really passionate about her business. One of the reasons we chose Villa Siena was because of how "on top of things" Sabrina seemed. Nowadays it seems like wedding dress shops, venues, etc are going out of business and leaving their clients stranded and deposits gone. We were confident booking Villa Siena as our venue and year and a half early because we trusted Sabrina with her business sense and the way she regarded in the wedding community. Having that security alone was worth everything to us! You really can not go wrong with Villa Siena we had no regrets what so ever with choosing Villa Siena and I would recommend them to anyone!

We had our wedding reception at Villa Siena July 22, 2016 and it was a dream come true. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food, venue and atmosphere. Our coordinator, Dana, was AMAZING. She was so quick to respond to all of our questions and emails and really worked hard to make sure everything was PERFECT! You feel like you are in Italy and the vendors we used through them (Ray the DJ & the catering and cake company) were equally as awesome! We also loved how VS allows you to provide your own alcohol, while they take care of the mixers and soft drinks, beer and wine. Their all inclusive package was not only very reasonably priced, but took SO MUCH stress off of planning and coordinating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue. We checked out over 9 venues, Villa Siena was the first, and we compared every single venue to them. Look no further, honestly, not only is the venue incredible, but the coordinators are sweet, kind, and truly treat you like a friend or family member-which is something you dont always find! I honestly dont have a single bad thing to say. To add to this, my uncle currently works as the captain of the Yale club and has previously worked for several hotels including the plaza, coordinating large, upscale weddings, and events. He is very hard to please and impress, and he was equally impressed and continues to have rave remarks about our big day. Thank you so much to Dana and Villa Siena for playing such a huge role in our wedding. I have no regrets and I know you will not be disappointed if you decide to go with this venue!!!

My experience with Villa Siena was nothing short of amazing! Every bride knows how stressful planning a wedding can be, especially if you’re doing it by yourself, which I was. My then fiancé, now husband, and I looked at about five different venues before we settled on Villa Siena. We had a friend get married there previously and was so mesmerized by it, but always assumed it’d be way out of our price range. To our surprise, it wasn’t! We booked our July wedding in September and were able to make monthly payments, which really helped! I had Devin as my coordinator, who was extremely prompt when I would send over a million questions. She answered them all very thoroughly and it made me feel like she really cared during the whole planning process, which was very comforting. Devin reached out to all my vendors before our big day and coordinated all the arrival times and gave them the important information they needed, which really helped relieved a lot of stress from me. During my wedding, my dress unfortunately kept having minor malfunctions and Devin was to the rescue every time. She kept the flow of my day smooth and all the questions and concerns off my plate. After the wedding, I had incredibly positive feedback about Villa Siena. Guests said the staff was extremely polite, accommodating, and that the building itself had a charm and magic about it. They especially loved the ballroom, some even calling it a “fairy tale setting.” If I could go back in time, I would pick Villa Siena a thousand times over. Thank you for making our day so perfect!

My husband and I were married on 4/19/2015 and we are STILL hearing rave reviews about our venue from all our guests. We were assigned a wedding coordinator, Ms. Hope Haas, who was absolutely incredible and made our special day even more spectacular than we could have imagined. She was attentive, professional, compassionate and meticulously organized. She not only coordinated all of the vendors included in our package (flowers, cake, food, DJ, photographer, string quartet, bar tender) she also recommended vendors for those categories that were not included (such as our minister - who was incredible!). Everyone we worked with through the venue was incredibly accomodating and friendly. On the day of, all the details came together perfectly. Ms. Haas made sure the groom and I had food to eat and plenty of water/drinks admist all the running around greeting guests and even sent us home with a care package of food and champage at the end of the night. Not a single thing was out of place! I couldnt be happier with the service. Not only was the service fantastic, the site itself is absolutely breathtaking. It is impossible to take a bad picture between the italian villa-inspired architecture and lush green grass and ivy throughout. If you havent settled on a venue yet - I highly recommend you visit Villa Siena. You will know as soon as you enter the beautiful wrought iron garden gates that this is the place for you. Ask for Ms. Hope Haas as your coordinator!
