Ocean breeze waterpark in Virginia Beach, Virginia is a great place to bring your entire family to. They feature 30+ water slides to enjoy. They also have a large area of water slides small children can enjoy away from older kids and adults. To get on the slides, you must clear the set height to get onto the slide. If your over 4"9, you have nothing to worry about. They have multible areas you can eat at including a pizzeria and a grill place. There is also multible snack areas including popcorn, icecream, zeppoles, and slushies! I recommend purchasing a cup for the popcorn, soda and slushies if you may be a frequent visiter so that you can get food/drink for cheaper. I also recommend getting a season pass so that you can get 10% off purchases and exclusive rewards such as staying after general admission leaves and having less people at the park. When attending a regular day, i would get there on the earlier side of when they open so that you can park close to the park entrance for a much shorter walk. They also have great service and hospitality on site to assist you. In conclusion, I recommend taking a trip here to enjoy yourself, and the family.

I have to say one of the best place for not only locals but tourists as well if you need help getting around all you have to do is ask! My girls and I have been there many many times this summer! Most of the staff are nice but there are some that shouldnt be workin with the public period Any issues I have had were resolved promptly and professionally! Not sure why someone mentioned the bathrooms were closed I have never in the 20 plus times Ive been there this summer have experienced that! The good is good no complaints from the kids there! Gift shop and candy shop are overpriced for the most part but thats what happens when you buy candy or gifts from a water park... Free sunscreen Free parking and free food all summer long with a meal plan added to your season pass! This has been a great place for my family all season and def will be renewing our season passes for next year as well!

I wouldnt give any stars if I could. I am a local and for years I would buy a pass. I havent in a couple of years. I bought a pass this year to go with my Grandkids and now the wave pool is surrounded by cabanas that are hardly ever used. Sit up Chairs are lined up behind them for guests to sit in and maybe 5 loungers on each side and the loungers are in the corner. All you see now is the back of empty cabanas. I use to be able to lay on a lounger by the wave pool and watch the kids now I cannot see them at all. The cabanas are all around the park and unless you rent a cabana the view of the water is almost none. The lazy river is cool but that is the only area in the park you might be able to find a lounge chair. The rides are great though. I spend more time standing now. Not so much a relaxing day anymore.

Very displeasing as part of a family vacation. Starting the the personal. Some of the rudest, unprofessional individuals I ever had they privilege of meeting. The whole layout of the park is very confusing and for a first time visitor its quite the challenge to try and navigate around. "You cant take that double inner tube here, you need to go there". Youll understand what Im saying if you have the opportunity to go to Ocean Breeze. I noticed a lot of people complained about the restrooms here. I dont have much of a response to that being that the restrooms were shutdown most of the time our family was there. Again, if your considering on making this part of a vacation or just a day trip, please do your research and look over the reviews before considering.

This was one of the best water parks we have been to, and weve visited them in many states! The area for younger children is amazing. There are water slides for them, three play areas, and even a lazy river for little ones! It was really perfect, actually. The rest of the park is HUGE with lots and lots of all different types of slides, there is a massive wave pool area, and the lazy river is almost in its own water park. I believe it is 1/4 mile long. We were also really impressed with how incredibly clean Ocean Breeze was, from the pools to the bathrooms, to the lunch area, everything was clean. Locker rental was easy. Food was typical park food but not overpriced. The cost to get in seems steep, but you definitely get what you pay for and more here.

HORRIFIC BATHROOMS go see for yourself. My family enjoys playing mini golf so Ive had to use their bathroom over the years and Ive had enough. Yesterday we invited male and female friends go with us they both had to use the bathroom and when they came out they were horrified. Everyone agreed its worse than a waffle house bathroom at 3am on a Sunday morning. Its been this way for years, I wonder how clean the water at the park is if this is the level of cleanliness thats satisfactory to management. Think about it...The Manager obviously NEVER leaves the office, he should be fired or made to clean it, actually its beyond cleaning it needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

Had a great time. Spent the entire day here. Kids couldnt get enough! Food can be a bit pricey though for the quality. Best advice I can give to a family coming here for the day is to put down the extra bucks for a Private Cabana if you can. It was a game changer for the adults to have a place to relax and to serve as a home base for the kids to come back to for some rest and a retreat from the sun and heat of the day. Parents could swap off watching the kids go on all the rides throughout the park and have a nice retreat out of the sun to come back to. Food orders are taken in your Cabana and delivered. All in all made for a much more enjoyable experience.

Bongo Bongo

A fun water park for the kids. Free parking, good security inside the park (thus well behaved guests), and lots of options for toddlers to teens. We did everything except the big kid slides. You dont have to purchase a locker, but if you want your items secured...rent a locker. Everywhere takes credit card. Food wasnt expensive compared to other reviews. Its like an amusement park and the food/drinks follow. We had a cheese burger for $4, a delicious huge lemonade for $5 and free parking! If you want to save money on food, stay in your hotel room and make a PB&J sandwich. If youre on vacation, then Id recommend this park for the day.

Its like, the BEST place on Earth?! The tide pool is awesome! :D I love the water slides, theyre really fun. However, there are some problems, though. The bathrooms are legitimately disgusting!!! Sorry, but its just so full of water everywhere. Brown puddles? I dont think so... The tide pool also gives you some scratches sometimes in the shallow part of the tide pool. Other than that, its a really fun place! The food is also very good. I go to OceanBreeze nearly every summer, almost everyday! Great park, needs some work, but overall, its the best waterpark Ive ever been to. :) Lots of love to OceanBreeze!!! :D
