We had our wedding reception at Villa Tuscana last June 27, 2015 and up to this day, our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed our wedding. We only had less than six months to plan everything. And due to a very limited budget, we decided not to hire a wedding planner/coordinator; which is why it was a blessing when we found Villa Tuscana Reception Hall at the Phoenix Bridal Show last January. I posed a challenge to Gretchen, the banquet manager at Villa Tuscana. One, I had a tiny budget but I wanted a lot of things. Two, we only had less than six months to plan everything. Villa Tuscana rose up to the challenge and passed it with flying colors. Working with the people from Villa Tuscana felt like I had one of those expensive wedding planners. They took care of most everything I needed for my wedding. It almost seemed as if all our family needed to do was just show up because almost everything was already taken care of. From the first-class personalized service of Villa Tuscana’s Gretchen from day one to the elegantly decorated venue and superb food and beverage service on the day itself; from the scrumptious food catered by Babbo Italian Eatery to the amazing decadent cake from Bamboo Bakery; from the awesome music selection and program coordination by Arizona’s DJ Jerry Topete to the coolest and impressive photography service of Jordan from J&L Photo and Video; my wedding could not have been any more perfect than it turned out to be. All of these came in the most affordable package that Villa Tuscana had offered us in January. One would think that with a tiny budget, one can’t get the wedding of their dreams. Not with Villa Tuscana. One would also think that without a wedding coordinator, one would be stressed out on their own wedding day. Again, not with Villa Tuscana. I got what every bride deserved to have on their wedding day: pampering and spoiling. This bride did not lift a finger. No, maam. In fact, there was not an ounce of worry whatsoever. I actually enjoyed my own wedding and truly felt that it was indeed OUR party, that we were the guests of honor. With Villa Tuscana, anyone can have their dream wedding. It is either that or my family and I are just really lucky people to have found this gem that is Villa Tuscana. Actually, strike that, Villa Tuscana is the treasure chest which contained all these gems: Gretchen, Dustin from Babbo Italian Eatery, David from Bamboo Bakery, Jerry from Arizona’s DJ and Jordan from J&L Photo and Video. Thanks to them, our wedding is more memorable and more special than it already was.

The ladies of Villa Tuscana are amazing!! Adam and I cant sing their praises enough! From the moment we first met Adrianna we knew Villa Tuscana was the perfect place to have our wedding and reception. They really make you feel like part of their own family. From the flowers to the food and from the DJ to the photographer, (and lets not forget the cake) everything was perfect! Adrianna has done a fantastic job teaming up with some great vendors to make your special day even better. Ive had so many friends tell me what a nightmare they had trying to plan their own wedding but I can honestly say I didnt experience any of that. It was so easy because the venue already had everything we needed. All we had to do was pick out a few specifics and put our own personal touch on it and we were done. Weve actually had numerous people tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to and we owe so much of that to Adrianna, Rachel and Carol. Thank you ladies and all of your staff for all of your hard work and for making our wedding day so much more than we could have ever imagined!!!

I am so thrilled that my husband and I chose Villa Tuscana for our wedding venue. All of the staff members are amazing. Gretchen and Adrianna truly listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make our special day even more special. I am 1000% happy with how our wedding day went. All of our guests were amazed and impressed by how beautiful our wedding was. My maid of honor and I had gone to a couple more venues before we choose Villa Tuscana. When I walked into the venue I knew immediately it was perfect for us. Everyone is so wonderfully sweet and they want you to have an amazing wedding just as much as you do. If you are planning on getting married, I highly recommend Villa Tuscana. The value of everything included in their packages is amazing. Its truly affordable and they are complete upfront about all of the pricing (no hidden fees) We are so fortunate that we found you guys. Thank you for making our day so amazing!

Through the entire process they will make you believe you are dealing with professionals yet they refuse to accept responsibility for when things go wrong. Everything was great up until the night of my wedding when they served dinner completely different than what I had seen plated and tasted. They gave me three different versions of what they did and when I kept asking them to prove me wrong not once did the owner want to step up and have a sit down with me to show me otherwise she just kept going around making senseless excuses. They have amazing decor, but at this point their amazing decor does not justify the poor food quality and the low customer service they have when you question them.

BEST VENUE EVER!!! We were so worried that we couldnt find a nice place to have our wedding with our budget, and then we came to Villa Tuscana and that was solved! Our ceremony was indoors in the Ventian hall. Gretchan the ceremony coordinator was so helpful. She got all the details and even though we were a little complicated with certain things she got it all!All the staff was good that night, waiters, DJ Jerry and etc. We did everything cake and photo too. We never worried about anything even though I was so stressed the month of the wedding everything with the venue was great. Would recommend to friends and family!

My daughters Quinceañera was this last weekend. The service was amazing, the staff went out of their way. They were super nice and friendly. I didnt have to worry about anything. I will definitely recommend this venue to friends and family. The venue is gorgeous and the price was just right. Lets not forget the DJ and the Bartender, they were more then awesome. Love..love this place. :)

Gretchen and all the staff at Villa Tuscana made my daughters wedding absolutely perfect! They go above and beyond to ensure you have your dream wedding! We were at first a little concerned about having 2 events booked on the same night but it was so organized and security was very professional. We hardly noticed that there was another wedding going on. Thank you!

OMG is all I can say! Everything was amazing and people cannot stop talking about how beautiful everything was. I will recommend everyone to this venue. The girls are just so friendly and helped with everything along the way with any questions I had they were always quick to answer! If I can do it all over again I would!

Just had my wedding here this last Friday, and I couldnt be happier!! The girls were extremely helpful and did everything I could of asked for to make my special day extra special!! Loved this place and will definitely be using them in the future for any special events!!
